DO NOT GO HERE!!! They laugh, mock and ridicule patients for their medical conditions. I cant control being on the organ donar list. I cant control having seizures. This stuff is scary, not funnyHorrible. The store manager Tina needs a real attitude adjustment. Im asking a question politely and calmly and she gets all upset after half a sentence, turns around and makes a personal phonecall.So I decide to take my business elsewhere. I ask the pharmacist for my info so I can go someplace that treats me like a human. They look at my records and start laughing. When I ask them why, they say im not laughing with a smile on their face.Icing on the cake, I get ridiculed and mocked again as Im leaving by ANOTHER employee and the Tina lady just lets it happen, smiles and snickers to herself. I saw it. Its on camera. Go ahead and look.So everybody knows, I tried to talk to meijers. Its been over a month. They keep losing reports of me calling in and losing case numbers so they are just in damage control. Know they messed up.
Made an appointment for Covid vaccine at 7pm as listed on the website.Got an text from Meijer that stated appt was confirmed.Went to drop off window at 7pm, the Pharm tech at the window stated that they stop doing covid vaccines at 6pm. That she could administer the shot but that she would have to draw from a new vial and have to discard the rest of the product, cause nobody else would be coming in.So we have had a pandemic, been encouraged by medicine to get a shot, make an appointment, only to be turned away and told to come back another day...way to go Meijer!

I will never be using this pharmacy again. I’ve been there three times within the last 48hours and they’ve told me that they do not have a record of me. I called my doctors office and they told me that the meijer PHARMACY ITSELF confirmed my prescription order this morning, at the exact location I’ve been going to. Obviously they received the order so how come they don’t have a record of me? I’m pregnant and I just need my vitamins prescription but I guess it’s too much to ask for. This place is not worth the stress and headache.
Just had the most pleasant experience from Emily at the Westland Meijer Rx counter.Emily went way above and beyond even the great customer service that we regularly get at this pharmacy. She explained to us that she was new to that store. Well great job picking Emily to work there Meijer Pharmacists.Andy Sabbagh
Went in for my allergy medication ( Claritin-D) as you may know you have to give them your license to verify your not buying to much. system was down day one, called prior the next day tech said it was back up went back in again and its still down!! All the tech had to say for herself was Im not dealing with this today as she walked away
Every time I go there for a prescription they never have it ready and say it will be ready next day (sometimes 2 or more days in a row) drive through lines are always backed up taking over 45 min to get through just 2 cars. This last time was the last straw my wife and I will no longer be using their services.
Average of 23 minutes per person in the drive through. Absolutely unacceptable. Incompetent staff. Corporate needs to fire everyone and hire new staff under new management. Words cannot explain just how terrible these people are. Abysmal.
Always a long wait for the drive thru and frequently a long wait inside as well. I’ve had issues getting messages that my prescription was ready and I show up and wait in line to find out that it is not ready. I continued to fill my prescriptions here for the mperks but now they’ve cut the reward amount in half.
Possibly the slowest pharmacy Ive ever used. Only a couple of the employees are friendly, the rest seem to always have an attitude. The drive-thru service is a joke, if theres 1-2 cars ahead of you expect to wait at least 30 minutes. The one good thing I will say(reason for 2nd star), they always have my script available unlike CVS where you end up waiting days for them to order your meds.
Im usually pretty satisfied with Meijer pharmacy. However, this month has been a complete nightmare. First day I was told that my medication would be in tomorrow. No big deal... The next day I call, was told yes they came in, would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there an hour and a half later to find out that not only were they not filled, the medication never came in. Told again, it will be here tomorrow. Now ive been told 2 days tomorrow as well as being told they were in and it would be ready which was completely inaccurate information. DAY 3... I call again, to make sure that it had come in as I was told. Nope. Now Im being told Monday. So now ive heard tomorrow two times, and now its going to be another 3 days. Not to mention the day I was told they were in and they werent. I do not know what has changed in the last 30 days at this store.. While the prices are good, next month I am seriously considering going to a different pharmacy completely. No one should have to wait 6 days for medication, much less be lied to multiple times over multiple days. Get it together Meijer. Your all supposed to be professionals, that is not the impression I have gotten this week at all. Ive actually been given the exact opposite impression. Too bad. I guess I will need to start looking around and comparing prices elsewhere. The aggrivation just is not worth it. I think corporate should be aware of this situation as well. Were talking medication for peoples health here... Not lollipops.Edit 9/6/21I had my 2nd covid vaccine scheduled by the pharmacist who administered my first. Upon arrival, an EXTREMELY RUDE Blonde lady in her 50s/60s, told me there was no way I had an appointment, as they were all blocked out for Labor day. Funny, as I showed her the reminder email from meijer stating that I had a vaccine scheduled for that exact date and rime. That wasnt good enough! She again EXTREMELY RUDELY SAYS SHE NEEDS TO SEE MY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. Lets say she wasnt happy when I produced that for her. She looked at a brunette working in the pharmacy and I heard her say clear as day I DONT KNOW HOW, BUT SHE GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!) Is this lady serious? When I tries to explain I had to plan for this shot, she got loud and said youll get your vaccine!!I was asked to reschedule. I had already given a half days pay away and had the next day off.. NO Im not going to reschedule so youre not inconvenienced.Im going to speak to management, because that lady is suppose to be professional. Shes everything except professional. If this is what meijer seems acceptable customer service, I need a new pharmacy.
Ive been going to Meijer pharmacy in Canton MI for years...Everytime I go to fill my script on a weekend or after 5pm, they say they cannot fill my script till they can verify with my doctor. Mind u, its the exact same script & exact same prescribing doctor Ive been turning in for years! This is soooooo extremely frustrating because if Im filling my script then obviously Im in need of it right away, not tomorrow or the next business day!! Dont I earn some kinda trust value relationship after so many years!?!? Completely ridiculous! I wouldnt recommend going here....

I had lots of problems with this pharmacy. My son get a control medicine for ADHD. We order it every month from Westland Meijer. They order it then it always goes on back order oh it will be in on Monday at 4pm, on Monday at 4pm nope its not here it will be here on Wednesday at 4pm and so on. Its happened like 3 to 4 a month. Last month they messed his order up order the wrong amount of medicine then what the perception was for and order less. Then they had to fix that. My son cannot go a day without his medication. Because of them he gone 3, 4 days or longer without his medication. This time for this month lashelle called me left a voicemail for me to call her back. After being put on hold for more then 6 times wich where a while holds of calling I finally drove up there. The ladie that called me said the perception was shown to be active in the computer as we handed it to them but they cant find the perception. I said give me the perception Im done. Well I can call you when I find it and you can come get it. No I will stand here while you find it. The ladie that called me said oh well I have to go in the back room to get look for his file. Ok I will stand here and wait for it. I got a stote manager who was so very helpless. Then the ladie that called me comes back and said oh someone already came to pick it up all ready show me a copy of last month perception. Yah I handed you a perception started to you when that perception was picked up for this month. Then I told the manger the ladie that called me said it was active in the computer saying that I handed the script to her but they lost it and she called left me a voicemail to call her back cause they were looking for the perception. She was saying no until I said you left me a voicemail. I am so very done with this pharmacy. I will never returne there again. Calling corpit specialist tomorrow.The ladie that called me called me back a few hours after and said oh I found his prescription and it will be here on Wednesday.I talk to the corpit specialist and he going to investigate tomorrow.
The service is awful. However the prices cant be beat. Which is why I come here. If you do dont expect then to do anything for you.
