If I could give this place no stars that would be great. I have a service dog that goes everywhere I go I have her certificate and all that she needs. I have taken her in here so many times but today at 5:24pm on 10/26 was told to keep my pet outside lol this place cannot refuse a service dog

I have always had nothing but good experiences with this BP location. Extremely friendly service. Clean well kept station. Tonight I returned for a small dispute. Wanted to make an exchange for a charger I bought. The store doesnt accept returns which is understandable. I thought this could possibly be resolved if I spoke to the manager of the location. The clerk refused to give me a name or contact information for a supervisor. The clerk then lied and said he didnt know who the manager was. I threw a hissy fit. For that I am sorry. Although I thought this was completely unprofessional. I cant ask for contact information or name of a supervisor? I was thinking it was just common courtesy and would hope it was their business practice that just wasnt followed in this one instance. I am still giving this location 5 stars. Its deserved it.

Stopped by on my way to work this morning and the pumps wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Went in to pay but there was no one there, I’m fairly certain that the clerk was the guy outside digging through the trash cans for bottles. I left to go across the street to the Meijer gas station, paid with my debit card no problem! Will be going to Meijer from now on.

Lost wallet at BP Newburg & Warren, cashier of foriegn decent accuses me of destroying store and Police arriving. LIES🤔😢😇... the so called manager told me his cousin said I was the problem for losing my wallet in their rented establishment. . .

There’s a new older, 40-yr old female clerk manning the register and she seems to be mentally unstable. She questions customers inappropriately and insults them if they choose not to continue responding to her aimless questions. The male clerks at this gas station are usual courteous and considerate, she is not, and she should not be allowed to interact with customers in this manner.

Worst gas station! Who ever was working on sunday was horrible! This lady was the worst! I was walking in as she went out to the car... I was in the store for 2- 3 min. When i asked if they had more of a current drink... She said she couldnt go back in the cooler because i was in the store.... I will never come back here again!

New management has taken over and is extremely rude to customers after that he refuses service . I was trying to explain to the clerk i said the wrong pump the new “owner “ i guess was talking very loudly over me telling the cashier to penalize me $5 for a simple mistake, joke or not i wasn’t laughing . I asked if he could “please be quiet, you’re talking over me “ to which he said “NO, REFUND HER MONEY SHE’S BEING RUDE” even though HE was the rude one by speaking over me .

It’s the worst gas station ever . Where the gas nozzle doesn’t cut off when gas is full. I wasted my $10 days with overflowed gas. When I reported it to the cashier he gave a very lame excuse of telling you should pump yourself and not set it and leave and tone of the cashier was so rude. Please don’t go to this gas station ever

Clerk just tried to write down my drivers license number in order to use a credit card for purchase! No way! I will be reporting this to BP corporate and Westland police!

That gas here is some of the cheapest around. Sometimes its so low that Ill wonder Whats the catch?. I pass by this station from time to time, but fortunately and unfortunately I never need gas when Im near this station.

On 12/17 1:30 PM, price of gas in Google maps is $1.90 while price posted outside of gas station is $2.09!

Friendly people Alli and Moe mostly only ones I know other then Steve havent seen him much but their friendly and very helpful

Place is always clean, coffee is always fresh. Friendly staff, best gas station in the neighborhood.

Place terrible!!! Went to put air in my tire, machine don’t work, walked in the gas station and let the Manager named Moe aware of the problem with the machine, let’s me know that the machine has nothing to do with him. Told me to call the number on machine, company for the air pumped been closed. The number is no longer available. The attitude was just terrible. It’s not the it was my last dollar, it’s the principal and the since of urgency to go put a out of order sign on the machine or a simple apology. I ask for the guy to write his name down 3 times and he act like that was just a big deal.

Not a great place... No restrooms for paying customers. Just go across the street to Meijer Gas Station.

We had a good experience

These guys are trash they tend to put the money on the opposite pump. Then they tell you its your fault. When you dont pay attention they get you.

Attendants dont speak English. Cant do something as simple as turning a pump on
