Older man at the front counter should not be working with the public, he was extremely rude. Also, the drinks we ordered were simply disgusting and beer was warm too. I could go as far as to say that they charge more than most of the other bowling alleys in surrounding area and dont even play music on a Saturday night. Just simply a bad experience and will NOT be returning.

I wish I could give zeros stars to this establishment! We stared a kids league BEFORE covid started by the time we where into our first “shut down” we had only 2 weeks of our 12 week league left! We where sad but understood why we didn’t get our last two weeks or trophy/party at that point . After bowling was reopened me and plenty of moms have reached out to finish our two weeks and get trophy’s we paid for pre covid and was told pretty much they have better things to worry about, Here we are now having been open now a couple months they are running numerous leagues and other things and still ZERO regard for the children who worked for these trophy’s some have been there almost 5 years bowling on a league there ! Do better westland bowl we may not drink your liquor and beer to bring you more money but we did our part buying food and bringing in more kids for the league ! We would like our trophy or money back for the league you call partially played 🤷🏽‍♀️

Awesome alley to bowl at. I dont know the owners personally but they are very nice to me and my family. This is one of our favorite places to bowl.

Great lanes, plenty of room. Signage out front is lacking, but overall a great place for bowlers.

Had an enjoyable time with my family. The bowling alley was clean and smelled nice. We had two lanes and one with bumpers for the kids and they were very happy to accommodate us. We also waited for the cafe to open and it was delicious. The lady who took our order as well as made it was awesome. She makes good food and in a timely manner. All in all a great place to bowl, cheap prices and I would definitely do a party here if the event arose.

Fun bowling place. Nothing fancy has great food cooked by the funnest guys. The only not great thing is the grumpy lady at the desk but she adds a kind of charm....

Did not get a chance to play our full game for some reason it ended & the lady told us we had to pay more money

This place use to have great counter people who loved their job...now all I see is attitudes....where is the older lady she was great even if she wasnt having a good day she still treated people nice....finally they have a good snack bar though at least what I had, pizza and fries....

This place is great for family bowling 🎳On Sundays they have 2 dollar games! Shoe rentals are 2.50 and the place is very clean and well kept. They do have bumper bowling for the young ones.

We had to go get our own food and drinks. While at a state tournament. They dont allow you time to step away for a minute without marking you down.

The pro shop is way knowledgeable and friendly. I paid $35.00 for bowling lessons for my son and it went well over an hour . I was impressed with the patience and the skills Im very pleased and will be back ! Very clean as well from the bathrooms to the lanes ....

I love that they have open bowling all day. I never remember it being so hard to go bowling the leagues take over. We use to go bowling all the time for fun.

Fun birthday party

At Westland bowling alley my friends had an altercation with their opponents their opponents kept showing off implied threat their holster without a gun more than likely the gun was in the vehicle they were also very intoxicated and threatening besides the implied threat police were called we were informed that we were just being scared liberals and overreacting.. management asked me not to come back trust me an unsafe establishment that you dont care its unsafe you dont have to ask not to come back I wouldnt go back in there it was the only bowling alley

Westland bowl is a great bowling alley with great location. Staff is amazing and alley is clean. Awesome for kids birthday parties, youth bowl, adult bowl, fundraiser, or just hang out.

I went with a field trip for school with special needs teens. They were extremely nice to us all. The lanes are very nice and I plane to go back.

Its a decent place to bowl. The staff is nice, but a little lazy with the music and cosmic bowl on weekends, sometimes they have it, sometimes they dont. Would be nicer if they did it consistently.

Only two stars because I know it is a decent bowling alley, but I called up there twice today (Friday) both around 8:30 pm because i know how some alleys could be busy with leagues, fundraisers, parties, tournaments, etc. And the woman who picked up the phone hung up on me twice. I dont know if she thought it was a prank call or what but I was seriously just trying to know if they had open bowling/open lanes at the moment. Its a shame that bad customer service can ruin a perfectly fine bowling alley. Next time Im not going to waste my time calling up there just to be hung up on.

The lady working behind the counter was very rude, and needs to learn how to add. she was working on 8-5-17 in the afternoon, i dont know her name. she turned off our game in the middle of it and told us we owed more money? which we paid for our games and we were still on our first. she refused to give us more lanes. and we had 14 people. the place was not busy

I love to bowl and I love this place. They have a lot of lanes. Great service and excellent prices. Me and a friend bowled 3 games and rented shoes for 16 bucks.

The alley was nice, and the people were helpful. Our lane was buggy, dropping the pin collector four times, either blocking the ball from rolling, or cancelling someones second ball. The house balls were worse than Id have expected, but I found something.

Nice alley but it would be nice if they would play music. They do have a jukebox but You have to pay a dollar per song. They should have something playing. They advertise cosmic bowling but have yet to experience it.

The only disappointing moment Ive ever had with this alley is when it shut down for awhile. This was and always will be my go to alley. Great staff, decent prices, and all around good place to hang out and have fun

My kids and I enjoyed bowling here almost every Saturday during the summer.

Poor experience, wont be back. We had a large group and the staff acted like we were a huge inconvenience. Funny because we were a big boost for their business. The older gentleman gave us nothing but dirty looks and attitude. They turned on lanes in pairs forcing people to play at the pace of each other. Rude service. They ignored when we hit the service call button. Like I said...wont be back.

Horrible customer service. Old lady behind counter made it seem like it was horrible I wanted to bowl then rolled a bowling ball at my girlfriend and told her to watch out her daughter the bar back just as equally rude. Sad my company does Christmas partys there will not be returning cant even get a smile and have fun
