First time ever coming in the store.. had received gift of the black cherry soap and really liked the smell so came back to get more.. The mall was totally dead but this store was really hopping.. They obviously have a big customer following and there were lots of nice smelling items inside the store. Reasonable prices on all also. This black cherry Merlot and soap smells fantastic.

Heidi is amazing! So full of energy and always willing to answer any question. She helps make this location great! Clean, sales associates are helpful, good deals. And when Im in a hurry, I can usually get in & out quickly during weekdays.

I like to visit this Bath & Body Works.  They have a wide selection of items.  Their displays are first rate.  I enjoy heading in there just to absorb the lighting and colors in the place.  It is vibrant and alive.  Being located in the mall it is easy to get into and out of.The clerks in the store are interested and engaged.One of them maybe a bit much so.  I witnessed her giving a lecture to some children about how the store is ‘Mommy’s place to get away from it all and smell things’.  Hmmm.  But, whatever.  She seemed strained about the kids touching the things or sampling the samples which was funny in its own right.It might have been forgiven but I got the distinct feeling this particular clerk didn’t want anyone touching anything.  She had a strong sales pitch that was a put-off.   Her teammates were the exact opposite.  I don’t know if she was the supervisor, manager or just so totally into it she was trampling it under foot (the ambience).  I will go there again but with an eye over my shoulder as I sneak a sniff of ‘Golden Cloud Rain Sleep’.

The only thing I dont like about this store is you get hooked on something and it discontinued it they used to have this smell good that you could burn it and let that smell go through your house and pour it but they dont have it anymore they got rid of it and that hurt my feelings

I love bath and body works because they give you coupons by mail and email discounts to save money on your bill for your shopping trip and also great customer service, the employees are nice and friendly, the store is clean and organized, very great and fun to shop for all of the scents from body sprays,hand creams,hand soap, candles, car scents, hand sanitizers, and face cream, everything you need for your personal hygiene etc. I love this place alot! You also can sample and smell all their wonderful products, its very exciting to me always!

My first time at this location. Employees seemed more interested in putting up a new display than giving customer service. At least three people I walked out by did not speak at all. Only the employee who cashed me out seemed friendly. Not a good look. :-/

They. Need. Small rolling carts like Five Below Stores have!! My back was Killing me carrying all those candles!! And the way they have the lines is super awkward!! You never know if youre cutting in Line or if someones looking at the travel display section. On that note, I dont feel comfortable looking at the selection of travel items because I feel I have to RUSH before I get to the register!!

Terrible terrible service, no one ever asked if I needed help, when I got to the register they asked if anyone helped me on the floor and I said nope! Then I told the lady whom was ringing me up that my husband had thrown out my 20% off coupon and if they could use the stores coupon as I was also unable to access my email for proof that I receive coupons, they still werent willing to honor 20% off, I will NOT be going back to the Westland store, Ill stick with my other locations where the women have much better hospitality.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, they never bombard you trying to sell things you dont want, its very bright, clean, and organized I love coming here

They are the best, candles at $25 a candle is a little wack like they smoking crack but they go on sale so it’s cool. Staff is so sweet and attentive.
