A1 AWNING did an outstanding job on putting up an amazing awning for me and it looks fabulous. They gave me a better looking usable back porch now. I will also feel safer from slips & falls on it. They worked so hard & even the owner was there . He was so meticulous about every little thing they even cleaning up every little thing they may have dropped. I now have the coolest porch & it definitely improved the value & looks of my home. I would recommend them 200%. They were so kind & honest & made sure I was 100% happy with everything they did.

I have been looking for S scrolls to replace the damaged ones for my carport awning columns. Steve was more than helpful with finding the exact ones and even went above and beyond by making sure I had the hardware and correct tools. I would definitely recommend them based on the customer service and the quality of the product.

Work was done good, the owner Steve was vulgar, threatening and disrespectful toward me.

In all my years I’ve never had an owner of a company do what this Steve of A-1 Awning did to us! I had him come out for an estimate & we picked possible colors for our awning. We told him we were waiting on the bank plus have our home painted prior to the awning install & we would call him as soon as painting was done! I ended up calling before paint to ask him if he could send me pics via email or text of his colors so that I could pick my house paint & he said he wouldn’t do it & that when he came to our house to collect some money & we sign for the job he’d bring the colors then & we could go from there! I call him back after painting is done & I have the money for the awning to set an appointment up he says I’m basically wasting his time & we’re to far away! He’s in Westland & we’re in Southgate! He was only here one time for an estimate! How are we wasting his time if we have the money & only wanted to get it started! Well maybe it’s a good thing we didn’t give him any money or did business with someone like this!! Shame on you!!

They really deserve 5 starts they really know how to get the job done and they did it perfectly my backyard has never been so beautiful I would really recommend there service to everyone
