Worst experience ever made me sit and wait for 4 hours for my truck to get an alignment done and then when they finally pulled it in he said the wheels were to big to be put on the rack. Even though i have brought a bigger truck with wider wheels to that location before and they did the alignment for that. I also told him to make sure as well before i wait and he said it shouldn’t be a problem. Absolutely outrageous.

Called the shop last minute because I needed a battery last minute. James was awesome, he told me to come right in and they would take care of it. Arrived at the store and the entire team is just really nice you can tell they care about their work as well as getting you the best price. Anyways James went out of his way and got me an awesome deal. I was on my way with a new battery installed in less than a half hour. Will be returning when it’s time for tires.

Stellar employees and service! I hit a curb at a business across the street, somehow managing to damage both the fender liner and attached components. While Belle Tire informed me they dont do replacements of those parts, they said they could remove the damaged pieces for me so I could at least drive home, which they did. Theyre a bit outside my normal area, but if I ever need a service they *do* normally provide in the future over in that area, that Belle Tire will definitely be my first call.

I was able to drop off my truck and get new brakes in the same day. My salesperson Thoroughly explained what was done to my vehicle and my warranty. Very professional!

I had my trucks struts and shocks replaced at store #043 in Westland. Jarrett, the mechanic, had excellent customer service and really listened to my complaint. The rear was grinding after my original service. He test drove with me in the truck to make sure of what the issue was, unfortunately, it was late so I had to bring the truck back the following business day for the problem to be fixed. Even though I had to make a second trip, I was impressed with Jarretts great customer service. I would recommend this location.

Friendly convenient, dropped truck off on Saturday afternoon and had it back by 3 p.m. only place that would get me in for an alignment. And I called all the local competition.

Had 3 vehicles in for oil changes, greased and general maintenance to make sure we had safe traveling vehicles to Florida. Tires were very low in pressure, front end bolts were loose and not greased at all!!! Would not recommend this Belle Tire to nobody. If i could...i wouldnt even give them 1 star. Will be contacting BBB!

Took my car in last week due to a slow leak in a tire and an alignment..they did an alignment for 119 bucks..didnt even try to sell a tire..left the location and the car felt like it was going to fall apart. Took the car to the dealership instead and was told the suspension was so bad Belle Tire couldnt even have done an alignment.. ended up spending $2600 to make the car safe again AND got new tires that I needed BADLY. Absolutely done with Bell Tire. Will be calling customer service for my money back...

My wife was just there to get a flat repair on her tire. She was told at 5pm that she would have to leave her car over night to have the repair done, they close at 8pm. What kind of shop is this that they would need more than 3 hours for a 15 minute job? What happened to customer service is the bottom line? What a joke

Best place to get tires. Once you buy them you never pay for flat repairs, for one thing. Also, the employees are helpful, informative and polite. Great service!

I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were terrific. I scheduled an appointment at 8 am, they got my truck in quickly for an alignment and I was in and out in an hour and my truck drives great now! If you’re hesitant to go here, don’t be! They’re really great!

Made an appointment and was told i didnt. I 100% called their location. Im kicked out of the building because Im medically unable to wear a mask. I tried showing executive order 2020 147 where it says people who cannot medically tolerate a face covering are exempt.. he said, i dont care. Really? You enforce an order and dont care to understand the full extent of it? I have to wait outside in the cold like an animal because of something i cant help and your complete ignorance? Quit vitrue signalling as if youre saving lives with a dirty rag and leave your politics at home.

They were really nice and super fast, I didn’t have an appointment but I dropped my car off in the morning for a tire rotation and Balance and to fix a low tire and it was done within 2 hours if that even though they were booked.

My vehicle was taken in for body vibration and wheel alignment. Sales person claimed they balanced the wheels and it had stopped the vibration. My vehicle was no better after it was returned. They did not address the vibration. I will not take my car to Belle Tire again. Why deal with someone that is not honest and truthful? Dont go to this company.

I love this place because it has free air for your tires with a gauge and although that may seem like its not a big deal to some of us it is because maintaining proper tire pressure actually saves on gas and wear-and-tear on your car

This was a horrible place to deal with. I called around 5 pm and said I was told it would be around 8 before it could be fix. I was having it towed by AAA. When the tow driver arrived and we got the car there by 6, they said I never called and they couldn’t do it till tomorrow morning. It was a flat tire. When I showed them that this was the number I called and called it. There phone rang. So beside having a poor PR they also are lying to your face too! The person I believe I talk to was Jeremy or Jason. He really didn’t want to give it out. They made me use 2 of my AAA services out of 4 for the year too! A horrible place to deal with to when your stranded on the road. Will be making a complaint with the BBB too and there corporate office too.

Jason and his crew always do a great job. I have taken my vehicles there for many years and will continue to do so.

This is the worst Belle Tire company Ive visited. On June 15, 2020 I arrived around 8:45 a.m. to have the two front tires checked and an alignment done. I was told the wait was about an hour. I waited in my vehicle for two hours. I went in asked asked how long before they could get to me? The other service person went to check and said about two hours, I said Ive been waiting about two hours already, he told me I can take my keys and leave. I said I didnt hear you, he repeated his self. I went outside and called Belle Tire Corporate Office. They returned my call within 10 minutes, they apologize for what I had been through. The representative told me if they had not called my vehicle in 30 minutes to give him a call back. They took my vehicle in within the next five minutes.I appreciate what Corporate did for me, but I will not be going back to that Belle Tire again I dont care if I lived next door to them, I will travel 5 miles instead.

I am very happy with my brake job I got today. Employees were all knowledgeable, and very friendly. The price was what I was quoted a few days before, and they verified the price after they access my vehicle. Also,the tires I got there a year ago are also holding up great. I will definitely return for future needs.

I will NEVER return to this location again. I came here to get my tire fixed. The air in one of my tires was low, and I was told from the mechanic here that I would need to leave my car there over night and that it would not be ready for me to pick up until later the next day. That didnt make any sense at all to me that I would need to leave my car over night just to fix a leaked tire. I dont know what this guy was up to, but I left and took my car to another shop. It only took the mechanic at the other shop 15 minutes to fix my tire. I wont be returning to this Belle Tire location again.

Go somewhere else :)I went in to get a front wheel alignment on my ford flex,dropped it off and after an hour I was called and told it would be $673 to fix my car because it had busted tow clamps and nothing can be done until theyre fixed.Took my car next door to royal autocare and got my front alignment for $70 and was told my car does not even have tow clamps. Wonderful that a business would try to take advantage of people during a pandemic

Threw away my rim. It was a bad rim, but I couldve recycled it for money. Didnt even ask me what I wanted to do with it.Highly disappointed.

I went in to get my tire pressure checked because my light was on and the temps outside were below 0. They were very nice and courteous. I was greeted and in and out in no time. I felt welcome. Some places make you feel like your bothering them. I would definitely recommend them and go back for other services.

I cant express enough how much I appreciate the staff at Belle Tire in Westland. I was so concerned about the safety of my caravan. I had taken my car elsewhere and was told everything was fixed. Next morning my car wouldnt start. After getting it to the Belle tire of Westland, Brian (mechanic) took my car and ran a complete diagnostic review of my car. Come to find out my battery was a dud. Brian quickly replaced the battery with a brand new one and personally guaranteed me everything else on my car was good to go! Ive been to car repair shops before and they always try to up sell. I greatly appreciated the quick service and respect from this Belle Tire. Brian is amazing!

We were going to get a new phone for my birthday and the tire pressure sensor went off. This was the closest one off of the highway on our route. They estimated an hour and a half wait to even have someone look at it but it didn’t take near as long as that. They were able to come right out to the vehicle and repair it without even taking it into the shop. The staff was friendly and very efficient!

I William Barber took my vehicle in to this location and was given a 5 star treatment, they are technically driven and get the job done right and take care you like you are one of the family and anyone wishing to get there car or truck fixed I would recommend you go to this Belle Tire you will not be disappointed with the pricing or there pride in getting the job done.

In the past year the service has gotten worse and worse. Last time I took my car here they told me that my inner and outer tie-rods and ball joints were bad. When I asked why, they told me that they are original manufacturer parts. That has nothing to do with them being bad or good. They were replaced 2 months prior at Gordon Chevorlet. Today I came in for an oil change, tire sensor, and tire rotation. Keep in mind I was the 3 car to pull in and 2 cars were already in bays when I got there. I was told an hour and half. Came back up 2hrs later. Not done. Noticed that my car was sitting out side, so I asked if it was finished. They said only the oil change was done, 3hrs for an oil change. Pushing into the 4th hour now and my car is still outside. Last time I come to this location. If you need something small done and in a timely fashion, do not come here. Plus Im not sure there technicians are ASE Certified if they think manufacturer parts are bad and they dont check them properly.

Recently had some work done and some new tires, real happy with the service, knowledge, and honesty of the techs working.

Went in for wheel alignment was told would be about 90 mins for the job. i waited foe 80 mins and the never moved my truck until i said something. the mechanic ( if thats what you call him) pulled my truck onto the alignment rack. placed the laser pads on my wheels raisd my truck up 3 feet never went underneath.then proceded to complain to another worker for a good 5 mins . he then printed something off the alignment machine and pulled my truck back around.. Ithe guy at the counter had the nerve to say my total was 89.99 needles to say i will never be back . only left 1 star because zero stars is not an option buyer beware.if i was a nieve old lady i would not know i got ripped off untill my wheel blew and i killed someone or myself.

The staff here is amazing. I got new tires here twice, and just came in now for a free break inspection. They are timely, courteous, and honest. I thought my breaks might need to be replaced, but they told me they were totally fine. Id recommend this place to anyone!

They were horrible went to the one in canton on Saturday at 3:15 in the afternoon asked how long it would take to fix a tire he said Monday we close at 5 so i put fix a flat in it went to the one in wayne mich it took 31/2 hours the good side to that was they didnt charge me for the repair

Great service and a great price on my tires

They sent a text with a false time that my car would be ready. When I arrived they told me they had not even driven my car in the bay. That it would be another hour an a half. Also I was told they could change all my tires an give me an alignment. They changed the tires then informed me my ball joints needed to be repaired and they could not give me an alignment. Very disappointed with Bell tire.

I went to have a head light replaced in my Traverse and was in and out in less than the time projected. The service was great and the price was better than was proposed!!!

I had a flat. I brought it over and Matt said it would be 2 - 2:30 hrs to look at. 1:30 he later he calls and says my cars done. Super fast service and when I need new tires this is where Im going to go. Thank you for the excellent service.

They are always friendly (women) friendly also. Explain what they can do and cost upfront. I need a patch and were I called another company got crazy time frame tomorrow and afternoon just for a patch. Got here got me right in. I love this place. I guess thats why I keep coming back. My time is just as important and they at BelleTire put the customer first.

This was my fifth time there and each time I was taken care of by Jason. Got me in and had my vehicles serviced in a timely manner. I appreciate the service I and my wife receives when we go there.

Buyer beware, if going there for tire swaps. If purchasing great. Had them quote tire swap, which they started. Then called and said tires are too old unsafe. Hmm you didnt notice that before unmounting, but had no problem remounting once customer wasnt willing to be strong armed into tire purchase.. they were told swap OLD tires and rims to the new tires and rims from tires purchased from them 18 months ago. No one took the time to look at what was there in the first place... Not buying tires there now.. unfortunate because walking distance from house. They also kept valve caps from tires they unmounted and remounted... Shame on you Belle Tire. Word of mouth does hurt...

Excellent staff here, my grandmother is on oxygen and can not stay out very long, Im very gracious for the accommodating staff here. They told my grandmother when she called about a flat tire to bring it on in and they would get her fixed up.
