A fun field trip last week with Grandma for a Lambo obsessed young man. While we were not potential customers (yet!!), Gilbert generously let this 7-year-old sit in the drivers seat and handed over the keys. I needed help for a 2010 Gallardo and she was on it.Great follow up, Great information as far as the product. Constant and immediate update through out the day.Very rare in the auto dealership Realm that youll find service advisors go above and beyond. I purchased a 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder with Blue Fontus Exterior (Navy Blue) and Blue Scylla (Blue) & Cuoio Olimus (Peanut) Italian Leather Interior. Gorgeous Rare color combinations with 4,400 miles and I love it. I asked to have the car lifted after my test ride so I could check out the under body condition. Adam and I drove to Woodland Hills where the Service Shop was and met Dave in charge. He was very helpful and considerate answering all my questions and also offered his skilled experienced advice and history of this Model. The staff from Adam in sales, Ron as GM, Courtney in Accounting that prepared all my paper work and Dave Melton in Service were all such great people to deal with. I had a very minor door ding in my passenger side rear quarter panel from the car lot incident and they promised to take care of it immediately and sent Steve out the next day which was one of the nicest guys I met. Might be a different location. The spot I stepped onto was right off Calabasas Parkway. It was a nice spot, decent selection of vehicles. Staff was quite except for receptionist, she was the only on to greet me.Spot is worth looking into, albeit the attentiveness of the staff is a 2 - 10, they at least glance at you.

Had an oil change done on Lamborghini Huracan. Great staff. Had a chance to talk to one of the technicians. Seemed like a cool guy. Had me out of there in no time!

This Lamborghini Dealership was great it allowed my family and I to take pictures of all the stuff there was no issue. We bought a miniature 1/18 scale Huracán LP 610-4 and the attention to detail was fantastic and the employee that helped us get it was very kind and got us out quik. Had a very very bad experience here.Drove my Aventador to this location for a recall, car set 3 weeks without being touched. When checking on vehicle service advisor advise me that service department was not equipped to handle such a simple recall. (Wow after 3 weeks of sitting) now I have to take my car to another location. My vehicle WOULDNT start, due to the RODENTS DAMAGE that was cause BY eating electrical wires and harnist at this location. Service manager Robert advised me to call my insurance company and put in a claim.Wow!!!!!!!! 7k in Damages (Now seeking attorney)......

Brought in my bosses 2001 Lamborghini Diablo for service and since I didnt have an appointment, I was immediately turned away. I was actually dropping the car off per instruction. Since then Ive taken it down to Costa Mesa to that Lamborghini shop. It cost me extra to have it shipped rather than drive, but its worth it. Thanks Lambo North Los Angeles.

Best day of my life! I went inside to get a closer look at the Aventador, but even though I told the salesman that I wasnt going to buy it, he had me seated in the Rosso Mars Aventador roadster, and asked me to start and rev it! Even in corsa mode.. With that kind of service, its hard to imagine what itd be like if I was going to buy the car.. 5+ stars. Easy!
