As always Sandy the property manager is professional and helpful. My buddies and I have a storage room for skiing equipment. We have all moved away from Westford. Yet we continue our rental here because we know our things are safe. Best storage in the area. We looked at other places, but we walked away. Sandy is honest, genuine and truly cares about her customers.

I rarely write reviews but my experience at the Westford MA Public Storage was so excellent that I’m taking the time to do it. Sandy, the property manager, and her co-worker, Connor, were unfailingly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They answered questions, returned calls, and followed up when they said they would. I hope the Public Storage company realizes what an asset they have in these two employees.The storage unit itself was clean and climate-controlled, the “paperwork” was able to be done entirely online, and the cost was reasonable. I recommend this business without reservation.

Sandy, the resident property manager is someone I will never forget. I do not have a self storage room, I met her by accident. I had a flat tire on Easter, and pulled into the parking lot. She came out and helped me find someone to change my tire that was local. AAA was a 4 hour wait. We found a repair service that was here and changed my tire within an hour. She gave me a bottle of cold water and saved my day. Highly recommend, I certainly will use this company if I ever need.

Whenever you move, consider renting a storage unit. Sandy and Tom at Public Storage Westford were super helpful. Got a clean unit at a nice first month promotional price. They were up front about the terms and conditions for my thirty day stay. You have options to pick from (size, indoor vs outdoor, ground level vs upstairs) and the drive up check-in process via keypad is painless. My ground unit necessitated buying a $20 Chateau cylinder lock, but you keep it after closing your rental. Setting up an online account is quick, and any accommodations can be made easily. Out visiting my mother, who has a Storage here. I came with her on Saturday. She raves about the amazing manage, Sandy. I met her, she is professional, values her customers, and provides excellent customer service. She is a resident manager, who will go out of her way for her customers. My 80 year old mother’s, battery died during the summer. The office was closed, but she saw Sandy getting out of her car. She not only contacted AAA, but she stayed with my mom for an hour until they arrived, providing water and an air conditioned office for her to sit down. Initially, staff was very helpful and the unit was clean. No problems while using the unit. I gave a 5-star review at this time.Fast forward 6+ months later - I moved out of my unit but the employee forgot to close it out in the system. Because of that, I got billed for another month and since then frustrations have ensued. After a few phone calls, I was told this was an error on their part and that they would deal with it. A few weeks later, I get a letter from a collections agency saying I owe this bill. That was mid-November. Ive been trying to contact different people at Public Storage and keep being told that this needs to be addressed with Steve the District Manager. Too bad that every single time I call him the phone goes to voicemail and he never responds to my messages. Ive been told (but dont actually believe) that hes been contacted by his people about my situation as well, but still no response.Moral of the story - BE CAREFUL about renting from Public Storage... Make sure you can see and confirm that your unit is closed out or theyll try and take your money.

We are very happy with Public Storage. We needed a smaller size last year. The property manager called us when one was close, so we didn’t have to move far. The manager Sandy, goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy.

Its just a storage place. Personally I think they are overpriced. Their rent on the units go up randomly without warning. On the other hand, they are secure and supposedly climate controlled. Ive used them a lot over the years because of that and their convenient location. I think if youre not as picky as I am, you can do better. I used the one in Lynn, she was pretty pushy and sneaky, this dude in Westford appears more lazy to me.

Love to rent here when I need space. The staff (Sandy and Bob) are very competent and professional. They have helped me numerous times select the space appropriate to my needs. Another attraction for me is the facilitys proximity to route 495. A very clean and secure facility with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

He was only going to stay a year, but he liked the property so much, he has never left. Sandy is professional, knows her customers, and is well liked by all.
