Zach is an amazing Verizon associate. He was extremely helpful in setting up my new iPhone. He had amazing communication skills throughout the whole process. I highly suggest this Verizon store, they deeply care about their customers which is rare.

Right when I walked in, Verizon employee Al was there to help me out. I wanted to upgrade my moms phone for her to one of my old phones and he was able to do it pain-free, quickly, and saved me money by using my existing SIM card! He even tested it out for me to make sure the new phone was successfully activated. I have had so much trouble at Verizon stores in the past with rude customer service and added fees but this was a wonderful experience! Another customer walked in during this exchange and instead of making her wait, he asked if I was comfortable with him helping her out too and multi tasking. She had an easy purchase and everything went so smoothly.

Great place, had to drive to this location after driving all the way to the danvers location and being turned away, this location went above and beyond and helped me over the phone as I was driving to them so I could be all set when I get there. Will go to this location in the future for any needs.

Paid $180 more than I would have at the Apple store. I went to this store to get an iphone SE and was talked into purchasing a bogus bundle package that is definitely not worth it. Overall, something that would have costed me $440 at an apple store ended up costing $620. The associate I talked to was very misleading about the price of certain things and repeatedly threw out random numbers that didnt add up. Upon returning to the store to ask for a refund, I was treated very badly, still had to pay for one of the items I didnt want, and was given little explanation about the charges. Definitely go somewhere else to get your phone!

We were pleased to find them open and able to get a phone fix for my son in a short amount of time. Ill go back when its time for an upgrade for me!

Bought a new Samsung S8 here that failed a month later. They then sent me to the Samsung people for the warranty Samsung, using the phones IMI ID number determined this was not a new phone but one activated 2 years ago and had no coverage. I finally got the phone replaced with a new one. buyer beware at this location..

My experience was terrible. Im sorry but I was told they had FiOS to come in and pick up the equipment then pay bill. My wife went in with kids and first it was we dont do that here then oh ya then after 20 min of waiting was told they dont have service in our area. I just called two other Verizon FiOS providers and they isaid they do indeed have internet here. You need to be fired pretending you have a service you dont provide and lying to a customer who could give money to a product for years to come. Im Calling the BBB for this specific location and do not recommend it to anyone. Sorry but we dont lie at work because its work press the buttons and help your customers.

Wasnt I surprised to find that this is more a cell phone store and not a store that handles fios/cable. Silly me. Initially upon entry, single store associate was busy with a customer yet he took a moment to relay basic needed information to me which was nether rude to his customer or myself. Thats a bit of talent, manners and respect!!! Thank you. Best to get Fios info off the internet and call and Im good with that.

Absolutely the most misleading and rude human trashes ive ever met in my life, they should be sued and closed down permanently for misleading customers and charging them unwanted fees

I drove 45 minutes to get to the store to do a return and even though their hours if they close at 7 the employee had shut off the lights and locked the doors by 6:55. He told me that they were already shut and there was nothing he could do. He was very condescending and it was very unprofessional.

Called twice no answer drove to store not open but web site says open

One of the best service experience and I was surprised that the employees didnt try to sell me anything which I didnt need. Def recommended.

The staff is very helpful, when I went to the store to get the Set top box and router there was some issue with the system, sales rep called customer service which did not resolve the issue so the owner of the store jumped in and resolved the problem. He also made sure that I got everything I needed and knew how to setup the devices

I would give them zero stars if I could. The guy with long hair told me that they didnt provide internet service that wasnt FIOS, and didnt even know where I could go to set up any internet service with Verizon. The Verizon website has other services internet options available, yet these guys have no clue. Keep up the mediocre service.

Went to return Verizon fios router and they didnt greet me even though I asked them how are you doing? He threw the router in the box and walked away. I was like thank you and left. 😊
