I use to use the Car Clinic! My step son had his car in repair and they replaced a power steering line and charges him $400. You can buy that part alone for under $10. At the time his car was there I brought my Cadillac in to get an oil change and check the check engine light. They call me and tell me my timing chain is broken and that I need a new engine because it warped my heads. They were going to charge me $9000 for a new engine! I picked my car up and when I did one of the staff proceeded to tell me that he had three other cars in after mine that needed new engines. I knew my car could not need a new engine, it showed no signs of damage. I took my car to Cadillac and they confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the heads! I had a timing chain put on and my car was fine and is still running fine to this day! Please beware!!!!!After reading the Car Clinics response I am not surprised by their response. I did price my stepsons work on his power steering unit and it was a fraction of the cost of the Car Clinics repair.As for my Cadillac it has middle ground mileage, not high. There was absolutely no transmission leaks and the oil level was normal per the Cadillac dealership estimate. The only thing the the Car Clinic got right was the Stabilatrack. My car had no prior history with this company because I have not had a problem with this particular car. I have an estimate from the Car Clinic that states that I needed a completely new engine! I also have an estimate from the Cadillac dealership stating that the engine was in great working order and that they only needed to replace the timing chain! My car has been running great since Cadillac replaced the timing chain!To be clear on my discussion with a Car Clinic employee, I was told about three cars that came in after my car that needed new engines, one of which was new, There was no mention of a restoration being done.

Either lying or no clue what they are doing. They made up that my lower control arm was bent for a $1100 repair and turned out it just needed a $100 alignment. Go somewhere else before you go here.

Ive always had great service here. Very honest, they dont try and sell you things you dont need. My most recent issue was a transmission issue. So dropped it off so they could run diagnostics on it. After they determined that I needed a new transmission they recommended that I take my car to the dealership. Knowing how stressful transmission issues can be they waived the diagnostics fee. Instead of spending the 2,000 to repair the trans I traded in the car for a new vehicle. And of course I will always continue to come here for my service needs and will recommend that people come here. They always go above and beyond. Thank you

Friendly and genuine people here. Great service today, and managed to take care of my needs faster than a name brand shop can find a way to overcharge me. Even having to have a part sent from a parts place, I still walked out the door in record time. Fair price and took good care of my ride. Will be sticking with CarClinic from now on.

Unbelievable attention to detail and the staff is so friendly!! The owner - Chris, discussed with me what was wrong with my car and why. Its a very personalized place.They had to order the part for my car and I called at 2 in the afternoon and it was there the next morning and instead of being told to come in and wait on it, I got a personal phone call & asked what time worked best for me. I wish service and personal attention like THAT was in more places!!

If you are in need of a good shop that does great honest work at a fair price you can stop looking. I have brought vehicles here over several years and have always been pleased with the work done. I trust their judgement and expertise.We have brought in beater used cars as well as premium new cars and even an old RV camper van that needed engine work. All were taken care of with super results.

Just wanted to take a moment to praise the service I received this morning. I just moved into the area about a month ago and Google searched for a shop when I found Car Clinic. I went in for an 4 wheel alignment job. Since my 01 525I BMW had been in a wreck (Right Front - hit telephone poll) they took the time to explain and show me under the lift that due to the frame being pushed back; that it wont align perfectly straight.They even recommended me to a place to take it to have the frame straighten out however I do not have that kind of money for that job. I told them to just to the best they could. The alignment mechanic was very professional and explained to me that my car may pull to the right. However upon test driving the car everything seems great with no such pull and the wheel is perfectly centered! They also gave me a print out of the current alignment specs (Toe, Caster, Camber etc). Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, wouldnt hesitate to take my car back to them - and I am very picky about others working on my car as I am a DIY kind of guy. Thank you Car Clinic!

They over charge for everything, not very friendly and they drive your cars crazy. I caught the guy driving mine reckless throughout the parking lot for no reason. Im sure a lot of places over charge but not by a couple hundred like they do.

Very happy with this place. Definitely nice to friendly and really worked hard to accommodate our time crunch to get our college aged son his vehicle back quickly.

These guys do the job right and only do whats needed. They get my work van in and out so that I can get back to work.
