Had my brakes done and they were experts!! They gave me an entire breakdown of everything that needed done and did only what I asked. Not pushy at all. Had it done in a pretty timely fashion and they were busy! I highly recommend them for any service they offer! Got two new tires at a good price also.

In town for a lacrosse tournament and found I had a leak in one of my tires. Anthony got me right in and they took care of it. Nice clean store and great customer service!

I recently scheduled an appointment with TD and ordered a set of tires on a Monday for Friday installation. When I arrived on Friday, I was informed that the tires I ordered were not available in my cars size. Steve, the manager, substituted a better tire for the exact same price, which saved the sale. I appreciated him going above and beyond to keep me a happy customer. He also helped me with discount on my rear brake installation price. The topper is the always free alignment with 4 tires. I love that I can go to one place and get everything done at one time. I used to go to DT but then had to go to another place for brakes and alignment. This place is highly recommended. I gave only 4 stars as I thought they should have called me to discuss the unavailable tire situation. I did not like the surprise on installation day. But Steve did save the day for me! Thanks, Steve! I will be back when I need my rotation.

Yesterday (Wednesday, Sept. 8th), I took my car to the Tire Discounters on SR-32 in Westfield. That was my first visit to this tire store, and it will be my go-to tire place from now on. Josh showed me, and explained to me exactly what was going on in depth so I understood my different options.I could tell this was an attribute of his great work ethic and awesome character. He went above and beyond helping me which is something you don’t always find today.Also, it may have just been a light day, but I was in and out in no time. Hats off to the entire staff who made me feel welcome the complete duration of my visit. Great job! :)

I was shopping around prices and I decided to come in and get my tires on my trailer replaced today. I was quoted 79$ each and it seemed a bit cheaper then the other places in the area. But when I got here they didnt mention the 30$ install price for each tire to be added in over the phone. Atleast the other places quoted me a total price all together. My tires were on their last legs so I had to get them done while I was here. Also, no mileage warranty on trailer tires. Total waste of over 400$ Its my first time here and I wont be back.Update 9/22. I reached out via email on 9/14. I have not received any type of response or follow up. Very poor customer service. I definitely recommend going somewhere else.

My wife went to get her tire plugged on this visit. They plugged her tire and said she needed an oil change within the next two weeks. So she went ahead and got an oil change. she went on her way and The tire light was still on the rest of the day and wouldn’t let us put air in the tire they had repaired. She went back the next day to see what was going on. The service manger was nice and said he wasn’t there yesterday and the crew forgot to reset the tire sensor, no explanation why we couldn’t get air the tire. My biggest reason for the 2 star review is that they took advantage of my wife with the oil change. How do I know this? They forgot to reset the oil life sensor and when I checked the oil life in her car it was at 40%. I had bought tires from there before and didn’t have a problem but I won’t be back.

I am not sure about the quality of work, but the employees are not the kindest. Instead of offering help to an older man, make him walk 5 miles home then to a bank then back to your store because you wont accept a check? You would want someone to treat your dad better than that. You could have said we dont accept checks before doing the work on someones vehicle. Make your acceptable payments known before making a 60+ year old walk 10 miles.

I’M IN LOVE WITH TIRE DISCOUNTERS! I’ve been to this location 3 times now. I’m rarely a repeat customer at auto places. It seems other places are always trying to squeeze every dollar outta me, claiming I’ll die in a fiery wreck tomorrow if I don’t get my this or that serviced IMMEDIATELY! I’m still alive, by the way. TIRE DISCOUNTERS only does what I ask. Sure they’ll tell me what may need to be serviced soon, but THEY DO NOT PRESSURE me. They DON’T bring out the laundry list, already priced (excessively) and waiting for a signature, throwing around as much vocab and jargon to try and confuse, scare, and force me to buy. They’re all FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they keep their whole building CLEAN. I don’t write reviews often at all, but I just have to give this place its proper RESPECT. I’m thrilled to find a place I trust. They’ve made me a LIFETIME CUSTOMER!

Beware! Today my wife took her 2017 Honda Odyssey into the Westfield Discount Tire to get her air pressure check because the warning light came on. This is the tire store we bought the tires on the Odyssey. Tim checked the air pressure and told my wife two tires were overinflated, and let air out of those tires. She came home and said that the man who waited on her was rude, talked down to her and scolded her. She told me that later this afternoon she would take her car to another dealer to have the tire air pressure checked.Instead I took her vehicle back to Discount Tire. The manager Tim, waited on me. I informed him that my wife had just been there and came home feeling that she had been talked down to and scolded. Tim then scolded me.I advised Tim I wanted the air pressure rechecked while I could see the pressure gauge. Tim told me I would have to wait because he had more important things to do first.While waiting another man in the shop, Ty, asked if he could help. When I told Ty, I was there to get my tire pressure checked he said he could do that, stopped what he was doing, and helped me. Ty couldn’t have been nicer. I stood with Ty and checked the original pressure and watched him inflate the tires to the manufacturers recommended 33 psi.Wait for it . . . One tire was 2 psi under inflated, 3 tires were 4 psi under inflated.

Dan and his team helped me get my project car aligned. Overall amazing service, guys know what theyre doing and help you understand things as they are happening. Would definitely recommend. Also very friendly and professional.

They did a great job on my alignment I’ve gone there many times and I have had great service most of the time. Every once in a while, I’m unsatisfied with the alignment they have done on the vehicle, but I bring it back and correct it.

EDIT: After my first experience was a positive one, I had high hopes to be a returning customer... however a lot has changed in 4 months. After initial installation our alignment was never correct, 5-8 degrees off center. I now tried 3 separate times to go in and have them fix it correctly, but all 3 times there was a new excuse as to why they cannot get it in the shop. I quickly turned around, drove down the street to a local competitor who instantly got my services taken care of properly, knowing I’d now have to pay someone for a new alignment was not easy. But at the end of the day I know I won’t be returning to Tire Discounters and have found a new shop to get it right the first time.Great first experience. I was asked to adjust scheduled appointment time due to over-booking conflicts. However, Ty and his crew went above and beyond in customer satisfaction, making it well worth the trip! Im not one to put a lot of faith in shops usually, but will definitely return to Tire Discounters in the future.

I am a frequent Flyer here and they always take such great care of me and have the best prices around. Staff are very friendly and the store is clean. A + In my Book!!

Recently we had this shop put on 2 tires. When I dropped the car off the person working the register had on a mask. When my wife returned to pick the car up in the afternoon neither the customer nor the person working the register had a mask on. Don’t have signs saying mask required if you aren’t going to enforce that amongst employees or customers. We will not be returning.

I am a die-hard Costco tire fan. However, it is very inconvenient when you cant make an appointment and you sometimes stand in line for 30 minutes, just trying to get your car checked in. I have used Tire Discounters for two sets of tires now and compared both with Costco pricing. Both came out similar. With Costco being over 20 minutes away from my house and Tire Discounters only being about 3 minutes from my house, the decision has been easy. In addition, there are not extra charges for balancing and alignment at Tire Discounters. Finally, when I need a free tire rotation or a fixed flat, it is much more convenient due to the proximity to my home. Highly recommended!

Bad first experience. As father of large family I maintain six different cars at my home. As such I was happy to see a tire shop open up very close to my home as I tend to need new tires and other services at regular intervals.I tried them out first when my wifes tire went flat unexpectedly as it lost air very quickly on her last drive from work. I filled it back up but was very concerned due to how quickly it had went flat. The next day, I followed her out to the new Westfield Tire Discounter store where there was just one other customer just sitting and I really did not see much movement in the shop as well (this was around 11am on a normal business day)I explained the situation, that I was afraid to let her drive the car and that I just wanted someone to inspect it and make a recommendation (repair or new). I was however told that it would be 4 days before they could look at it. That obviously was a concern since my wife needed the car but our kids could let her use on of theirs so no big deal. I agreed since I felt it dangerous to drive. I therefore suggested I could leave her SUV (late model Mercedes GL series) there until they were able to inspect it. I was then told I could not leave the SUV there while we waited and that I would need to just come back when they were ready. I could not believe it.As a result we immediately took her SUV to our usual Discount Tire store in Carmel. They had a shop full of customers, we had to wait in line 10 mins or so, but they still brought in immediately. As a result they clearly showed me the poor shape her tires were in so I ended up buying her 4 new premium tires.Skip this place. Ive been using the other chain for decades now and I clearly see why they continue to do great business and are always full of customers. Ill drive the extra distance.

Absolutely unprofessional place I have ever encountered. First called to make an appointment was told I would receive a call back. Never got one. I decided to make an online appointment. I then called the location to make sure the tires are in stock and was told yes. So I arrived and then was told no tires in stock . I told them that I called yesterday and was told no you didnt talk to anyone here... Its okay.. i will take my business for all my 3 cars that needed tires. DO NOT GET TIRES HERE... waste of my time .. and very poorly run!

Called in at 11am for an alignment on my Dodge Avenger and they said they were able to do it at 3pm. They also said it would only take around 45 mins to get the alignment done. I arrived at 3pm and dropped my car off after signing some paperwork. After not hearing back from them, I called at 4:20 to see what the progress was and Ty said they had just started... I had to work at 4:30, so this did not work at all. I have no clue why they waited so long to start the work on my car as it looked like their garage had little to no cars inside. Ty clearly cannot manage his people effectively enough to get a simple alignment done in the time that they estimated. Also, my check engine oil light came on after visiting them when it wasnt on before and I am a couple thousand miles from my next oil change. Thanks Tire Discounters for wasting my time and causing more issues, I will never return to this business.

Work was performed without our consent. $220 for a single tire replacement, and we didnt get the opportunity to shop around because the tire was replaced before they even called. If you want to have a say in the work performed on your vehicle, take it to Firestone across the street.

Got my tire patched at another business after waiting for an hour and they said it would take another hour to mount. The guys here took me right in and mounted it and put my spare tire away in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely come back here if I ever have car issues again!

I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday night when Tire Discounters was closed. I was able to drive my car and left it in the parking lot overnight. The next day, I drove my wifes car to Tire Discounters where I spoke with Ty, the Store Manager. Ty and his team said they would do all they could to locate the nail and fix the tire. They were able to locate, remove and patch my tire at an affordable price. The store was very clean and Ty was very pleasant. I would recommend Tire Discounters to anyone!

Made an appointment for an oil change and my wife took the car to the appointment. When she comes back she tells me that it cost $500 because they found that our battery was bad (I wasnt having any problems). What an up-sale! Im sure Tire Discounters will say we gave her an estimate first, but she has no idea what a battery should cost. They charged $282.95 for a battery and $88 to install it. The same battery next door at Autozone costs about $175. I wont be back.

Buy your tires here... Free alignment with the purchase of four tires. Free rotations for the life of the tires. They have my business on that alone. You throw in the ASE Techs & free flat repairs and were definitely shaking hands!

My husband and I dropped off his truck tire to have a small hole repaired. 2 hours later we received a call from them stating that the tire couldn’t be repaired and that he would have to replace it. And that the estimated cost for the new tire would be approximately $600! At which time my husband told them that he would NOT be purchasing a new tire from them and that we will be returning soon to pick his tire up. We arrived within 30 minutes to pick up the tire and he was told by 3 separate service personnel that they couldn’t help him....the 4th told him that his tire had already been disposed of! My husband stated that he did not request nor ok the disposal of his tire. He insisted that they find it! 30 minutes later they brought out his tire! Wow!They disposed of the tire SO, we would have to buy a new one! What horrible business practice!!! I can’t even imagine how many others that they used this practice with!!!!There are SO MANY other great competitors nearby that you can trust like the one we used to repair the tire with no issues!DO NOT USE Tire Discounters (Westfield)

Great staff, a new location with state of the art equipment. Tire prices are pretty equivalent between most retail places but the service here, and the fact that they do an alignment at no additional cost makes them way ahead of the competition! I plan to use them for more of their full service options now too

Quality service. Slightly more than other tire stores. Everyone was very friendly and the Gm and owners introduced themselves to me. Only negative was being able to see your whole garages cams on the tv in the lobby, I love it. But I saw my car sit there unattended for 15 + minutes with 4 employees jacking around on cam. Then they messed up a tire accidentally and I had to wait another hour and 45 minutes. So 3-4 mgrs and 5 employees with on and one other person there and it took almost 3 hours for the same service I could have gotten faster at 30%less. Sorry Im just frustrated, they are new with high turnover so I can understand.

I came here for the first time to get two low profile rear tires mounted on my vehicle. other places were giving me a hard time as these tires are a little bit of a pain to mount. I was very impressed with the professionalism of DAVE, the staff and their willingness to help, Just genuine people. The store is also brand new and very nice and clean inside. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on for any of our tire needs and service maintenance. I’m glad I didn’t sit at discount tires for hours waiting and decided to come here instead.

This place is great. Had 4 new tires put on my 09 Yukon during the no cost labor sale. Decided to bring in my wife’s Honda CRV a couple days later and they said they would pick it up right now from our house and return it free of charge. In under 4 hours the picked it up, replaced the tires, and brought it back, all while having great communication throughout the process. I dealt with Dave, Ty, and Maria all who were more than friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Tire issues are usually emergencies - you need to be able to walk in --TD: walk-in: sure, time taken - exactly what it should have beenTOG: walk-in, hahahaha, appointment: next week, time out of your day: 4 hours2. Sell the right productTD: Here are the tires we have, here is where you might consider something different, and oh by the way, you have this minor thing wrong that we could fix for you for a fair priceTOG: try this overpriced thing - oh, and by the way, your car is falling apart and we want to do $1000 worth of work we are not qualified to do3. Know your tools / do it rightTD: They can do an alignmentThey know how to use the machine (dont ask - it is not typical)The steering wheel is centered when you get it back like it should be.The car doesnt pull - which is great and exactly why you had that doneThe tires run smooth and dont hop because they know how to use the balancerThe Pressure Sensor light is off (as it should be) because they didnt break the sensors.TOG: The steering wheel comes back sideways, you have the alignment redone twice because they dont really know how to use the computerized rack, one of the times they tell you it is impossible to do an alignment because they do not understand you have to smack the bolt with a hammer after you loosen the nut. You have to go back 3 times for a tire that leaks, you have to go back 4 times to have them rebalanced because they cant use the balancer right.I dont think Im asking too much? Do you? I want competent service that is done right at a fair price. After 5 years of frustration, I found Tire Discounters and I WILL be using them in the future.

I got a completely flat tire while driving on 32 and couldn’t drive to the store. I called and Maria, the GM, answered. She came and changed the tire herself! Amazing! After she swapped the flat out for my spare, I drove to the store and they got us in and out in under 30 minutes. I am so grateful!

Thank you to Maria and her team for taking the extra time to address my concerns. Over the past year I have had my summer tiers/wheels balance 8 times by Discount Tire between 2 locations who claimed to have road force balanced them and told me nothing was wrong.Maria and her team took the extra time and effort to try and get them to balance by moving the tires around to get the best result. Ultimately, she helped with documenting with what I had suspected all along, the tires were bad from purchase. She was able to help me work with Tire Rack, where the wheels and tires were purchased from, to get back a large portion of the cost towards new ones.I truly appreciate that her and her team took the extra time and effort to help solve a problem that just kept getting looked over by Discount Tire and Tire Rack. Thank you for taking the extra time and effort to make sure that the problem got resolved the correct way and not just sending me out the door to move on to the next customer.

I own a lifted a 1997 Jeep TJ with larger tires and the steering had become a problem especially when I experienced the Death Wobble, uncontrollable steering. I needed it fixed sooner than later and after checking with several garages that had no availability in the short term, Tire Discounters offered next day service. This was a particularly difficult job as my Jeep is 23 yr old with seized parts due to rust, etc.I picked up my Jeep a few days ago and now I can drive safely down the road and the steering straight. A special shout out to Dave, Stephen and Ty. Thank you, Ill be back.

Great customer service. Went in for an oil change and we were pulled directly in for service. My son left his jacket in the waiting area and Ty called us soon after we left to let us know he found the jacket.

I was having trouble with my tire pressure brought it right in and wouldnt you know it had a nail in it! They fixed it so fast. They were professional and knowledgeable I will definitely come back to this location for serivce!

Tried them out, and in 4 months, I have had continuous issues with the parts they replaced. Will not be going back and do not recommend to anyone. The mechanics do not know what they are doing. They have forgotten to secure a brake rotor and a radiator hose and has caused other damage due to these errors. I went back for them to correct and they acted like it wasnt their error.

I recently took my son to Tire Discounters in Westfield and I was very pleased with the assistance from Ty and Maria. They helped us find a set of tires in a price point and quality level that met our needs. I was particularly impressed with the way the Road Hazzard Warranty was structured.I highly recommend Tire Discounters and especially the Westfield location.

Positives - clean new building, friendly staff, met me at my vehicle outside.Negatives - I came in for a basic tire pressure light concern. Wanted to diagnose wheel hubs and sensors before even checking the pressures of the tires. After checking and finding 1 of my 4 tires lower than the rest, tell me that they need to take my car for a test drive, NO! Check the one low tire and find out why it’s low. No problem found when checking tire, which can happen if the puncture is really small. Didn’t reset tire pressure system. Overall disappointed at logic displayed. If I didn’t know what was going on, I would have been there for a long time.

No good I call and get me price for 4 tires when I get there they take all the tires down and they come back and tell me is going to be diferentires and is going to be in 3 days later no good service

I went here to have my tire checked and was told it was $35 for a patch and he went out to go check the tire and said there was a chunk missing and was gonna cost about $150 to repair. I went over to discount tire and they said they could patch for free and when he went out to check, there was no chunk missing and even if I needed a new tire, it was only going to cost $72 for everything. Terrible service and only in it for the money.
