We had ordered a new dining room buffet and when it was delivered I thought my 5 cats are going to scratch it up terribly. I didn’t know what to do and then I thought why not have a piece of glass cut and put on it for protection. I searched on internet and found Fab Glass and mirror and I was very lucky I did. Not only did they have a piece of glass that size already I also had multiple different edges you could choose. Ordered the glass top and then worried I sure hope it arrives safely. I couldn’t believe how well this piece of glass was package. Nothing short of a bomb hitting it would something have had happened to our top. I have ordered many fragile things from the internet. Used cameras and lenses for one thing. Never has anything been packaged like this glass top. I sent an email thanking them for such a well cared product and guess what I got a phone call thanking me. I worked with Nick and he was absolutely amazing in not only helping us to properly measure and order our custom shower door but with the installation directions as well. He spent a great deal of time with us and made himself available to all of our questions. Nick even took the time to send directions specific to our custom glass install.I would give him a 10 our of 10 for every aspect of service!!!! We are looking forward to ordering another custom shower door and wouldnt go any place else. I would have never been able to do this without him. Plus we saved almost $2,000 by using Fab Glass and we are very thankful!!!!

Fab Glass did a great job. They took my measurements and sent me a door that was perfect. I installed it by myself with zero experience. For their part, they were great.

I am happy with the glass bumpers that I finally received. They were a little more colored yellow than I expected but under a smoky glass you can’t see that. The product is sturdy and the customer support finally cam through to get me the product that i ordered. Originally was shipped an item that was much smaller than ordered but the team fixed it.

I ordered a large custom cut Grey tinted glass piece from Fab Glass and it came exactly as described. Packaging was excellent. Workmanship is excellent and the customer service at Fab Glass prioritizes the customer to a very high degree. Definitely worth doing business with them again.

Had a custom job to create a glass bottom for a niche with any irregular size. Required a lot of care and know-how. Fab Glass did an amazing job! They following my specs exactly and it fits perfectly. They recommended a radius on the inside corners which I didnt consider and it came out great.The piece was shipped very carefully. I was skeptical of this but I have yet to see a better packing job. It arrived in Colorado with no issues.I would not hesitate to do more business with Fab Glass.

We needed to replace a broken coffee table top and found Fab glass and ordered one. The price was so low it almost scared us off. But we ordered it. The communication was amazing. They notified us when they received the order, when fabrication began and when it was shipped. The packaging was perfect and the glass itself exceeded our expectations. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any form of replacement glass.

I live in Louisiana and I needed a custom glass piece and they were able to get my measurements with accuracy and were able to ship it to me with enough glass protection for the long trip. Amazing work.

I ordered glass inserts for some cabinets. The order was shipped quickly. However, the glass was shattered upon receiving it. Fab Glass was responsive with the claim to resolve the situation and they did ship a replacement. The process to get Fab Glass the information they needed to process the replacement was a bit of a hassle. The replacement was received and in good condition. The cabinets now look great.

Install went well, very straightforward. Product appears well made and solid, would buy again.

I had ordered a custom table top glass cover to the nearest 1/16 of an inch and it was fabricated and shipped in a very reasonable amount of time. it was packaged incredibly well and delivered with no issues. No defects of any kind on the glass and its very strong and sturdy. The size is exactly how I ordered it and the finishing on the edges and corners is absolutely perfect. I found this company by chance on Google and the price they offered was the best I could find. I would buy again from Fab Glass in a heartbeat.

They said that they don’t actually cut glass or acrylic. They have a third party do it. They can’t actually cut anything that to modify it. Not a real glass shop if that’s what you need. Just a third party who might (or might not, in my case) be ablebto do something for you. They were unable to refer me to an actual glass shop, suggesting instead that I get a General Contractor to do it (stupid idea, no GC is interested in cutting a piece of glass).

Excellent customer service, high quality in both glass and acrylic especially for custom templates. Would highly recommend.

I am a home tutor so finding a convenient way to set up my learning area was a bit difficult. I had recently shopped at Fab Glass & Mirror and saw some very cool glass whiteboards, the pricing was very convenient and they were very nicely designed. I decided to go with the light blue 48x72 board and all I can say is it is very nice! My clients love the style, it sure adds so much to my learning room. The process of shipping was very convenient and even arrived a day earlier then mentioned. If you havent looked at the new whiteboard glass designs I highly recommend it!

The size, shape, and thickness were perfect.When I discovered a small defect on one of the corners, customer service was polite and responsive. The item was ready for shipment, but they hustled to get it off the truck before the delivery driver left their facility. My movers shattered the glass top on my coffee table and I was concerned I would never find a reasonably priced replacement. Fab Glass and Mirror not only had the size I needed, but the correct dimensions and beveled edge option. My glass is perfect and I didnt have to go into debt purchasing a replacement! A totally excellent result with Fab Glass. They shipped when I asked them to. The glass I ordered for a desktop was packed in what was the equivalent of a vault assuring that it arrived in perfect condition. I recommend Fab Glass highly.

Very poor customer service. I had an issue with my order and they were unwilling to fix the issue. Their site says satisfaction guaranteed so I thought they would help me out, but unfortunately they refused.

I called to get a quote on a trapizoid shaped curio cabinet shelf replacement, which I gave measurements for and was quoted a price of $75 for one shelf. I needed 4. I called a local glass company 15 minutes from me and they quoted me $25 a piece. I got 3 shelves made for the price of one from this company. What cost me $100 would have cost me $300 from Fab Glass.I got four shelves plus another curio cabinet shelf made plus a 44 by 14 1/2 glass table top made for $100 less than the amount of what I would have paid for 4 shelves from them.

I ordered 1200 dollars worth of glass for a handrail I had built at a customers home I was promised all 6 pieces would be here by December 21st so I had time to install before Christmas. One piece was delivered I spoke with customer support asked if they could over night the rest to still make the holidays I was told it would cost me another 300 dollars per piece this is unacceptable the customer service sucked and was unhelpful.

UPDATE: I finally got my order on March 6th. I must say that I am impressed with the product. The glass was carefully packaged and arrived with no damage and appear to have very good quality. I got a call from the director of operations about a week ago and explained that there was a computer glitch and inadvertently accepted my order when they just ran out of stock causing a delay in my order since they needed to wait for the stock replenishment. Anyway, I was assured that my order would arrive soon and that I was also offered to get a rebate to make up for the inconvenience they have caused. I highly recommend this product.Very disappointed. I ordered my item (54inch square glass top) last Feb.13 but still have not received it! When I ordered it, the website said that the item is “In Stock” and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Two weeks passed and I still have not received the item. I called them several times and was told that it won’t ship til March 5 because it was a pre-order. Of course not! I luckily saved a screen shot of their website stating it was “In Stock” (even now it still says that) when I ordered it but then they say they still don’t have the item yet right now. This is totally misleading! Their website should say “out of stock, pre-order only!” Last week, I emailed them my complaint and sent them a screen shot that indicated item was “In Stock” based on their website.

Promised delivery in 5 days ended up being 9 days missing my time frame for our Holiday dinner. Of course they were sorry and said I shouldnt have been told 5 days. Should have stayed with Glass Top Direct.

Glass was far cheaper than any local place, it was made exactly to spec, and the packaging was excellent!

They wanted me to pay $261.44 for a replacement glass... Competitor price was $137.12 shipping included... Easy choice !

Jan 2 update:Within 2 hours of making the company owners aware of the problem with my order, I received several e mails from the owner and office manager. It was shipped on that day and I have since received it in excellent condition.Since mistakes do happen in any business, they made amends by giving me a substantial refund.With this development, my opinion is changed and would heartily recommend this company.The patio table glass I ordered DEC 7 was promised for Dec 22. It HAS NOT arrived as of Dec 27. Called on Dec 27 and was told the glass was in quality control and would be shipped soon.Tried to give zero stars review to add to the others online who did not get their delivery as promised. N.B.-- am not related to the other dissatisfied customer Dave Ford.

Very disappointing customer service.Almost four months ago, I ordered a glass table top from Fab Glass and Mirror. It arrived broken. Ever since then, I have not received the refund that they approved. I have exchanged emails and phone calls many times with “customer service” at Fab Glass. They have assured me repeatedly that my refund has been approved and is in process. For example, from an email dated Sept. 17 from Fab Glass customer service: “The refund of $64.01 has been approved and initiated.“ Despite their promises, the refund has not arrived.They have my money. I have a broken piece of glass.I would recommend you not do business with these people.
