I bought a new house that had an invisible fence already installed. However, we had a real fence at our old house before we moved, so my black lab was very confused. I had them come out and make sure the system worked and paid for three training sessions. Jennifer was great and my dog loved her. My dog is now almost completely trained! I highly recommend!

We used invisible fence at our new house for two of our dogs. We have a golden that is a year old and a boxer mix that is 7, both definitely have their own challenges that made me hesitant that the fence would actually work.Fast forward a few weeks and they are both staying in their yard! We had Sam as our trainer. He was wonderful! Worked really well with our dogs.Would definitely recommend giving invisible fence a try! Even with the most difficult dogs!

We have two black labs. We had a fence installed last summer to help the two year old pup stay in the yard. On installation day, I walked them through the yard and pointed out hazards and showed the path I wanted followed. They did not stick to the path and hit my irrigation system four times. That was the minor headache though. They do three training sessions. The first went great. The second, the trainer showed up a half an hour late and sat in my driveway. Eventually, I got a call from their office saying he couldn’t get ahold of me. He then took each dog for about 10 min for their training. He basically calibrated their collars and tightened them. Unfortunately, he put the collars on so tightly that he punctured our older dog’s throat. The younger dog’s was also tight enough that the fur on her throat rubbed off. After about 5 hours (I was working), I realized how abnormal and skittish the older dog was. That was when I found her throat punctured. We quickly got her into the vet and she was taken care of. However, both dogs are too terrified to go into the yard without me walking them. When i called to complain and explain what was going on, the first trainer came back to the house. She tried to accuse me of leaving the collars on too long and placing them too low on the neck. She was extremely confrontational and blaming. Mind you, the issue was found and reported to them hours after their trainer put the collars on. The Invisible Fence Company paid the vet and irrigation repair bills after several months. Unfortunately, our dogs still, almost a year later, are too afraid to go outside without me. If I’m not home to walk them, they pee or poop in the basement. This was not an issue before the fence. Our dogs loved playing outside and the accidents in the house are frustrating. Today, I discovered the collars no longer work even with new batteries that cost $80/year/pet. I write this review today as I realize how annoyed with the dogs I am. I’m struggling to remember it is not their fault.

Another great experience with Invisible Fence. We have used them since 2015 when we moved to this area. They got 12 year old Golden, Zuzu, to learn her new perimeter quickly. We just acquired a Golden puppy, Lucy, and Damien & Laura were great at getting her acquainted and learning the new perimeter. They worked with her at all corners to help her learn safely and quickly. Lucy has some dog friends in the next yard and they play together frequently. Laura gave us a routine for letting Lucy know when it is safe to cross the line into the next yard so she does not get confused as well as some great pointers to get her ready to go walking and exit our driveway. Lucy has broken through a couple of times when she see our neighbor who she really loves and so Laura worked carefully at ensured the collar fit just right but not to snug up against her neck to keep her from breaking through. She advised us on when to increase the size of the collar as she grows so it is not too tight. In terms of installation and repair of the fence, prior to getting Lucy, we realized our line had been broken and Invisible Fence was very responsive in coming out and fixing it. All technicians were great to work with.

Had an extremely positive experience with the invisible Fence company. Jennifer the dog trainer was awesome and explained everything in very much detail for us. Julio was truly a blessing as he installed our fence quickly and professionally. We are so grateful at the assistance in allowing our little baby boy to finally be able to run on the yard. Ive had a wonderful experience with Invisible Fence for the past 10 years. We got the fence for a very stubborn Boston Terrier (she liked to run), but after the 3 trainings weve had not issues with her running off. So, of course, when my son got his new puppy, Malcolm a mini labradoodle, we began the process to add him. Aaron has been amazing with him. I would highly recommend Invisible Fence and Aarons training, to anyone that is considering installing a fence.

I would recommend Invisible Fence to anyone looking for another option of containing their pet (for reference: we have a 30lb Beagle mix). From the moment we signed up to receive information to the day our pup graduated, it has been a wonderful experience. Due to Covid our initial Q&A presentation was done over the phone and it was beyond thorough. Our rep answered all questions and provided a wealth of information so we could make an informed decision. Once we had a scheduled date (1 week after our call!) the installer came and explained everything and within about 90min the install was complete. 20 or so min after that the trainers (trainer and trainee) arrived to begin. From the start we had a great understanding of the equipment, the process and how to be successful, complete with followup emails to ensure we knew next steps. Our trainer, Sam was FANTASTIC. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about him. Hes thorough and gives you so many tips that you feel confident you are set up for success.A few other things to note: we had an issue with the system right after install with our garage and the tech came back out same day and fixed it. Easy Peasy. Also, cost - we found invisible fence to be 2-3k CHEAPER than having a physical fence installed and thats with getting their top tier system. Its a win all the way around. I was sold on their approach and the trainers you get and they did not disappoint. The whole team, especially Sam, our trainer, was WONDERFUL to work with! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company.

Aaron and Sam are the very best trainers. You can tell from their body language with my puppy that they love dogs! My puppy is pretty young and my vet was hesitant of having him trained at this point. However, these guys were perfect! They deserve mega kudos for their work with Sebastian.

Fence owner for 30 years..it works when others fail. My dogs have always been safe in their boundaries and never have to worry about them crossing the line and going into the street! I had my doubts at first about how well Invisible Fence would help to teach our dog Max about boundaries, but I was wrong. The technology works incredibly well, and trainer Sam has done an outstanding job with getting Max acclimated to it. We have 4 huskies and installed this fence 3 years ago when we got our first 2.Installation & trainers were on time and professional.Trainers came back as needed because these are stubborn dogs.Office staff is aways helpful & professional.Huskies love to be outside and having this system allows them to be outside whenever they want and without being confined to a small fenced in area.I would (and have) recommend Invisible Fence, & particularly this office, to friends.If you have stubborn and/or furry dogs like mine I would definately start with the Max Dog collars with longer prongs.

We purchased an invisible fence because we live in a neighborhood, but do not want an actual fence as our children like to play with the neighborhood kids. I was worried about how quickly our dog would be trained. A dog trainer came for three easy, very helpful sessions to acclimate our dog with the new system. Wonderful 3 day training with Sam! He went above and beyond to make sure our new boxer was comfortable and safe within the fence. Also addressed other behavioral issues we were having with many tips and suggestions. Our boxer was a rescue and he was so patient with her and gentle with her. Really took his time to get to know our family and what we needed for our dog to be comfortable outside and in our home.

Had a fence installed for our Golden about 4 weeks ago. Installer’s were on time and installed the fence around our perimeter and flower beds in just a couple hours. My only complaint would be that they were a little messy leaving mud in my driveway and a pile concrete dust from drilling through my foundation wall. The trainer was amazing! She arrived on time and worked great with Wyatt. We had our final session today and she brought her own pups out to play to see how he reacted. Wyatt did well and we were able to pull his tie out today! Coming from having a very large fenced in yard where Wyatt could run free to a residential neighborhood without a fence. The invisible fence has been amazing and Wyatt loves being able to run free again!Will definitely be recommending invisible fence to family and friends!

After receiving his excellent training (by a delightful young woman from Invisible Fence), Murphy has been free to romp in both the front and back yards and - unlike one of our neighbors who used a different company and whose dog frequently escapes - Murphy has stayed put!We also hired Invisible Fence to install a doggie door. I have been nothing but pleased with Invisible Fence of Columbus. We had the Boundary Plus system at our old house. Moving it to the new property was easy. They just came out and ran new wiring and set up the old control panel and everything. Laura, our trainer, was amazing. She trained our 1st pup, Broly, a few years ago and we requested her again. She does not disappoint. Tirpitz did amazing in training and picked everything up insanely fast. We will for sure be requesting her for the 3rd pup when the time comes.

We had our lawn area dated and they broke the invisible fence line. Julio came out to repair it and did a great job. Very professional. While he was here, we had him extend the protection to include some flowerbeds. He explained everything to us and gave us an instant quote. They are a bit more expensive, but they guarantee the work.

Great company. Would highly recommend this business. Install was completed on time and only took a couple hours. Trainers followed up with training classes. Our dog had no issues with learning her boundaries. Sam and Laura were awesome with the training. Really worked well with our puppy.

The setup was good, guys came out a second time to move the line thanks to Sam ensuring we got the best care.Julio also was very courteous and punctual.Training was great! Sam especially worked great with our dog, who we were very afraid wouldn’t take to the system.
