Great customer service. I mean, top notch. They will help you with whatever you need, theyre very knowledgeable, theyre very friendly. I wish Cosmoprof could keep them stocked up on inventory, especially in the nail section.

Got followed around the store by the lady working. I was simply trying to look myself for a color I needed and felt rushed and not allowed to look.

Great selection but wish they carried ALL brands

I have been trying to go to this location because it is the closest to where my salon is, but they never have any of my color line or product in stock. It is on the next truck. It may be in the boxes in the back. Its on the next truck. Im sorry- but if its a popular product- order more of it. After trying to order a specific product multiple times when it wasnt on the truck, and waiting for weeks and it never came- I am over it. I have never had issues with staff and they are always friendly with me until this newer lady was working today. She was so rude!! I shop there at least weekly and spend plenty of money there but I refuse to go there if I dont have to anymore. Id rather drive across town since every other cosmoprof seems to have all product in stock!

They have massage lotion biotone dificult to get in a hurry

Interesting but limited sales to licenced beauticians. So no purchase made. Visited only

(you must have a beautician license to purchase anything from here)I used to go here for my nail supplies when I was a nail technician. A bit pricey but they carry professional brands! Gelish, CND, OPI you name it!

Young lady was extremely helpful and polite, I think she said she was the mgr.
