David (owner) was amazing and maintaining not only orders at site but the online orders as well. He held his composure and kept communicating with customers regarding any delays (or the well be right with you). Sandwiches are always good here - definitely good breakfast bagels too.

First time for me. Got a bagel sandwich with salami, cream cheese lettuce & onion. It was just ok, it was missing flavor. Staff was very helpful and polite. Bagels were fresh. I dont regret going. Maybe next time just a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast.

Went there on a Monday, it was closed. Probably struggling because people dont want to go into a place with a sign on the door that says you must wear a mask.

It was very busy when we arrived but the line moved pretty quickly. The bagels and bagels sandwiches were totally worth the wait.

Delicious real bagels! Nice crispy outside and soft stretchy insides. Closest to real NYC style bagels that Ive had in Columbus so far! Also really good prices. Had a sausage egg cheese bagel sandwich and the eggs were fluffy and not rubbery like Ive seen at some other places. Cream cheese was really well distributed on the bagels.

I was sorely disappointed. I love bagels and Ive had them all over the world, but these were some of the smallest ones Ive ever had and when I double checked to see if it was toasted she said yes but it barely was. The coffee was mediocre. For $17 for two bagels and two cups of coffee, definitely not worth it.

I lived in Manhattan for 10 years and need to disagree with others saying the bagels here are close to that NYC quality that seems to be a popular bagel standard to go by.Plus, the Pizza Bagel is one of the most depressing bagel items Ive experienced. The sauce and cheese was just dolloped right on top of the whole, uncut bagel. Like, why? It exudes laziness and just made everything soggy and sad.

Got what some people would probably consider to be a strange order but I was happy with it! I ordered the lox and lite scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel, added an egg, red onion, & tomatoes. I was a little disappointed with the matzo ball soup.. had to add salt to give it flavor. Friendly staff and quick service! Will definitely be going back :)

I’m so excited I’ve found a great new bagel shop so close to home! I love my cinnamon raisin bagels with strawberry spread. If you’re in the mood for great breakfast sandwiches they have a myriad of different combinations to chose from.

The bagels are good. I like coming here but the service for mobile orders if very slow. They started my mobile order 10 min after it was suppose to be ready. Got my food 20min after it was scheduled. Faster to wait in line when you get here. Don’t mobile order here

Im only giving this one star because I have to. Our (with 2 other people) experience was horrible from the time we entered until the time we left. The staff was non existent, rude & acted as if we were putting HER out. Never, ever eat here again. Worst experience at a dining establishment.

This bagel shop is great! They have some unusual flavors (Buckeye bagel), and they are great. The staff is always friendly, gets the orders right, and the restaurant is very clean. Other food there is good too, like the giant cookies and soups. Prices are fine and Im glad to have another option to greasy fast food.

Great chewy bagels and outstanding sandwiches.

Having lived in NYC for 11 years, moving to Ohio and finding a bagel that was even close to a real NY bagel was a struggle. Barrys is, BY FAR, the closest thing. Traditional bagels (Everything, Salt, Egg, Plain, poppy, sesame etc) are spot on. The special ones...like blueberry and other sweet (other than cinnamon raisin) are just not bagels to me, so I cant fairly judge those. Their deli meat is excellent - corned beef, turkey and pastrami - and I do love their matzo ball soup. My daughter loves there breakfast sandwiches as well. I am grateful that they are close and I can pop in and grab some for home.

Their jalapeno cheddar bagel with chive and onion cream cheese is life changing. Fair prices and a friendly staff makes this a local favorite for me.

I got a lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel. It was tasty but nothing special. The bagel had a good texture and capers were quite tasty.

I just came into the store carrying my 5 month old baby. I was on a walk and decided to pop in and grab a coffee. I was instantly greeted and taken care of immediately. The man who was taking care of me treated me as if he was the owner. He walked around the counter and gave me a lid for my coffee, got it ready for me, and made me feel like a VIP. The coffee tasted great as well; I am a fan of Biggby. Great experience.

This is proper bagel shop, it is outstanding.

Horrible experience. Staff acted incredibly under trained, spending 5 minutes to grab a salad from the back and informing us that the item was 86’d then constantly asked us what size we were wanting after already stating the combo special on their menu. Staff needs to stop smoking pot.

Do not order for delivery through this place if youre okay with your order being incorrect every time. Better to pickup or dine-in because its usually a guarantee theyll mess something up with your order if its being delivered.

I really enjoyed the plain bagel with cream cheese. Cream cheese tasted fresh and was evenly distributed. Stayed warm even while in the car. I really enjoy the variety of different bagels. Definitely recommend for anybody who is looking forward to buying.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us when we walked in. The bagels we had were very good. The coffee was fine, but not made fresh right then, it is kept in a warmer. The only knock I saw was that nobody cleaned the tables in a timely fashion and there were several dirty tables in the crowded location. Take home bagels were tasty and fresh, I love the bakers dozen. Few do this anymore.

This is our second time here. I love supporting new small businesses because my parents owned a deli for 30 years. But because of that Im sensitive to customer service and experience. We ordered two garlic bagels. They are in a bin beside the sesame bagels. The bagels (pictures) appear to me to have all sesame seeds and like two pieces of garlic that probably rubbed off from the real garlic bagels. Anyway we didnt notice until our bagels were prepared and handed over the counter to us. I told the man at checkout that his sesame bagels were placed in the garlic bin. Instead of examining the bagels and offering an apology- he says actually our garlic bagels have sesame seeds on them. Well we ate them and there was no garlic on these bagels. Disappointing. We also had to inform a staff member to change his gloves because he had just prepared lox on my moms bagel and handled my sons bagel with fishy gloves. At least he threw out the bagel and started a new one, but he looked annoyed when we asked him to change his gloves. A smile goes a long way. Hope that management continues to work on offering exceptional service.

Service and food was great! Couldnt stay due to Covid but it was a nice place.

I don’t really know what to say about this place. The food is good but if you order there, they are slow and all the employees are stressed out. If you order online, you don’t get what you ordered. For instance, today I ordered roast beef on a toasted sesame bagel with cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, Mayo, pickle on the side. What I got was roast beef on an untoasted sesame bagel, and cheddar cheese. That’s it. No toast, onion, tomato, mayo, or pickle. We also ordered lox and cc on pumpernickel, toasted, capers, pickle on the side. Got lox and cc on pumpernickel, untoasted, no capers, no pickle. What we ordered matches the email receipt. The receipt on the food does not match the email receipt, and the food we got doesn’t match the printed receipt. I feel bad posting a negative review (I don’t do that), but they always get it wrong. Every time.

Friendly and helpful staff great sandwiches. Bagels are decent quality, however, they do cook the eggs in a microwave if you dont like microwaved food.

I ordered 1 measly bagel and they couldnt find it. I waited in line because I ordered it online I had my order confirmation to just pick up and pay. The Assistant manger finally comes out after 10 mins and says “idk bro” we can make you another one. There is. Now 15 people in line and my break was over for work

As a pulmonologist I am very picky in these times. I try to avoid any businesses where they don’t do a good job with keeping distance, being careful and such. Barry’s Bagel is walking distance to my place and I love how they deal with this! They keep distance, the majority of customers wear masks and if you order and pay online, you can pick your bagels (baker’s dozens come in so hands in these times) up at a table that they placed right at the entrance! Thumbs up! So glad to see my favorite place taking it seriously and making me feel safe! Keep it up!!

I come every time I’m in Westerville for the salt bagel and cream cheese- LOVE IT!! Today I purchased a chef salad to go and looks delicious!!Please Open a Barry’s Bagel in gahanna!! At 11 a.m. today, I took the last of the chili. Should be better prepared for the days business. Employees were a bit clueless albeit very polite. Otherwise, outstanding bagels and impressive variety.

Im originally from Toledo, so these bagels are very nostalgic for me. This is more than just a bagel joint, they serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee, and soft drinks. I love the eggles!

I tend to prefer their egg salad on my beagles. Barrys is clean, fast, friendly, tasty, a little hard to find. Use maps to locate. They are worth the effort.

This was our first visit, and we ordered a deli tray from Barry Bagels. The tray came beautifully displayed, plenty of extra condiments, paper products, and side dishes. The meats and cheeses were delicious. However, it was not exactly what we ordered. Gabby, the manager at the Westerville store, was quite apologetic and made it right. We will definately be back.

Ok how hard is it to get a good bagel, I mean one that is not burnt black. I order a bagel got out in my car and though really, you are actually going to server bagels that smell as burnt as they look.Took it back in and the person checked. They were all burnt and they still decided to server them. What is wrong with a manager who tells the employees to serve bad food. Oh never going back.

2x Ive had this. 2x Ive loved it. The ordering experience is slightly jarring because the menu isnt too instructional. But once you get it, the fun begins. There are a lot of options of got and cold sandwiches, as well as a large assortment of toppings. The place is clean, modern, and inviting.My only suggestion would be to streamline with suggested combinations. Otherwise...real good!

Excellent customer service, bagels taste great, cinnamon swirl spread was great! I gave 4/5 because they forgot my vege spread, and I had to make a second trip the next day to pickup, by the next day my bagels were not the same

All of the food is high quality. I always love places where I can custom build my meal, and this place is great for that. Ive never been disappointed here.

My 2 experiences at this place were below expectation. Im a lover of garlic bagels and both times when I ordered my food, I was given sesame bagels. Their prices also do not match as I ordered a breakfast bagel which was standard priced around $4, however my husbands veggie bagel was over $5 and the veggie toppings were skimpy. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to get quality from Brueggers Bagels. Never again will this happen to me because I the consumer have the power to control it.

Finally! I get a FABULOUSLY tasty lox bagel!! Ive been searching all over Columbus for a really good Lox bagel and I found it! Barry Bagels is awsome! The food is on point and the people are sooo nice! They really made me feel welcomed and well liked. Cant wait to come back!!

Never knew I liked bagels so much. I have been there more then 5 times and got like 4 dozen and every time they come out tasting equally as good they have so many different flavors to select from and choices of cream cheese. The employees always seem to be enjoying themselves.

Maybe it would have been good but the price was $1.75 for a bagel w/butter. I can get the same thing at Panera for $1.00. Okay so maybe the bagel was to die for. Probably should have tried it but .75 cents is almost a whole nuther bagel

Was hoping to order but the workers were more worried about online orders than the customers standing right in front of them. Stood in line for 10 minutes and finally got fed up and walked out since my family wasn’t even acknowledged once while we were there. Very poor customer service.

Need to ensure cutting counter is cleaned off before cutting into a different type of bagel. Sometimes I order a sweet type of bagel and it has seeds from, a Everything bagel. BLAH!!

Staff is always friendly. Food is great. Production isnt super fast and it can get a bit of a line, but the structure doesnt appear to be conducive to a logical workflow sometimes. Big call in orders occupy customer facing staff. Not really any employees fault. Producing egg bagel sandwiches produces an insane amount of trash: plastic bowls for each serving of egg, which are thrown out. Paper for heating meats. paper for covering work areas. All thrown away. Plus the paper used to wrap and send off the finished product to the customer. Green conscious folks beware. The restrooms are clean and serve the purpose. However theyre single occupancy yet still signed men/women. Very easily could be gender neutral.

Nope. Probably ok for a really basic bagel & drink combo, but its not a deli. Maybe the digital menu will work for you - it didnt for us so played it by ear and didnt die - so score 1.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:00. I arrived at 11:15 and was told it wasn’t ready, come back in 30 minutes. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and when I returned it was still not ready. I was told 10 more minutes. I went to run an errand and when I returned it was still not ready!!! I was told 5 more minutes. Finally on my 4th time going to the bagel shop I was able to get my bagels!

Facilities look great, but the sausage on our bagel sandwiches came out cold. As a recent transplant from the east coast, I dont understand why bagel places in Ohio are using microwaves instead of flat tops in the kitchen. Hoping to find a place that has this figured out, but in the meantime its unlikely Ill return.

The bagels and coffee are delicious. When I called to place a catering order I was told that could only be done with the boss who was not there. I ended up placing an order from the regular menu and they didnt give me cream cheese. I had to go back and get it. It was very inconvenient, added a ton of time to my morning getting down Polaris parkway and they did nothing to make it right.

Sun. 9:30am... Were out of my first 4 choices of bagel?? Bagels seem much smaller than most others. Prices are full size. We had chicken salad bgl and bacon-egg cheese bgl, both were VERY GOOD. The 4 empty tables and beverage station were in need of clean up. With 4 single orders ahead of me, took 15 minutes to receive my bagels. Good product. Training would enhance the experience. Hand slicing bagels dangerous and slow. Ill try again.

I LOVE the bagels here. They are warm and fresh. The employees try hard and are very welcoming, but have yet to visit when they were not overwhelmed. I want to give it five stars, but cant due to the fact that every Sunday when I go, there is a line waiting for this place to open. Please, open earlier on Sundays. When people get in, it then takes awhile as bulk orders wait for cream cheese to get weighed out. Is it possible you could prepare a few packaged cream cheese before you open? I will still come either way, 13 of these bagels for $10.99 is a steal and I love being able to get a bacon breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, but it feels like there could be less stress on the staff with a few minor changes. Also, the buckeye bagel is sweet and heavenly and needs nothing with it, its a unique experience for a bagel.

Bagels and Cream cheese are ON POINT!!! very good. I cant comment on the price or in house experience as they were purchase for the office and delivered to us. ONE small thing though... Can we get these cut? I think me and Barry might have to fight the next time I have to cut an everything bagel in an office with carpet............ was worse than a 2 year old with a bucket of glitter.
