Did some damage to the front of our jeep. Tow company took it to another repair shop.. 3 days later. We had tow company take our Jeep to combs..The BEST decision we made..We arrived same time our jeep was towed in.Josiah came to us instantly and looked at our jeep talked with us what the process was..He also worked with our insurance company.. the only thing we did was tell our insurance company where our jeep was.I would highly recommend Combs to anyone who is looking for someone that cares about your vehicle as much as you do..If there were 10 ☆s combs would have them..

Ive trusted my collision repair to Combs for years. They do fantastic work and make the unpleasant repair process easy -- coordinating with my auto insurance and rental car company.Even though they arent currently on my insurance carriers Preferred Partner list, they worked with together to make sure I had OEM parts and I didnt pay any more out of pocket than I would have otherwise.I would highly recommend using them -- my car looks as good as new.

This place is awesome! First, their work is phenomenal. I was in an accident and needed major repair on my bumper and trunk. My car looked like new when I picked it up! I also received updates via text throughout the duration of the repair so I knew everything was on track.But what sets them apart is their service. First, Pat and Dana in the office are so friendly, personable and accommodating. What impressed me the most was on the day I picked up my car. I had my 4 month old in tow and was by myself. Ray, one of the repair technicians happened to see me struggling to switch my stroller, car seat, and all my baby gear from my rental back into my car. Without skipping a beat, he literally dropped his things to come help me. He even called for his co-worker Richard to come help too. Such nice, genuine people.It’s not the type of service you come across every day and it deserves to be recognized.I highly recommend Combs to anyone in need of their services.

Good workmanship but replaced Chrome piece with black plastic part. Very disappointed, its the only black plastic on our vehicle and it looks weird and cheap. Insurance paid for new parts but we didnt get what we had. Probably wouldnt go back.

STAY AWAY!!If your looking for a body shop only concerned with cashing you insurance check, youve found the place! Took my car in to repair some damage to the rear bumper. Went to pick it up and there was a backup sensor that wasnt painted and a screw in my tire. After haggling with them, I finally got them to plug the tire and paint the sensor. Went to pick up my car a second time and there was a brand new crack in my windshield! The response; a shrug and file a claim with your insurance. After following up with my insurance to try and persuade them to do the right thing and repair their damage, I find out that when I signed to have the work done, there is a clause that alleviates them of any and all damages that might occur while in their possession. So if an employee drives your car into the side of the building? Sorry about your luck. Ultimately, if your looking for a body shop that probably uses knock-off Korean parts painted with a can of spray paint, youre looking at the right shop, go talk to Nate, he will take care of you.

They did a great job fixing my car. They send you text messages updating you on your cars progress. I would take my car there again.

It must be really nice to turn business away. I called about an older truck I have damaged in a deer strike. Someone was supposed to call me back by the next day at the latest after I gave them claim details. Never got a call so I called again a few days later and was told again that someone would call me back. I never got a call. I just dont get that. Not a good indication for how work is done I must say.

My car was totaled and I had it towed to Combs everyone was very nice, and made the process smooth an easy.

I was unlucky enough to have an incident with a year very near to home approximately one month after I bought a brand new 2016 Nissan Maxima. It damaged the entire front end hood and passenger side fender both Wheels and other things totaling approximately $10,000 and damage. I went to Combs because Ive lived in that area had never used them but new people that had including a family member and they had all been happy with their service. I happen to work with Nate Combs who did the estimate and I chose them to have the work done. He estimated approximately one week and sure enough one week later it was done. They offered me a ride home when I dropped it off and they also offered to pick me up when it was done. And my opinion the car was perfect you could never tell the anything happen to it all the parts were new not just fixed and the paint was absolutely perfect just like Factory.
