Great place! Helpful staff helped me much. I love the garden center and the great selection of flowers that they have. Tom, Scott and Marcus and all very helpful employees, look for them in the purple in the garden center and they’d be glad to help you with any flower questions.

I like putting together my shopping list via the app before visiting the store to ensure all of the items I need are in stock. The app routes me the most efficient path through the store - no back-tracking. The staff seem more accessible and helpful than at other Central Ohio locations I have visited. I occasionally used curbside pickup during COVID and it was the most convenient and efficient that I had used in Central Ohio. They do have some people inside the front door lately pretending to run a survey but its really some kind of scam to sell water purification systems that no one with Del-Co water needs.

Took in a strip of paint to get color matched on an exterior color. Touched up the spots needed and the color didnt match!!! Now Im going to have to repaint the whole front of the house 🤬

I wish there is an option for zero star.Customer service people are liars, I went to the front desk to rent the flatbed truck, and the woman there told me she cant rent it because it needs oil change, then another woman next station asked how long do I need it, I said about an hour she looked at the first woman and oh ya we cant rent it to you, but after about an hour I checked back on line and it showed truck is unavailable, which means they rent it to someone, so I called the store and asked to talk with the manager, a man answered and said he in the place of the manager, I told him what happened, his response was oh ya we had to take it out of service, and thats why it shows as unavailable .After about 45 minutes, I checked on line again, guess what, its back available for rent .So it seems they play games at the front desk, and cover each other b.

Jason the store manager took our tree back that didn’t light up after only one season. He was able to locate our same tree and hold it for our family. Julia was helpful making the transaction seamless and Tim helped us carry the tree to the car and load it. We love our local Home Depot, thank you!

Didnt have what I was looking for but the service was great.

3 guys showed up to deliver my dishwasher, neighbors witness them drop it out of the truck. Then they broke my water shutoff valve. Week later a plumber came out and fixed that. A week later the guys came out to finish the install just to find the thing is broken coming out of the box.

People follow you around the store so much thinking your stealing that you forget about what you came for!

My parents went with the intention of buying a fridge we saw the day before. There was a sign on the fridge on both days that the fridge was IN STOCK and could be taken home same day. Sell. It was not in stock. So the employee told my parents to go another location that had the fridge in stock. My parents proceeded to go to that location. Lo and behold they DONT HAVE THE FRIDGE. but the one on sawmill does. Home depot seriously needs to update their inventory system as my parents spent hours of their day off driving from location to location. The employees at this location were neither helpful nor kind.

The store was clean and neat, good and customer service at the counter. I wasnt necessarily there to make a purchase, I was looking at microwaves.

Very helpful people. The Westerville location is not as large as the Cleveland Avenue location which has more products.

Was looking for a faucet mounting nut (pretty standard item). Once we found someone to help, he was very patient and had a good idea to solve our issue, but it turned out not to be functional. It was great having them stay open through most of the businesses shutting down, though!

Customers not wearing masks, RIGHT IN FRONT OF STORE EMPLOYEES, despite ten thousand plus articles in dozens of medical journals proving that masks reduce infection rates. Store employees REFUSE OUTRIGHT to enforce store policy, CDC guidance and so on and so forth ad naseum. If you value your health you might try deferring your purchase or better yet boycott this store until such time that they hire people who have enough intelligence to realize that if masks are not worn mortality and morbidity from the virus will just continue to escalate.

Limited selection at this location. HD pricing doesnt present the value I seek.

This stores inventory is hit or miss with regards to what it says online. Someone really needs to clean this up as it creates a terrible customer experience.

Bought a dryer here, a floor model, right before Labor Day weekend. The floor model was priced to sell at $697 and had a major scratch across the front. It was before the Labor Day weekend and we asked the associate if he thought any sales would be coming up. Al, the sales associate said he didnt know, but if one came up to just come back with the receipt and Home Depot would give us the difference. He asked if we had a 3-pin or 4-pin plug, we said 4, he sold us a 3... Roll it up in plastic and load it into the truck, we decided to check Home Depots website and the original dryer is selling, with free delivery, for $649. So we go back into to store to try and find Al - he said we could get the difference. No one can find Al. We tell the other sales associate who was sitting next to him when we checked out what Al had told us and she said that cant be done. We ask about returning it and well just buy it online. She says shell get in trouble if she gives us a discount, so we go up front and talk to a manager. He says there is no price matching on the website and cant do what Al said could be done. We paid $50 more for a severely scratched floor model. Lowes and Best Buy had them in stock for $649 NEW. We got home and realized Al bagged up a 3-prong even though we asked for a 4-prong cable. I wont even return to a Home Depot to return a cable.

The customer service at this location is laughable. They advertise items in stock but when you go to get them, surprise! They dont have them. This has happened numerous times so I know it isnt a one time thing. Tonight was the final straw. Ill never shop at HD again. I go to pick up an item that their site says is in stock. I get there and an employee says it can be shipped starting mid Sept. Nope. Went to a competitor that rhymes with Bows and walked out with what I wanted... for cheaper.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot. Always a friendly and knowledgable staff. Honest too, if they dont have it, theyve referred me to a local hardware store. Easy in and out.

Just another corporation that does not care about customers. They lie and tell you the services you receive with them to close a sale, only later to be quoted fine print that was never talked about or mentioned by one of their experts. I would recommend you go to a real carpeting and flooring provider before home Depot. They out source their work, and Ryan the manager at the Westerville Home Depot doesnt problem solve, only quote you hidden details that their associates never mention. Now I must spend almost 1000 because their poorly trained staff cant go over offers and details with their customers. Nothing is free or even always an option with home Depot watch out before you get scammed like I did. I bet Best buy could provide a better service in carpeting..

Worse trip here ever. Store almost empty, could not get help from employees because they were standing around talking to each other. Had to get someone from electrical to help me because the older man in plumbing was standing there for 15 minutes talking to a young blonde girl. I thought she was a customer, until I saw her when leaving the store filling a shelf.

Actually after having a bad experience at your Powell store we went into this store hoping to get what we needed. James in the appliance dept was very willing to help us, helped pick out and nice refrigerator and even helped with delivery arrangements, he went over our options and with the help of his manager was able to get us the refrigerator we needed, So James has very good customer service skills which we appreciate. Thanks again James!

I would not suggest buying an appliance from Home Depot. We bought a refrigerator for a rental unit and they still dont have it installed after 1.5 months. Lots of finger pointing happening between Home Depot and LG but still nothing resolved. I am assuming we are not the first people to buy a refrigerator...

Home depot is a great place to shop its got everything in it and many times prices are very reasonable. I like it when they have a sale because I can go in and buy everything I need and lots of it. Looking forward to their soon coming Spring sale on outdoor equipment, outdoor products, mulch and stones and things. I have several projects and need a sale and good prices. I love their tools. They make great stuff and sell good stuff. Worth a trip

She would not leave my wife alone, pressuring to buy cabinets. She finally had to tell the lady she had to go after repeatedly telling her no.If Home Depot is doing ambush sales I’ll take my business to Lowe’s.

I went to have an extra key made. I did have to have them page someone, but that was as I expected. I received prompt service. I did some additional shopping and checkout was a breeze. Theres always people willing to help you find something or get you to the correct aisle. Efficient operation throughout.

I placed an order online. The system let me place an order with express delivery within 48 hours. After about 5 days with nobody calling or showing up, I called the store. They said I should have called earlier because there is really nothing that alerts the staff to these orders, and it was never pulled. Whatever, your computer system is TRASH. Ok so I let them schedule a 2nd delivery time, and they showed up with an incomplete order. It took me driving to the store to get my money back. This stuff was for paying work that I will surely lose. NEVER COMING BACK.

May be a smaller store but it has by far the BEST Pro staff team in the city! They have worked with us on multiple projects, helped develop solutions, introduced to new products and just overall the best around!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Purchased a dishwasher. Great service when purchased. The delivery went well but during the install the XPO Contractor using TCM Logistics who is owned by Tony Mikesell is where the issues occurred. The employee doing the install stated that I had a major leak (No leak until the employee touched the valve) and stated that I could pay that person $100 to fix it. I felt as though the person was not being truthful so I refused to pay the $100. I called the owner Mr Mikesell who would take no responsibility for the problem or his employees actions. I called Home Depot. I worked with Matt in the Westerville store who tried to be of assistance. Matt was great and customer focused. He made contact with the TCM but TCM would not take responsibility for the issue or Home Depot. I had to go to the store twice. There was a part needed as well. Colin Boysel, the Assistant Store Manager was not helpful at all as well. Very similar to TCM he would not take any responsibility for the issue. I ended up hiring a plumber to correct the problem. A very painful experience. Based on the lack of customer service to correct the problem I will choose now to drive the extra 5 miles to Lowes and will never shop at the store again. I explained this to the Colin and he had now answer. A $100 problem that could have been handled by either TCM, XPO or Home Depot will now result in a loss of future years of shopping at any Home Depot. Very shortsighted in my mind of Colin. Principal of not doing the right thing.

Do not go to this home depot. We went to research a stove and asked about a military discount when asked we were told we could use a family members discount. Two days later we went back with my family member and were told we could not use the discount. Really? Home Depot could have and should have honored this request after telling us prior we could use it, Lowes would have honored it!

Wonderful Home Depot Store! This location is in full bloom right now, and the store is really filled with everything you can ever think of for spring. There were extra employees in the store today working in the aisles and in checkout, so I found what I wanted and got through pretty fast.

I prefer Lowes, but The Home Depot has a better cabinet division IMHO and we bought most all our lighting there, even tho we selected all our ceiling fans from Lowes. We had an awful experience here a few years ago with their rental department. We deal with a local, older hardware store for our rentals needs ever since then. I really miss Builders Square and Mr. How Warehouse. They did things better than either Lowes or Home Depot.

I urge you to Run across town to the other HD! The worst HD I have ever been to in my life! I have been here about 10 times in the three years I’ve lived here because it’s closer than the other one in the area. Each time i visit I have asked for help from multiple “people that work here” if it be about replacing something simple or very simple projects in general and they never can answer any small DIY project I have. I am not a fix it man but can’t get help in the “world of fix it people” I will jump off a bridge before retiring to the land of the idiots.

Always had a great experience at home Depot. The prices are competitive. Their shelves are stocked well. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Smaller store but, when you can find an employee, they are nice to deal with. Look for Mark to check you out for the best customer service.

Always a worthwhile trip. Helpful store personnel, they have the product I need. Prices are good. I have the Depot app on my phone so I can see if they have the item in stock before I head to the store (and they usually have the product in stock).
