Dependable and efficient service. Also, the owner, Ron, has always been very courteous and helpful when Ive been there, and Im a regular customer at Pack, Wrap and Send. (By the way, Im a visible minority and not everyone is so nice to me when Im in shops and doing my errands around town. But Ive never experienced a bad or unkind attitude from Ron or his staff.)

Total CROOKS! They charge 3 times as much as any other shipper. Do yourself a favor, use literally ANY other shipping company and you will save money.

An incredibly rude man works here who I believe is the owner. I will go out of my way to go to a different ups/fedex drop off location from now on. Apparently they don’t like to take your prepaid packages.

Ron and his staff are great. Always informing you of shipping options. They also pack items for you. Never had a casualty with them.

I went in there today to drop off an Amazon return since I was shopping at Marianos and this place is in Garden Market. Ive lived in Western Springs for over 20+ years and have gone to this place off and on since going to high school at LT. Every single time I go in there the owner has been snippy and/or condescending and today was no exception. Normally you place pre-paid boxes on the table. I know this because last time I tried to give it to him at the register I was severely reprimanded and ordered to place my package there. I was also told I would not be getting a receipt for the package even I didnt even ask or think about asking for a receipt. So today I walked in with my head down in shame because I was just dropping off a package and not having it all pack, wrap, and sent by him. I started to approach the sacred drop off table and while he was chit chatting with another customer he yells to me, SIR, SIR!!! Give me that package! Now getting yelled at is to be expected here, what I didnt expect was for him to start complaining to the customer about how all these people come in all day just to drop off pre-paid packages. I have news for you, Mr. Owner, your shop is listed on the UPS and FedEx websites as an official drop off location. Take yourself off as a designated drop off location and/or get into a new business if you dont like people dropping off pre-paid packages! You cant treat your customers like garbage sir. Next time I will just find a UPS drop off box or drive to the UPS store in LaGrange or FedEx in Countryside instead.

Great customer service.

Besides being cut off when Im speaking, I particularly did not like the prices. Priority shipping was almost double than just going to the post office directly. My item to be packaged and shipped was chucked into a bin. Needless to say, I am never going back there.

Always fast and super friendly

He is incredibly rude and going there always puts me in a bad mood. They do the job, but are by no means friendly about it.
