We have rented flute almost month ago and it still hasnt been delivered yet. Trying to reach them on the phone is hard especially in the afternoon. When I finally talked to someone, it turned out they dont even have flute in stock and they dont know when it will be available. I was furious. They should have let us know of the situation instead of letting us wait for the instrument. My child missed a few classes due to not having an instrument. I was able to find flute rental close to home and got it within an hour. Very disappointing experience.

Lady answering the phones at David French Music CO. was a doll. I appreciate that. The, guys working in store should probably know more about the supplies they sell. I myself am learning along with my child so I think people selling the materials should have the answers for any of our questions?

Great shop! I bought my Yamaha trumpet here and they had an excellent stock of Xeno and Artist Model horns to choose from. Adam is a fantastic tech and does a great job servicing my horn with attention to detail. It always comes out looking better than new!

I was in need of a great professional clarinet and they were super helpful, laid out about 20 instruments for me to play and then cleaned and put all of them away! I couldnt afford it right away, but they setup no interest financing and now I am able to make payments on it. They even gave me a few days to come up with the down payment. I would recommend this business to anyone of any level!

Nice people overall. But I got my sax serviced there and its come back to me with more issues than when I first dropped it off. Screws coming loose, poor setup where keys are not seated right....
