I am always lost and overwhelmed by the big box stores. I come here and I can always find someone to help me and I never feel like Im a bother or stupid. They may be smaller but they have never not had what I need.

Paint department guys are great, knowledgeable and dont push you to buy the most expensive item if its not going to work for your exact needs. They have everything you need, plus things you didnt realize you needed!Also, last visit, I casually asked about a specific product that I could not find anywhere locally and they were able to get it for me, and it happened to make it on the next days shipments!If they dont know the right answer, they will get another employee to help, so be patient, because sometimes you have a wait a few minutes to get the right help.. but its so much better than a big box store where they pretend they know what they are talking about.

Very organized, clean store. Very helpful staff. We came to get a Christmas tree stand and snagged the last one. This is a nice local hardware store and you can skip the chaos at Lowes or Home Depot.

Helpful, friendly employees. The main checkout is in the center of the store which is a bit confusing as the paint counter is right by the front door - and an employee at the main register cant easily see you if you happen to be standing at paint, waiting to pay. Good selection of products.

It’s great to have a hardware store just two blocks from our home. Has everything you need for small or big jobs around the house and garden.

I shopped there this afternoon, minutes after I walked in a friendly employee asked if he could help. I told him what I needed and he walked me over to where the item was and even explained the differences in the products they had. I will definitely be going back there!

The Tardis of hardware stores. Its bigger on the inside. If they dont have it, you dont need it. Support your local businesses. You know the drill. Ha, nailed it!

No matter what I need, they have it. And they greet you at the door and assist you when need help or advice. Prices are comparable to the big box stores. Great place.

I always try to shop local when I can and Ive never had a problem at this location. I always receive friendly assistance from all of the employees.P.S. Dave, most retailers can offer lower prices online because of lower overhead costs associated with retail space and staffing. Its common everywhere to have lower prices online than in a brick and mortal store.

This is my local go-to hardware store. The employees are all fantastic. They truly care about helping you solve whatever problem brought you to the hardware store.

Building a tool for home. Explained to the counter person (nick) what I needed it to do. He took the time needed to locate and help me build the device that I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, great for the community.

Went there to get a rain barrel diverter they state on their website they sell. They not only did not have it, the clerk said he could not find it on their website even after several attempts. Actually thinking the clerk might be the issue, I went to the Milford store as well. Same thing! Waste of time and gas!!
