I had the worst experience of my life in this store, an employee approached my son because he was touching an item in the store, as if people didnt move the items from the place. In this case he removed it and placed it just below in the same direction. the customer cannot touch the product? I think this is new! and she was rude to my son! I said dont talk to my son (4 years old)and she replied as if she was right. by far the worst care and the worst place for you to go, I am now in the middle of the night with my son having nightmares because of this would work.

Store fully supplied and organized, lines were long to pay by having only one cashier and the manager ignoring the fact to go and help at the registers.

This is only a review of this branch and not the whole chain. Most people know what youre getting at this chain overall based on the store name itself. However, this location has a large shared parking lot so plenty of spaces should be available. It is easy to get back into Rte 9 in either direction unlike some other stores on Rte 9 where youre forced to U-turn at a light. The store is usually well staffed, and there usually arent long lines at checkout

People need to start leaving pee puddles in places like these, that tell you they dont have a bathroom. What are we supposed to do if we need the bathroom while shopping?!?

Love the Dollar Tree Store in Westmeadow Plaza in Westborough...Found so many things that I needed!

This Dollar Tree has some pretty good stock items all for $1. Cant go wrong for household essentials, I also like beauty section and great for holidays and party supplies. Store can be a little busy but have never had to wait long at all for check out. Plenty of lot parking.

Lots of cheap stuff. Its a good place to grab shampoo etc. Saves you a few dollars.

You hardly miss an item what you look for in any typical dollar tree. You can do relaxed shopping by taking your time. The shop personals are very friendly and helpful. You can even get vegetable seeds in this shop.

Usually never shopped here, but I found myself here least once a week. Iol.. always find new things. Found a cute blue dishes set for my friend... Score! Summer toys are a win for my son. CON: under staff and always long lines. Never enough cashiers...

I went to this Dollar Tree today to purchase a few birthday items to for a birthday parade we were attending today. As I entered the store a black male approached me, I believe his name was Isaiah, about my children not wearing mask. I attempted to let this man know that both my children have a medical condition/ diagnosis that makes it difficult for them to wear a mask. I should not have to announcing in public what my children are diagnosed with as this is a breach of their privacy. The store associate was rude to me and attempted several times to talk over me when until I walked away. As I was walking away he yelled through the store that we would not be able to check out in his store. We continued to shop around in the part supply area when from across an aisle another store associated decided to start yelling at us again, this time it was a female. She was rude, inconsiderate, and mocked me in front of other customers. When she walked away she again yelled across the store that we were not welcomed and would not be able to check out in the store. At this point I left the store because both my children were getting upset that multiple people were harassing us. My children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which makes wearing a mask a challenge at times. Although my children look normal it is not fair to judge them and attack us in public.

On Saturday of 9/19/20, I arrived at Dollar Tree at 7:52 pm to purchase balloons for a Lady was turning 85 years old. I walked up to the cashier and I asked a lady who worked there named Judy to blow up three balloons for me. She was incredibly rude and worked in an unmannerly form. She disrespectfully sighed, rolled her eyes, and said that the store was closing in 7 minutes and she was going to have to blow up three balloons. I was truly shocked at how she had treated me. I always shop here and have never been treated like this. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Gone here twice this week.. sign says they close at 8. Got there at 7, was told they were closed. Went again today at 6:30.. it’s closed again. No consistency in hours. Store is otherwise well maintained but pretty sure they’re short staffed.

Love this place. Lot of things to choose from. Usually I purchase AA, AAA batteries at reasonable price for kids toys and remote controls. They have quick decoration stuff at decent price for all festivals around the year. They have decent options of food items like ice cream, m&m and chocolates etc.. Quality of the product is not always great and not bad too. You can also purchase school supplies too at very reasonable rate. Cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies are also available. Good place to purchase usual daily needs.

Staff is not so helpful if you ask them anything

Michell I believe was the one that assisted me on multiple occasions and every time she has been extremely rude and unprofessional, absolutely hate her attitude. If you hate your job that much, there is no room for you in customer service industry. Absolutely disgusting. Won’t be going back here 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I post handicapped and mobility impaired healthful reviewsand I can say that the parking here is wonderful for handicapped and others, the store has wider isles than most, and the staff is very helpful. Well-stocked and well-maintained.

Very clean and organized. Love all their Halloween decorations and household products. Everything is only a buck and good quality, you can even find name brand items as well.

Store is a good place to shop. Short staffed. The front entrance is always cluttered and disorganized. Otherwise, the rest of store is organized.

I dont like that you cant return anything there for a refund. I only buy things there that I know I would not have to return, like greeting cards, balloons, etc. I dont shop there much because of that policy. Plus, there is almost always a line at the register.
