1st time going to this company. I Had to pick up a customers car that was in an accident. Called an hour ahead. They had everything all set & ready to go when I got there. Very friendly & professional staff

Had an issue with my tire and they told me come on down. Went to work as soon as I dropped off the car and had it done within the hour. The price was extremely fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very impressed with the service I got.

Needed some work done on my front end, got a quote, dropped it off, and it was done before they said it would be. Robin at the front desk is the sweetest and the work done on the car is second to none. Definitely recommend them for any body work you may need.

Just had another perfect repair on my truck at his location. Always treated with respect and truck was ready when promised. No surprises here. The quality of work is excellent. You dont stay in business for over 50 years without taking care of the customer. Thank You !!

I am not one to write bad reviews but these people are unprofessional. Everyone there is rude from the ladies in the office area to the owner. Wow that one right there is another story. Clearly they don’t care about customers or customer service. I guess if the owner is like that then his employees can’t fall that far from the tree right? I wont be going here. I’m the type to be up for small businesses because I work for one I know how it is. But that’s fine I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Is it possible to give no stars?! That’s what I would rather give, then to give them a one star.

Police owned or contracted company. Any accident you get in in the town of westboro the police tow your car here. And it is a hard to find place the people were very rude to our family when we were already going thru a traumatic incident. Smh someone is lining someones pockets with money, probly tax payers money, to get all cars towed to this location. Smh.

Very unprofessional. Got into an accident with my two children on Friday. Tow truck driver did not say a word but handed me his card. Did not inform me the place was closed and would end up paying 3 days storage. Sent my father and sister to pick up the car with AAA as a back-up in case the car was unable to drive. Paid all towing and storage fees without issue. My father went outside to see if the car was able to start and was basically attacked by the tow driver stating he couldnt drive it off the lot. Ok very understandable but couldnt have just told him at the counter when he paid or let him know in the parking lot respectably and explained that it was due to liability on the company. Needless to say my sister needed to contact the police to keep the situation under control while they waited for AAA because this driver would not go inside. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and reporting this matter further. My father has been in auto body business for 32 years and has never heard of this company. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE and dont have the Westborough Police tow it because this is their contracted company.

Great job repairing after an accident. Even gave my car a great inside-out cleaning.

This review is actually about the towing part of this business. They are super expensive charged me 454.00 just to have it sit there and charged me for 2 tow trucks when only one was really used. They were a month backed up so my car would have had to be stored, so i called Al Brodeur AutoBody and they were amazing!!! They picked my car up from the other place, and they did have to store it for a couple days but they only charged me for the towing, then they will give me an estimate and i can go from there
