Not only is this the WORST pawn shop I have ever been to, it is the worst store or business I have ever been in. They could not explain why some of the jewelry that was accurately stamped yet that is all that cashier said it needed. I asked for an explanation and she completely ignored me. And she tried to pull a fast one on me by trying to have me sell yet I said very clearly I wanted a loan. DONT EVER GO THERE unless you want to be treated very badly and ripped off. I told the cashier that she should not have a job in customer service

Just walked in here to look for a guitar amp and some tools and walked out instantly because I can buy what I want brand new for less than what theyre asking. What aggravates me the most is the amount of people dumb enough to buy there and keep them in business.

Fair loans given, fees are very reasonable and buy back was no problem

Never pawned or sold anything, but Ive shopped and bought here, never pressured, and have gotten really good deals.

There are way better pawns to sell to that will give you better prices, and better service. The owner is very sneaky and will force you to join his subscription service. Wish I could do negative stars.

All these bad reviews and I dont see how. staff is great. never had a problem with anyone of them. always gave me a fair price. and they do have alot of good stuff. if your trying to go in there and sell a $500 tv Im sorry to say guys your not going to get $400 for it. its a business and they need to make money too

Called first to inquire if they buy jewelry so my drive there isnt a waste. They said yeah so I went there, theyre not too friendly. I was told theyd offer me $2 for this piece! The piece is perfect and worth MUCH more. This place is a joke.

I went to extend contract I was a day late and charged a 35 dollar late fee tried to talk to employee and was told company policy but asked why I didnt come in and when I got paid last but he was fairly decent I have children at home cause of closed schools and we got layed off wife working half her hours been hard cause of effects of virus but the employee behind him made several belittling comments I was horrified it was so belittling and cruel this employee said mean things to me in front of fellow customers just wrong Ive done business with them several times the ring I pawned I bought from them for 1600 dollars they would only give 300 dollar loan thats all they said it was worth just horrific they just have no respect dont do business with them please save yourself the belittling Im posting this everywhere I can so its know how they are its on facebook and gonna post more

Friendly staff, cool merchandise, clean and organized.I brought in a TV and some gold and was very happy with the price they paid me. Highly recommended. A+

My friends 98 year old grandmother knocked over a $5 picture fram and got tackeled Im herring a lot of bad things about this place I havent went to a place like this before Ive also am hearing that the skinny guy and girl that work the are on fetenall very unfair to west Warwick small businesses 😠

Worst service ever they have little kids working there brought in a 58 inch Vizio brand new 4k SMART TV the guy didnt even know how to turn it on then offered me 150 also lied and said it was on eBay for 499 when eBay doesnt even have the model of my TV. So there for they are just out to rob people my husband called and tryed to tell the guy it wasnt even on eBay he said he didnt believe us that he believed his co worker usually we dont have problems like this but we noticed the owner/Manager wasnt there when we came in so they definitely abused thier authority. When the management is there we see a different atmosphere. Today was definitely not professional. Very surprised.

These guys are liars and crooks. Dont even deserve 1 star. Bring your business somewhere else!
