Steve is the man! Was very insightful on what I needed to fix my laptop. Was honest in his repair, and very fairly priced. Fixed my laptop the same day I brough it in. After an unsuccessful attempt at a computer repair, friend recommended The Computer Doctor. I cant say enough about my experience with this local company! Steve was personable and friendly, listened patiently to me as I explained a variety of problems I was having with the machine, and successfully fixed it within a very reasonable amount of time. He even provided telephone guidance when I was unable to get the repaired machine back on the wireless internet!!! Great company! I highly recommend them. And they even make house calls! I have a desktop computer that runs fine and then shuts down without warning, Steve checked everything looking for the problem. He ran the computer for 30 plus hours and couldnt duplicate the problem. He gave me some advice that if it happens again, I should disconnect my speakers which run through a USB connection. That could be my problem ? Next step, maybe replace hard drive. Steve is very knowledgeable and fair. No charge for this visit. I highly recommend him and will tell anyone that needs computer repair, to go see The Computer Doctor.

I cant say enough good things about this company. The owner is courteous, helpful and knows his stuff. He even brought me my laptop directly to me so that I would not go the weekend without it. He has saved me and numerous documents several times. I highly recommend.

Blue screen of death! I updated some drivers and my laptop was dead. I tried the 10 top fixes including going into my registry. I couldnt even factory reset it. The Computer Doctor completely fixed then issue while keeping everything and offering helpful advice. If youre having issues, no need to struggle or risk messing things up worse, utilize this professional company.

Very friendly owner. Very knowledgeable. Best to call ahead to make sure he is open though since he does office and home visits also. Because of that, shop will be closed while hes out on the road.

The computer doctor took our tablet in for a no-charging issue . They found extensive damage that could not be repaired unfortunately. However, Steve spent a good deal of time diagnosing the issue . If you want a professional who knows his stuff and will treat you honestly go to the Computer Doctor .

I called all over to have a laptop screen replaced. Some places did not do this type of work, some charged a fortune, some needed me to bring in the laptop to figure out if they could do the work and some did not answer the phone. The Computer Doctor took my call and took care of me right away. Their shop is nondescript, but they are a hidden gem. They know their stuff and the prices for this type of work are very reasonable.I always fixed my own computers but things have changed and replacing a touchscreen was not something I wanted to tackle. I will be visiting The Computer Doctor again soon.

Went to him for a simple Tune-up, and he informed me that I really did not need to get a brand new computer even though mine is a few years older. For that (not having to purchase a new computer)and a reasonable price for the tune up i will go back again.
