Have had a series of communications with SilencerCo and found them to be responsive and informational.Was invited to a local Richmond Virginia range, Black Creek Gun Club, to attend a silencer/suppressor exhibition and enjoyed that day very much. It was there, talking with SilencerCo staff and testing various suppressors from multiple manufacturers, that I decided to purchase the SilencerCo Omega 300 model SU1286.Excellent product. Great customer service.

Had their switchback 22 on order for 5 months, nothing ever arrives, they only work part time and never able to get a live person on the phone. I live less than a mile from their facility and cannot even get an answer in person. Nice of them to take my money for 5 months and never deliver a product. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Do not know how they even stay in business like that.

Great company and great suppressor. I am truly impressed by their customer service. Had some issues with my asr mount because of me and their warranty team was able to assist without any questions. They even provide new asr mount.

These guys are really great. I even got a response on a Sunday. Justin Smith has been very attentive. Prompt and courteous. They have a lifetime warranty on all of their products. I am an enthusiast and use my gear regularly. I depend on it to run and run it does. There are a lot of great companies, but this one has earned my business and I recommend them to all of my friends.

I cant stress enough how important customer service is in a day and age where weve become invoice numbers and faceless emails. SilencerCo breaks the mold and does a superb job, my interactions with them have ensured my repeat business.

Silencer shop customer service agent, Nick played a great game of used car salesman tell you what you want to hear and lie about what he is going to do to help fix the problem. I purchased a hybrid 46 and ASR mount from silencer shop. I received both items with my stamp a month ago. I purchased 2 muzzle brakes to go on a 300 blackout and scorpion the next week. While my suppressor was in jail, I bought a new barrel to go on a carbine AR and had to get a flash guard/adapter for the hybrid pinned and welded to be able to use the hybrid( a lot of work and money to use silencer cos products). The first 20 rounds through the suppressor and ASR Mount, and the ASR mount has already broken down with broken threads. This made it nearly impossible to unscrew from the muzzle brake. I called silencer shop who told me they couldnt help me and to contact silencer co. Silencer Co spoke to me and saw the pictures of the ASR mount threads and messed up threads from the brand new muzzle brake from the ASR Mount. After 4 emails back and forth they told me they would next day air my replacements and would send me a tracking number. They didnt send the replacements out. The next day they still hadnt sent my replacements out. Nick, the agent promised he would get it out and next day air delivery on Monday Oct Oct 21st. I told him I had a paid nonrefundable hunt this coming weekend and needed the asr mount and muzzle brake to be able hunt with my 300 blackout, on Monday Oct21st. He promised he would take care of it. I emailed again asking for the tracking number. He sent me an email on Wednesday saying it was out for delivery and he sent it out through FedEx on tuesday Oct 22nd. He took it to FedEx on Wednesday Oct 23rd with ground shipping and it wont arrive until Oct 29th. Now I have no rifle to hunt with a my can, after paying over a thousand dollars and change for silencer co products that broke down with less than 1 mag of ammo through their products. You call to speak with a person and all you get is the ability to leave a voicemail or send an email. Its a joke.

The best company to buy a silencer from. I just got my silencer repaired and shipped back to me within 2 days. All I can say is Wow. Customer service Is very understanding and will go beyond expectations. This is why I bought all my cans from this company...

I am a participant of the summer promotion... not impressed, told 4 months for arrival then after finally talking to a human at silencerco, told no idea when delivery would happen. Then get an email sorry but it will be a year for delivery. I then emailed the company and its been a week and no response. Customer service is not their strong suit...

This is the first and only suppressor I have. It works very well, but I cant really compare it to others. As for the company you will not find a better one. I knicked the baffles and end cap on mine about a year and a half after getting it. I contacted SilencerCo about repair parts, they sent me an RMA number and shipping address. Sent it in to them and a week later it was back like brand new. E-mail response was always less than 24 hours, probably would have been quicker but I was sending e-mail after I got off work. These guys stand behind their products and customers.

I wish every company I dealt with had customer service like SilencerCo. I destroyed my saker maad mount after having trouble removing the suppressor. The ratcheting teeth stripped. After calling I was told to send in my old mount and any flash hider/muzzle brakes I had. SilencerCo had the new ASR mount replacements to me in less than one week! Try calling Apple or any other big name company and asking them to replace even a simple charger and theyll likely laugh at you. In general U.S. firearm manufacturers provide excellent customer service and SilencerCo is no exception. Thank you guys for not only making fantastic products, but also standing behind them!

I have been running the Silencerco Omega suppressor for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. Its unbelievably quiet, lightweight, and the versatility of being able to use it on my 300blk and my 5.56 is awesome. I recently used Silencercos Harvester 208gr AMAX ammo on a hog hunt in GA and found that there was quite a bit of unburnt powder that was being sent back through the gas tube and into my rifle. I missed a few key shots due to the BCG getting gummed up but I eventually field stripped the bolt, cleaned it as best I could in the field, and continued my hunt. I contacted Silencerco about it and within 48hrs, I had a return label to send back the unused rounds. Further, they went above and beyond to show that they were sorry for inconvenience and to prove that they truly do stand behind their products. They definitely made a customer for life out of me. Happy to support companies like this.
