Terrible experience. I placed online and paid, and the next day they called and said that they do not deliver to my address and will not deliver. Tried to offer to pay more for delivery and they said no and would refund my money. They called later that afternoon and said I had to give my credit card number to them to refund, I refused as they already had it. Very angry girl yelled and demanded it or they wouldnt credit me. Still said no and she said she would talk to her manager. Then I get an email saying it delivered, it didnt. Following week still cannot get a refund because they are demanding my credit card number, continuing to yell at me and say its not their fault, its a system issue. Finally reached out to my bank, hoping they refund the almost 60.00 this company stole from me. Absolutely worst experience with a company ever.

I ordered the large Rainbow and Butterflies bouquet with a mylar balloon. There was some difficulty delivering it to the recipient who has a new baby. I called and spoke with Danielle, the manager at the West Valley store, who was very kind and patient. She went out of her way to make sure the bouquet was delivered and the recipient said it was delicious. Because of Danielles personal service to go way above and beyond, the bouquet was successfully delivered and the recipient enjoyed a tasty treat! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks, Danielle and Edible Arrangements! You rock!

This review only covers the experience on ordering from them.We Ordered a gift set for a close friend a while back,for her birthday, to be delivered on her birthday. After her birthday came and went we found out that it was never delivered. We called them to see what was going on and they seemed like it was no big deal abd it would be sent out that day, if we still wanted it delivered. We chose to cancel it. I hope it was a fluke thing and if we try again in the future l, it might be just be a great experience.

I called the store to place an order for my grandmother. She recently fell and was stuck at home. I spoke with a pleasant gal named Asia (what a unique name!) Asia assisted me in placing the order for the following day. Upon the delivery, the driver Bennett waited for my grandmother to answer the door so she wouldn’t have to bend down to pick up the arrangement. He even asked if he could bring it in her home for her.My grandma said the fruit was ripe, fresh and absolutely delicious! She shared it with her neighborhood girlfriends.Thank you West Valley Edible Arrangements Team! You made living out of state so much easier by providing such professional, amazing service. I will be ordering in the future!

Paid $90 for a customized order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/19. Not only did it shore up at almost 9pm. But, It was the wrong thing. When I called the store, the girl I spoke to said she was sorry and that the store ran out of white chocolate. When I asked what they were going to do to make it right, she said she would remake the order correctly and redeliver the correct order on Wednesday. (Apparently, thats when the white chocolate would be back in) Nothing ever showed up yesterday and someone was home ALL DAY. So, I sent an email to the store around 10pm last night.Well, its now after 7pm on Thursday and nothing has been delivered and no return phone call. I guess I need to contact the corporate office at this point since whoever owns or is running this store is doing such a poor job of representing their brand. Ive used Edible Arrangements before and have never had this problem before. After reading the recent reviews youd think whoever is running this store would be embarrassed and busting their tail to rebuild their reputation. But, I they obviously dont care!

The platter is cute, but the serivce is poor. I called in and ordered the day before (1:00pm) to pick up a small fruit tray at 9:00am the next day.At 9 they werent open yet, so I came back at 9:15. When I walked in there were 3 girls standing around at the front counter, so I told them I had an order and gave my name. The girl proceeded to REPEATEDLY tell me they were from corportate and no franchise anymore, and that they had no orders. I explained that I had spoken to a woman the day prior and she had taken my order. The girl then started to snap at me that whomever should have put the order in the computer so they knew about it. I agreed but said, that doesnt fix the situation I still need a gift fruit tree. She kept complaining about the other girl. I was irritated. I asked if they could make me one (since there were 3 at the counter and 1 in the backroom that I could see). One of the girls said yeah, we can probably makeone, but youll have to wait 15 minutes. (Actual 30).Longer story short mintues later I finally had a fruit small fruit tray. It is cute, but not worth the price or the nonsense to get it.Save your money and time, and go somewhere else.

My husband and I walked into this location today to just pick up something small. My twin sister has fought for over a decade to get pregnant, and through IVF last year, she finally got lucky and got pregnant. Her pregnancy and delivery have not been easy. Shes had a rough time with her twins still in NICU. And this is her very first year of celebrating Mothers Day and I wanted to make it special. And she LOVES Edible Arrangements.Knowing that it was the day before Mothers Day, we knew we couldnt expect to order anything in particular. So we just wanted to pick up anything that they had available in store. A small cheesecake or some chocolate covered strawberries.......anything! So my husband and I walked in to see two workers behind the counter. Neither one of them looked at us or even greeted us. I walked up to the counter and still no greeting. So I finally just said I wanted to pick something up. The woman behind the counter just curtly said, were not taking anymore walk-in orders. I asked her if they had anything small like a cheesecake or anything left that I could just purchase. And she just repeated herself, again, in an inconvenienced tone, like I had interrupted her day. And my husband and I said Okay, Thank you! and left.I was just appalled at the lack of courtesy or even patience. She wouldnt even let me finish explaining that I didnt need anything specific (and the gentlemen worker just stood there and still never acknowledged us). They were rude and dismissive. And if they couldnt take anymore orders or had anything left, I feel they shouldve locked their doors, or at least put up a sign on the door. and I still just cant get over how rude she was! I wont be back to that location.

Listen to the other reviews. Do not order from here. I ordered on Friday as a gift for my cousins birthday present which was Saturday. All day Saturday it said preparing order. I tried calling mutiple times Saturday, with no answers. They were closed Sunday so I waited until Monday to attempt to call again. Still no answer and almost automatically going to voice mail. I had to call another store to get corporates number. After speaking with corporate they delivered the order, which I wish they hadnt. My cousin said it was as if the arrangement sat in the delivery truck all weekend. The fruit was mushy and smelled rotten. Luckily after having to call once again I did get a refund. All being said I will not be going back here for business ever again and wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED.I placed an order for this location to be delivered. I never got any updates and when I tried to call it would route me to the Murray location. I dont understand why it allows you to select from this store or shows that it is still open. The Murray store was great and quickly put together my order for me, i did have to pick it up myself instead of have it delivered due to the mix up. But do not order from this location they will not fulfill your order.

Terrible experience and no contact from the store after informing them of what happened. First, the order was delivered after 9:00 PM, in which the person receiving the gift was already in bed. As stated in their Delivery Policies for Residential Deliveries, it should have arrived no later an 9:00 PM. Second, the Valentines Day Sweetheart Plate was sloppy and carelessly put together. Frankly, I was embarrassed by the product that was delivered and as previously mentioned, I have received no communication from the store. I will never order from them again and I advise others to do the same.

I went in for a last minute anniversary gift for my wife and they were willing to help me out and arrange everything the same day. I would give a ZERO star rating but you cant. I ordered $400 worth of edible arrangements (5 smaller separate orders) that were to be delivered to my house the day before Easter and I was going to surprise my family members with an arrangement, balloon, and card.The day of the delivery I received an email stating the delivery had happened. There was nothing delivered to my house. I called the store that was listed on my invoice and they told me it was a separate store that was doing the delivery, so I called that store (after trying 6 times with no answer.)The lady on the phone sounded stressed but was also very sassy when I explained the situation. She assured me the 5 edible arrangements would be delivered before the end of the day.Several hours go by and ONE of the five orders was delivered to my house, and it wasnt even complete (missing balloon and card.) I then probably called the store on my invoice and the store in charge of delivery about 20x with no answer from either. I then made half a dozen calls to corporate with no answer either.Needless to say, I was unable to surprise my family members with an Easter treat. I will never purchase from Edible Arrangements again and will recommend to every person I know to purchase from Harry & David, 1800 baskets, or Sharis Berries instead.

Do NOT do business with this company! I ordered an edible arrangement for a coworker, and it never arrived, but Edible Arrangements still took my money! When I called them to get answers, they would pick up the phone, breathe in it and hang up. OR put me on hold without acknowledging me. I finally contacted corporate, they were no better. They kept saying they couldnt find my order, even though it would populate in the tracking feature on their website AND the proof in my account that they ran the transaction. I had to appeal the charge on my card so I could get my money returned to my account, which took two weeks. Please, save yourself the hassle. They arent worth it. There are so many good, privately owned companies who will treat you with respect, and follow through that you really dont need anything from Edible Arrangements. You are being over charged for terrible service, theft, and either a poor product or no product at all.

I should have checked the review before making a purchase, because then i would have NEVER used this location. I ordered a birthday bundle box with 3 balloons, when my friend got it - it was the birthday box but inside said Congrats? and it was arranged so sloppy AND the balloons wasnt even delivered! I tried to call the shop, initially it went to a busy tone, then I tried to call again and it just rang for 10 minutes. I emailed corporate and Im suppose to get a response within 2 days BUT reading the rest of reviews I highly doubt it. I rarely write bad reviews, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I should have gone with my gut feeling and used another location, but I tried to give this location the benefit. What a mistake.

So my order did get delivered. I’ll say that. But I ordered it at 6AM. It wasn’t delivered until 10PM. The fruit looked mushy. The fruit looked nothing like the picture when I ordered. And this location does not answer their phone or email. I emailed twice and called 15 times. All different times of the day. Nothing. I called a different edible arrangements the next day and they said “yes west valley sucks!”

My husband ordered me a fruit basket for our anniversary. It was scheduled to be delivered next day, it never came. No one has contacted him in regards to them completely not delivering the order. But don’t worry, they were quick to charge the card 80 bucks with a delivery fee of 10 bucks. We have tried to call the store 11 different times, only once of which it directed me on hold to listen to their little pre recorded message. After 16 minutes of no one getting on the line I hung up. We will be contacting the bank tomorrow. Unbelievable Bad service. It’s sad because we always thought this company was a big, well known, reliable company but unfortunately we were wrong.

I’m not sure if I should be crying 😭 or laughing 😂. I live out of state and ordered a Graduation gift for a friend. I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements a dozen times before from different franchisee locations nationwide. I would never expect what happened next....I never received a email or text confirmation of the order being delivered but when I went into the website it said my order had been delivered. However it never was! I’ve called the business several times and no one picks up. I’ve been unsuccessful in locating a number from Edible Arrangements corporate. Then I searched Google on this business and see all of the bad reviews of customers having the same experience!!! What a joke. It looks like someone fell on bad times and is taking all of our 💰 money on the run. I’m going to immediately contact my credit card company and BBB.

They were great! My order had the store in Murray on it, but when I called they said they sent the order to West Valley. The manager (Danielle) at West Valley was such a dear and pieced together an order for delivery, even though she did not have the original order. Murray location was unable to find my order when I called but some how they were able to refund my original order amount O_o. I understand it is a crazy time for everyone, and I apologize if I was short of the phone. Thank you for helping me out.

I called last minute and asked if they could make a platter for me the gal who answered was super sweet and kind and said they will work to have it ready when we arrived. Only giving one star because giving zero is not an option. Ill never order from this location again.I placed an order online for next-day delivery. The website put the order to the Murray store, so I called and they said it would be transferred to the West Valley location.I got a call from Dani the manager mid-afternoon on the day of delivery to tell me my address was not in their delivery area. I offered to meet the driver somewhere within their area, and Dani said shed talk to the driver & call me back within 10 minutes. Its now over two hours later and I havent been called back nor has she answered when Ive called.Im only now seeing on the website that my order was cancelled and refunded - without any update from anyone.I was going to give the manager a lot of credit because on the phone she was very polite and seemed to be doing everything she could to resolve the matter. But cancelling the order without giving me any update is absolutely unacceptable.

I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE purchasing my dads Father’s Day treat. I’m wheelchair bound and with this pandemic it is easier and safer for me to do online purchasing. I got a message from my stepmom stating my dads gift never showed up. I’ve called the store and can’t get a person on the phone. Trying to figure out what has happened. $70 order few days ago. Paid extra for same day delivery to a business client. Client never got it despite email telling me it was delivered. I cannot reach anybody at store. I called another store that had a voice mail saying they were closed due to COVID till 5/14 ( a week from today). I understand that. But why would my order have been taken, and I was told delivered when it never happened? Seriously, how does this happen? And no resolution thus far. Nobody will answer phone.

This place is fraud. They were quick to charge us but never delivered the product. Harder to reach than the IRS. It always takes at least 30 minutes to reach them on the phone. We ordered a birthday platter for someone and not only did they cancel our order (in Murray) and transfer it to a different store (West Valley) but then they continued to fail to deliver the platter. The manager Danielle continued to promise to personally deliver it and follow up but never did 3 days in a row. At this point it will arrive for the persons next birthday. Unreachable to get a refund. Filing with our card company as fraud. Never ordering from edible arrangements again and will tell everyone I know to never buy from them - they lost a customer for life.

AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE. This was my first experience ordering from an Edible Arrangements store and it was horrendous. The West Valley location never answered their phone AND didnt deliver the balloon bundles with the fruit I ordered for a friend as a birthday surprise. My daughter never received the birthday gift I was trying to send her I live in a different city or I would’ve went to the store myself to scream at someone in person because they don’t answer the phone! Ordered a birthday bouquet from West Valley, Utah store. The delivery was never made. I read the delivery terms and it says, if there is a problem or delay with a delivery... I would be notified. Ive received zero communication from West Valley Store & Corporate Office. Ive called multiple times and only receive a recording. I used to order client gifts, family gifts and place a lot of orders with Edible arrangements. I havent done this in awhile because it has been problem after problem since 2017. I thought Id try again because the product & service used to be great. This is definitely the last. So sad!

Operating hours said 9 am - 6 pm.We stopped by at 5:15 pm and found the doors locked. So we went home and placed an order online that we could pick up at 9:30 the next morning.At 9:30 the doors were locked and lights were off. While we sat in the parking lot and were on hold, a vehicle pulled up and someone got out and went into the store. We followed.The computers wouldnt come up, our order wasnt ready. The gal was stressed and apologetic. I had to ask for the balloon we ordered.On the plus side, we were gifted a box of chocolate covered strawberries.Im not sure Ill order from this location again.

Ordered online from this store and never was delivered. They cancelled my order for some reason and can’t get a hold of anyone. Who does that when you clearly are ordering for a special occasion. I placed my order on 2 May to be delivered on 12 May. I spoke with my mother on 15 May and she had not received it yet. I called the store in West Valley Utah to inquire and was told they were super busy. I get that, being Mothers Day but a delay notice or some word of what was going on would have been cool. The Manager (Lindsey) offered to add some more stuff to the order and said it would be delivered in an hour or two. This was at 1150 am Utah time. 4 pm Utah time still no delivery!? I called the store at 510 pm to inquire if there was an update and was told it was in transit! Finally delivered on Monday at almost 630pm!! I looked at the reviews for this store and the majority were negative for delivery and non-delivery issues. Had I seen the reviews before I ordered, I would not have ordered!!! Not sure what the manning situation is at this store but sounds like they need help! I wont order from this store again. Certified Happiness...NO!!

I ordered a platter of chocolate covered strawberries, grapes with a heart shaped pineapple in the middle with a balloon bundle and a card message to get delivered to my wife as a surprise, it never delivered. I called multiple times to see where my order was, they never answered their phone. I will never order from this place again. Waste of time and money. There’s no way you can get ahold of them. I feel like I’m wasting my time even being on their website, but I had to rate them a ZERO. Pretend you don’t see that one Star. It’s disappointing because I wasn’t able to surprise my wife.

I ordered a fruit bouquet and a box of dipped strawberries three days in advance, to deliver on a Monday. It showed up Tuesday, without the strawberries. My mom said the chocolate was discolored and broken and the fruit was mush. I paid $113 for some mushy pineapple and strawberries, bad chocolate and a late delivery. Never, ever again, will I order anything from this store and I highly recommend if you like the people you’re sending to, you don’t either.

I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this location. I ordered anyway and seems the reviews were right. At first. I ordered a platter but was called on the phone by Kiona and told that at this location, West Valley City, they do not have cheesecake or cookies so I needed to place another order. Wasnt happy but what could I do. So I ordered another platter. Thankfully the recipient sent me a thank you with a picture. It was not what I ordered!! On the phone again with Kiona, who apologized and offered to send the correct order right away. And that she did!! And this time it was beautiful! Some work needs to be done at this location but having Kiona on board it is going in the right direction! The WVC website should not let you order cheesecake or cookies since they do not have these items. Kiona shouldnt have to call each customer and explain this every time. I made an order online to pick up in store. I am currently waiting for it. It shows the store is open and yet the door is locked, lights off. Nobody home!?? What the heck! I need this so I can get it to a coworker who lost his father and he leaves early on Fridays. So now I’m stuck with the question as to should I wait here, or get him something else and try to get a refund. Who knows how easy that will be after reading reviews from the store. Should have read them earlier for sure. Called their phone number and a recording comes up to call again during customer service operating hours...guess what, I’m calling during customer service operating hours!!! Come on people. At least put a sign out that says you’ll be back at a certain time...or something. I’m seriously considering searching restaurants nearby and finding these people because they are probably on lunch break or something.

Went into the West Valley and Murray locations to get a last minute Valentines gift, they did not have employees in the front of the store to help me, they had empty display cases and when an employee finally came up front they told me they didnt have anything to sell me. I called the Salt Lake (Foothill) store and they told me they would have plenty of items available the entire night. I was so surprised someone was able to accommodate me as soon as I walked in! The girls were pleasant and happy to help, the service was quick even with the large crowd that was in the store. My bouquet and chocolate covered strawberries I got were beautiful and delicious! Well worth the money, I will definitely be returning to the Foothill location!

It was not, it was Easter weekend and I thought they might have been swamped to I didnt call until Wednesday, where the first time I called I was put on hold for 28 minutes before I hung up. They apologized and said they would deliver that afternoon or the next morning. It still wasnt delivered. I called on Friday and the manager again apologized and said they use Door Dash and they marked it delivered. She said she would personally deliver it that afternoon. NOPE. When I called on Saturday, I couldnt be an answer (they are open on Saturdays according to their website). I called the corporate number and asked for a refund and they said they would send an e-mail to the store and if I didnt get it to call back. It is now 10 days later and still no refund. Right now, I am sitting on hold with the corporate office. Will not be using them EVER again.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this location. They didnt even include everything I bought and messed up on the order! They wont awnser their phones! How ridiculous!!! I have bought from them before and had no problems. But that was the Draper site which also has bad reviews... This time on a very very special occasion they messed up! Horrible customer service!! I have been waiting all day for order to be delivered. When I called the store directly, I was hung up on 6 times in a row. On the 6th time, the girl working there didnt hang up in time and I heard Im over this! Was told the driver would be out in 20 minutes, been almost 2 hours now. Still nothing!

Ordered a $76 arrangement 24 hours ahead of time to be delivered to my girlfriends place of work. At around noon of the day they were to be delivered I was starting to wonder when they would be delivered. I called and just got voicemail... I left a voicemail and continued calling for 2 hours only getting voicemail. At 2:00 I finally got through and was told all deliveries just left. Well the girlfriend usually leaves at 4:30 for the day but just happened to stay 15 minutes late and they happened to arrive at 4:40. Not much fun when they arrive that late. However the arrangement look great and the girlfriend said it tasted great too. I will not use this location again.

Not delivered! I ordered 2 large platters for a memorial that were not delivered. When I called the number on my invoice, they stated it was through the West Valley store. After calling several times to request a refund, speaking to the manager 3 times, leaving messages that were unreturned, I called the Murray store, who nearly 2 weeks later, finally processed my refund. The customer service, and policies are appalling! My husband purchased an expensive arrangement for my birthday, and we never got it so we called in explaining this, and that there is a house on the street right before mine with the exact same numbers, and both street names start with L... Apparently its hard for people to pay attention to important details so many of our packages, and mail end up at their house! And yes they are complete jerks for keeping this one but that doesnt excuse the fact that the people who represent this company didnt care enough to look into it at least or replace our product we paid for! I had a house full of close family, most of which never left the front room, and dinning area (me included) right next to the front door because it was too hot to go out back, and no one heard the door knock at any point, no door bell! Ot would have been my first time getting to try one of these, and I WAS excited....Happy freaking birthday to me from Edible Arrangements! We gave your package to some a-hole neighbors, and wont replace it! So yay! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order on Dec 13th to be delivered to my daughter on Christmas Eve. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! After I was told 3 times that the manager will call me when she gets in, I asked what time she will be in. She said, Oh, she never comes in to this location. WTH? I finally tracked down the manager at the Murray location & she acted like she couldnt find my order in the system! Then, after 10 minutes of searching, she gave me the number to customer service so they could get to the bottom of it. SHE LIED! SHE GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO THE ORIGINAL STORE IN VALLEY CITY! I will never order from this store again! I called in to ask how to redeem my rewards and to let them know I would be in to pick it up in an hour or so. They told me I had to just come in they didnt take call ahead orders on rewards. I go into the store hand them the reward and tell them I want to redeem it. 3 people look at each other like they have no clue as to what is going on. They are asking each other what it is, so I try and explain it and the lady interrupts me and asks me if its my birthday?! Huh? No its not my birthday I just want to redeem the reward. 2 of the 3 people tell me they are too busy and I should of called. So I explained to them that I tried to call. They told me it was not a good time for them because it was a holiday weekend and I shouldnt try and redeem a coupon on a holiday weekend. The lady finally told the guy to get one out of the fridge and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them. The fruit tasted okay, bananas were so small and the strawberries looked terrible. This review doesnt even deserve a star at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you place an order on the website, an email is generated with all the personal information that was populated, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the contact number and address for the store. Well, according to the email that is sent to customers the address is partially correct. This particular store is located in a well known mall, Valley Fair; which logistically is an easy landmark in West Valley City, Utah. The city on the email that gets sent to customers is Murray, UT. Two totally different cities that dont even boarder each other. I drove to this location stated on the email that was sent from corporate of 3513 S. 2700 West #300 Murray, UT 84119. That was located 21 minutes away from where I was (which is literally 5 minutes away from the Valley Fair Mall in West Valley). I drove to the location and found myself in front of a residence. I contacted the store and they stated that the city states Murray, but its really in West Valley. Let me reiterate, those are two totally different cities that dont even boarder each other. I called the main store in Murray to inform them of the issue I am having. Per representative, they have been asking corporate to get that changed for a while, but nothing has been done. They encouraged me to contact the customer service number and complain so something can finally be done. Well, I called them and was on hold for 45 minutes. I presented the issue because I didnt want this happening to any one else, especially people who are not from the area. The representative that was assisting me called the actual store in West Valley to verify if this is a problem that happens often and the rep said NO. They also asked her if the address is correct, and she stated YES. BUT REALLY, IT ISNT CORRECT AT ALL. I wasted time and money on going to pick up an order from an incorrect address that was provided to me in an email generated from corporate. Someone should be held accountable. The store representative and the customer service representative (Robbie) was EXTREMELY RUDE. There are so many negative reviews for this entity. How sad!!!

Based on the comments about delivery - I decided to pick my order up as its only a couple of miles from my work - the arrangement turned out great and it wasnt much of an imposition to pick it up myself. I always order my wife EDIBLES there the best like flowers but she can eat them this anniversary 7 year I ordered 80$ package like always and picked up! the normal fruit was good, Strawberry where mushy, and the chocolate was smashed on we added the chocolate strawberry that normally look and taste great, but these ones where a 2 out of 5 the looks was not what I was accustomed too. and the fruit that was dipped was not what I was expecting, looked like my child did it. after my mother dropped them off I went to see them at wifes work she wouldnt say it but they where not what she always gets. Owner does not like to pay his employees. All stores are dirty and disgusting and they do not practice safe food handling. This man should be condemned for unlawful practices. Hes currently downsizing and his clean and professional workers are leaving. Jole is a terrible man and I will never go to one of his stores for any reason whatsoever. He sends his drivers in unsafe vehicles and refuses repairs. I hope he is visited by all the authorites and shut him down.

What a joke! I spent almost $100 on a birthday arrangement. The honeydew and cantaloupe were not ripe and when I called the owner she told me Its not in season right now. She offers to make a second arrangement and it was never received.. Finally a week and a half later, after calling corporate customer service and them calling her, she offers me half my money back.. My husband and I use them multiple times a year and will never again... Worst Customer Service...
