I wouldn’t recommend Visibility. Hard to work with and get the job done on time. The quality is definitely not there for what you pay for. Opened a new business and technician damaged ceiling and wall. Been waiting for a month now on this to get fixed. Not only that, but one of my sign had to get re done & vinyl still poorly. Ownership needs more training.

I will never consider them or refer them again..After Visability signs let my van sit right where I left it for 1 week, no work performed they made the drop off appointment.I left for vacation there the van sat. Upon my return now desperate, I offered one of the employees 100.00 to stay late and wrap it.2 years later its peeling & bubbling off.Things happen, I again used them to wrap a small trailor. Ill be damed if they wrapped the trailor with the wrong colors. The just needed to duplicate the original.Now again I need a new van wrapped, the new company called and asked for the graphic files.They responded with no, its our property.I paid for 2 hour graphic time and it was my design to begin with.
We wanted to work with them but the communication is very bad. They answer one email a day and then after 2 emails with questions they just stopped replying. I am not going to be chasing after a company to give them my money. Gladly there are other options out there.

My company has been working with Visibility Signs for a bit over a year and Ive appreciated their service and their product. Whenever weve had an issue with the product, they have been quick to respond and fix the issues, but those have all been fairly minor. What Ive loved about their work is the wrapping they have done for our tankers and trucks. My organization changed our name 2 years ago and with that came a massive change in our branding. Lance and his team recently wrapped one of our trailers with our new branding image and it is stunning. Truly breathtaking. Every time I look out the window and look at that trailer, I see the image of who my organization has worked so hard to embody over these past couple of years. Our offices sign needed a hard-to-find special metal finish in order to match our existing color scheme. Visibility Signs did a great job sourcing it, and the final product looked great. The channel-lit lettering was mounted on a gorgeous wood backer, and significantly improved the look of our entryway.Visibility Signs is also a good company with which to do business. I needed office signs for my office in Las Vegas and had a great experience with Visibility Sign Company. They had my sign designed, constructed and delivered in short order and it fit perfectly into the mounts that held the prior sign. Very impressive! If you have worked with other sign companies in Utah (as I have many times) then you will know that often you dont get what you want without a bit of heated discussion. Allen has excellent people skills and gives personal attention to every job, even traveling on a weekend to just to fit my schedule. The original color for our sign wasnt available after we put in our order. Trevor Dale told us they had a comparable color for the sign, we were sent a photo of the color, which was brighter than our original color. We thought going lighter would be good. Instead what arrived was a sign color two shades darker than our original color and not comparable at all. Trevor offered to make us a new sign at our costs with a slight discount. Basically we are stuck with a sign color we didnt choose. Working with Visibility Signs and Graphics was not a good experience for our company. Buyer be ware! We would not recommend them.

My sign turned out great and the price was great as well. My only complain is that it took them months longer than they had said to get it made and put up. We had to keep emailing them to make sure it was coming along. Other than that, I recommend them.
Visibility Signs & Graphics is a great company that we had a great experience working with. We had a custom canopy and a couple other things done for our company and they turned out awesome! Allen Dobias helped us design the awning because we were unsure exactly what we wanted and it could not have turned out any better! We have a few more projects planned and we will be sure to call Visibility for our work from now on.

My truck decals look fantastic! I had a basic idea of what I wanted and a few graphics and they put it all together and created a perfect design for my truck, exactly what I wanted and much better than I imagined.A few people have asked me what it costs and they are surprised I didnt pay more because it looks so good and so professionally done. I got a lot of bang for my buck.
Visibility did some custom graphics for me to use on a dirt bike. They produced exactly what I wanted and the quality is exceptional. The decals that are on the side fuel tank have acidently had gas spilled on them a few times and have held on perfectly with no damage so far. Great service and great product. I will use visibility again.

Visibility made a sign for a family event we were having. It turned out great and was the perfect backdrop for the occasion. Madsen had a lot of creative ideas and was excellent to work with. I had the dear pleasure of working with Madison. I run a swim business and needed to get my business name on the side of my sweet 2000 Chevy Astro van. He helped me with the design and got it done fast. I had tried the queen of wraps with no luck. Madison was so easy to work with and would recommend Madison to any one who wants a one on one small business kind of feel. They charge an absurd amount of money. Shop around for other shops in the valley and youll find much reasonable prices for the same quality. Also, DO NOT let them design for you. Youll be given something that looks like it was made in Microsoft Word.

Horrible horrible place with horrible amoral people working here. They wrapped my car and words cant even describe how bad it was. They broke parts and damaged my cars painting. I ended up paying lots of money to fix all the damages they have made to.my car. I was told their installer was a 3m certified. I took my car to 3 different places and they felt bad for me and laughed when I said a professional installed my wrap. I am exploring my options to deal with these people. No one deserves to be treated and lied to like this. My car is a 50 k car which they should never have touched since they were not qualified what so ever.

Communication and scheduling with this company has been a nightmare.From initial contact to last response - we reached out to this company and I was told I’d have info as far as pricing/scheduling availability that day. I had to re reach out to the company two days later.Then, I was handed off from Madsen to Allen and at least Allen was a bit more prompt with communication.We were scheduled for September 30th and no communication or anything. I then reached out on Friday to get an updated time/date of service. I was informed because the invoice wasn’t paid that they did not show. On the invoice it states “Cash on Delivery”, which was my rebuttal assuming I would pay once the service was completed. I then made the payment and again had to reach out to figure out when we would be serviced and was told by end of day I would have a date/time of service. Long behold, that didn’t happen. I reached out again and again was told they would contact me back, well.... Allen finally did. Scheduled for October 3. Nobody contacted me or came by and I reached out again to see when they would be at our warehouse to remove the sign and was told between 1:30 and 2pm - nobody showed, and I reached out again at 2:30 and was told the following;“Madsen in our office scheduled it. He said they had another job to do before he came to remove your sign. I know nothing about the other job. If you want to check with him the number is 801-xxx-xxxx”.First off, it seemed like I was just told to figure out the logistical part of their business and that didn’t set well with me. Finally I get a text saying that the job is completed around 5:30 pm and assuming they arrived between 4pm and 5pm go complete the job they were there for 1.5 hours max. On our invoice it states that this is a per hour job which we initially paid for 4 hours of service at about $100/per hour. I asked about this and was told that typically their jobs are 2-3 weeks out and that because they “prioritized” our company and had the removal 2 weeks out that there is a 4 hour minimum - this was after the fact of payment + work done. Prior to the removal, I was informed by Madsen that this job would be a 4-6 hour job and that we would have to cover anything after the 4 hours.Anyway, rant completed.We will never be doing business with this company again.
