I forgot to share my experience with this store, not only it was a fantastic well organized store with so many costumes for me and my 4 kids! I had troubles finding certain things that I needed so I asked one of the supervisors for help, and even though it was very busy on that one Friday night, the young man who was translating for another couple whos name is Raphael if Im not mistaken, helped me with all the questions I had and he was very professional. 10 out of 10 I recommend this place if you need to find your certain needs and if you want professional staff that welcomes you like family come here!!🙂🙂

I needed to buy 2 seperate Birthday balloon bouquets. From the parking lot I was not overly impressed. Once inside I was at ease. The store was very clean and great displays. They could use some new shopping carts as its obvious they have some years to them. The staff was so helpful. They asked me what themes I wanted and while 2 of them were blowing them up they were excited to hear about our birthday plans. I accidently grabbed a wrong color balloon and try they immediately helped me find the right one. Also they amde sure not to make me feel dumb about it. Thank you for a great experience and helping to make my wifes and daughters birthday great.

Hey you know, it was an alright store with alright products and alright service. In all honesty my biggest issue was the customer service. I had one guy who was very helpful in finding the item I wanted and I was very impressed with his customer service. I got to the counter and it was hectic. There was a lady who from what I could tell was checking herself out somehow, and there was no clear start to the lines or anything like that. Plus when I got up there the man working the register didnt want to check me out just from the way he was acting and after he litteraly said aww why did you have to come over here under his breath. Not going to say it was a deal breaker in any way because I was able to find the item I needed. But there was only three customers in the store and like 5 or 6 employees at the front counter messing around. If I have to go back I will because there are always good and bad days, but after my experience Im not inclined to go back as a first choice, or recommend it either.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. We pre-purchased the balloons for our balloon bouquet weeks before our celebration. We took the balloons in to have them filled the day of the event. They told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Two hours later.... There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for someone waiting two hours for balloons. While I was there I decided to purchase an overpriced gift bag and tissue paper since we now would not have time to stop anywhere else. We waited in line to check out. As we got up to the cash register the clerk announced she was closing and myself and the four people behind me would have to go to the other register. The line for the other register went to the end of gift wrap aisle. There were at least 8 people in that line. We took our place in line and waited to be checked out. The clerk who quit checking out just stood around. She didnt help with balloons. She did nothing. She just stood there. After two people from our line checked out she opened her register again. I dont know what her problem was. I will no longer be giving this store my business ever again.

Spent 200+ dollars on party supplies, rented a helium tank for balloons. All was well until the return of a half full tank and was refused a discounted price. Just be aware you will not get a refund for any gas you dont use. What a racket these guys have going on! Wont ever rent from them again!

Everything you need for a party or costume. The costume selection is bigger during Halloween but you can add always get masks and other standards. Great selection of colored paper plates, cups and matching plastic utensils. Balloons etc. The staff is nice.

Well, they dont have the largest selection, they do have a fairly large variety of things. They are the smallest store out of all of them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went in for a simple bouquet of balloons, waited patiently while INCREDIBLY RUDE girls behind counter helped other customers in line after me, there were 2 workers just standing around chatting amongst themselves too busy gossiping to help anyone. The best part is after waiting and listening to said workers talk about braided hair and the weather I received my order only to get home and realize they forgot to add all balloons paid for. DONT BOTHER CALLING THEY DONT PICK UP!!!

They have an excellent selection of what I needed at very reasonable prices! Plus I always get my kids Halloween costumes from here. The staff are always courteous and nice and willing to help. Kayla in particular is just a joy to work with! Would 10/10 recommend!

First of all, its a party store! Who doesnt like to party? Halloween is MY favorite holiday, & they have great costumes year-round.I have noticed in the last year, theWest Valley location has really cleaned up, & seems to be much more organized! I dont know if they got new management or what.All the workers are very friendly, & always willing to help me to the fullest!They have just about anything you can think of for any kind of party, weddings, fun and unique decorations & such for all the holidays, & all Four Seasons!!Except baptismal, I dont believe I have ever seen anything of that sort.Zurchers has some of the neatest things that you dont find anywhere else!!Plus, they have great balloons there. You can order online or over the phone & pick them up later!!I seen a Jack Skellington(The Pumpkin King) life-size balloon that stood by itself with the helium in it !!Thats pretty cool !!So how can you NOT love Zurchers?? ITS A PARTY JUST GOING SHOPPING THERE!!

Bought balloons on Amazon that I needed filled with helium. The kind ladies at Zurchers filled the balloons that they were able to, and the others were too small to fill with helium. They could have sent me on my way, but they offered for me to use their stores hand pump to fill the rest. They also gave me bags and ribbon to finish the balloon ensemble. Their customer service and friendliness was exceptional. Such a great experience. Thank you!

I came in and I had excellent service. I loved all the different football balloon bouquets I had to choose from. The store was clean and neat. The workers were all very welcoming and helped me with my purchase. Will definitely be shopping there again.

Worst customer experience. Pre order the balloons 24hrs before pick up, went to the store to find out they don’t know where they put my balloons and have to have for almost 30min for them to find them and blow them

This place is fantastic always great customer service. Im in here frequently for theatrical makeup and every time I come in I am promptly greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. I love this place so much and Im here so frequently that when I noticed the bathroom door knob was broken I asked them for tools and fixed it myself. They thanked me repeatedly and I told them that it was no trouble at all and that I did it because theyre always so nice and helpful and give such great customer service. If they read this I really hope they know how much I appreciate them.

Needed some last minute party supplies and surgery pulled through! Older building but has what I needed. Prime of things could be a bit steep but do glad they had what I needed. The staff were friendly and kind. Honestly would recommend this place to anyone party planning.

I love this store! There are always so many neat things to find! I read some of the other reviews and I think some people are crazy. I have always felt welcome and respected here. I come here all the time and everyone is always so nice and always working. The workers are always ready to help you, no matter what. Sometimes they are busy, but as a customer, I expect them to try their best, which they do! I will always go to this location because their customer service is the best! Dont listen to the other people who say its bad here, they dont know what they are talking about or they are just being ridiculous! I love this store and location!

This is the best place to go to plan a party or event. I get stuck in the hat aisle. Also love looking at the party favors. They are much better quality than a dollar store offers. Best selection of colors too.

The selection here is very large. It is a great place to find lots of assortment and both cheap and good quality party and other event supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful on multiple times I have been there.

I went in with balloons ordered from Amazon for a gender reveal on Superbowl Weekend.The team was amazing! They went above and beyond taking care that the balloons I had brought in did not pop. Super Bowl weekend total madhouse for them and they handled this wonderfully. For all of my balloon needs I will return to this store. Thank you team the reveal turned out great!

Went here to get balloons for my daughters graduation. They have almost everything you could ever want for a party. Hint, pay the extra to have high flying balloons and they will last for a very long time. If you dont, they may be dragging on the ground the next day. Staff was friendly.

I absolutely love working at this store! I think its one of the most fun jobs a person could have. Customers are great, the employees are great, its just an overall happy environment! Love the different decorations they sell as well. Just keep finding new and cool things in the store almost everyday. :)

Had an issue with my purchase from the day prior and had to run back to the store today. The sales associate was kind and they took care of the issue quickly.

Literally my worst time ever there. 4 people up front blowing up balloons not one of them could come help me find what I was looking for. They kept saying it was down aisle 7 which means nothing if I go down there 3 or 4 more times and I still cant find it! I know me shop there a lot for cosplay items throughout the whole year but the one time I go shopping for birthday self I basically get the middle finger.

This place is awful smh only one person of the staff had a face mask on an had a person in there coughing smh an no hand sanitizer anywhere .. IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE !!!!

This store has a huge variety of decisions for parties as well as some fun jokes and gag gifts. They also carry various costume items. Anything you could possibly need for your party, theyll have it. I am, however, not impressed by the customer service. Costumers arent greeted upon entry and you can walk around the store a dozen times looking for an item and no one will approach you and offer help. Those personal touches really matter to the customer. Paying for purchases at the register, while not a bad experience, want anything special either. No conversation. No thank you. If not for the convenience, I would probably make the extra drive to another retailer.

Excellent Customer Service! I have been to multiple Zurchers locations and this one is by far my favorite! It may be a tad smaller, but you cant beat their customer service. These guys know where its at! All the workers are very helpful and friendly, the management is very professional and everyone makes you feel welcome. I will always buy from this location! Great! They had everything I needed and the store employee was very helpful in helping me find a few items. The thing about party/costume/novelty stores is that items can be half impossible to find since theres about a billion different things in the store. Its always good to have someone knowledgeable on their inventory.

I got supplies for a baby shower. Party decorations, supplies for games, matching candies, the whole deal. Employees are very knowledgeable about their items and are so willing to help you find/get anything. I recommend this place for ANY party youre planning.

They are usually very helpful when you need to find something. They do have good party supplies and its not always packed so you can drop in last minute and have them fill up a bouquet of balloons with helium and tie them up within 15 minutes.

I have heard about the store before and was pleasantly surprised they have a lot of different variety but is organized quite well into sections if you have a theme party and most likely have a section for that mermaid princess superhero Pirates you name it they probably have it and their prices are very reasonable as well I found quite a few items cheaper than what I could find on Amazon or Ebay definitely worth checking out if you have a party or an event coming plus if you need a certain color of balloon this is the place to go they have a wide variety of colors

Terrible!! Went in to purchase party supplies for my daughters birthday party! My husband needed to use the restroom. It stated for paying customers only, alright thats fine were buying close to $150.00 worth of supplies.He asked the woman at the register if he could get the key for the restroom. She looks him up and down and says... its out of order!! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!! When I asked Leah what the minimum purchase amount was to use the bathroom she was at a loss for words! Anyway I left the store without spending a dime at ZURCHERS! I WILL NOT BE BACK! VERY BAD AND ALMOST DISCRIMINATING AS I LEFT!!

Supercool staff they took great care of me.

The items in the store are great. The evening employees, not so much. We got to the register, stood there for at least 5 min while no less than 6 teenagers stood behind the counters chatting with each other. Not cool. And they definitely saw us and chose to ignore us.

Such a wide variety of party supplies and seasonal products. This is the only place I can find the Frooties candy so I am here at least once a month to stock up on the differnlent flavors (fruit punch and mango are the best ones). The ladies that work the cash register are so sweet, always giving my kids a balloon when we check out which makes their day.

This place has seriously everything that you need to throw your party. They also sell helium, but unfortunately you cant refill your own tank here.You can also order balloons online now, they are always really busy so if youre trying to get balloons order them online youre better off.

Despite being a small location (Ive been to a few different locations), this one has stood out the most to me. The staff has always been very kind and attentive, to not only me but to everyone there. The most recent visit was this past weekend, and I happened to come in right when they were busy, and despite the obvious stress that comes with retail (Ive been there, done that) all the workers were quick, professional and kind. The guys that were in the front obviously knew what they were doing, they had balloons to customers so fast, and I would have thought it was at least a 20+ minute wait, but people were waiting less than 5. I even saw that one employee was handling a situation with an irate customer, and he handled it with such a professional attitude and language despite the customer was quite angry. I applaud his and everyone elses professionalism that works at this location. I will be coming back to this location, despite not always having every item due to being small, but their professionalism and customer service more than makes up for that. Thank you! Keep up the hard work! I know its hard, but you guys rock!

Perfect store for all party needs, got everything I needed for a baby shower. Well organized, a little messy. The workers could have used more knowledge of what they have and dont have, and instead of pointing a customer intp a direction, lead them there. But all in all it was great!

This location has a great variety of options and wonderful costumes! They are very helpful when something goes wrong and they do anything to fix it. I am very pleased with their management.

I go to Zurchers for all of my party supply needs. I have a lot of family birthdays in a short amount of time, and Zurchers always has a great selection of colors, themes, and party favors.

We reserved a cotton candy machine. We double checked with the store rep 5 times that they had everything good. We go to pick it up... Theres none available and we are reserved for an sno cone machine. Staff says, Sorry, this happens all the time. Our reservation book is really confusing so only a manager is supposed to make reservations. The manager probably didnt want to do it or was too busy and gave it to a regular employee and she messed it up. So do you want a sno cone machine? Um no, I want the cotton candy machine I reserved. The one Ive already have the sugar, cones and bags for. The machine I need for the party I have been hired for that starts in 1 hour. The machine we reserved and double checked the reservation for. So I ended up having to drive and extra 80 miles to pick up and return a machine somewhere else and was later than planned. And the store does nothing and is not at all responsible for their mistake. Apparently this happens all the time. You have been warned.

Ive been wanting a bracelet like this for AGES and finally found on here!! I absolutely love it and it was pretty cheap too!
