I ordered a womans apron for Halloween. It is the cutest apron Ive ever seen! The fabrics are so cute and the design is too! I love it! The quality is so good too and hard to find now a days. Update: SCAM!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I asked for a refund since the cake smash session has passed and I never received a response or a refund. Yet they are still posting products on their Facebook page.Do not purchase from this store. I searched for hours for the perfect cake smash outfit for my sons photo session. I purchased over a month in advance. When I placed the order I got an email saying that production is typically 12-14 days (no worries because I purchased well in advance). After those 12-14 days had passed, I reached out via email, Facebook messenger and text to the store (several times). I got ZERO response. I understand if something came up but I expect some form of communication to the delay. Now my sons session is in a week and I’m scrambling to find an alternative option. It’s really unfortunate because the outfits are so cute and unique. But the lack of any sort of communication is not professional.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I was sent an email telling me that I could pay through a certain account. I did so and received confirmation. Sherry (the owner) sent me an email thanking me for my service and i asked if it could arrive before April. She had no problem with this and was happy to please. A few days later I was sent an email telling me that her account was hacked. I was also called by her so called nephew asking me if I wanted to proceed with the order and if I did, I could pay through their PayPal account. I said no I want to cancel my order and he said no problem Ive got it canceled for you. As of today, I receive my package (that I thought I had canceled and I did not want) and also noticed that my bank had been charged even after I had canceled my order. So I called Sherry directly and asked for a refund and I would gladly send back the package and pay for postage. She says she can NOT refund my money because she did not receive it, the hacker received it. I explained over and over that I canceled my order so I should not have received anything nor should anything have come out of my account. She said its only fair for me to receive my package since the money did come out of my account but she could not refund my account because she did not have the money even if I sent it back. She said if I no longer wanted or needed the product that I could return it at my expense but she would not and could not refund my money because supposedly she did not receive it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE HACKERS!!

This is such a fun shop she does everything from Team aprons men & women, to everyday and holidays, unique infant and toddler clothing, fun accessories to go with outfits like the cake smash, these are high quality products. I always have the ties on my aprons come off, she double sews and secure all the stitching, I have not seen this done before and now I wont lose my ties. Thanks for the aprons they are adorable 😊🌹

I ordered the Mickey mouse smash cake outfit for my son on Wednesday so I could have it for his birthday party on Saturday, I paid for 1 business day express shipping, it is Monday now and I haven not recieved anything. The tracking says it was suppose to be delivered by Saturday 3pm which still shows that same date and time. I was so disappointed because the outfit looked so cute!

No response and have called and left voice mails and followed up via email for the past 2 days now. The seller was quick to thank me for the order but doesnt respond when a refund is needed. Even if it cant be refunded offer good customer service and call me back.
