Customer service was amazing both on the phone and in the store. They helped us with problem solving which sectional set up would work best, were very professional and you cant bean their prices! Most especially happy with their attitude with my son, he was trying out their chairs and they made him feel happy and included. So many stores you feel bad bringing kids in but they were so great here, positive atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Really nice clean store full of inventory. Staff helped find us chairs with the options we wanted. We got 2 Lazy Boy chairs. There was a Covid wait but the chairs are USA made and they feel so comfortable. And yes, they are nap ready, just put your feet up.

So disappointed. Went in the store today to buy two chairs. Was greeted by a saleswomen who was told after a few minutes she had a call. Instead of saying take a message she took the call. Make that two calls! When the first personal phone call ended she took the next personal phone call. I heard all about her trip. After looking throughout the whole store and watching the other salesman sit in a recliner on his phone...I left. I hope the owner provides some well needed customer service training.

Recently purchased a couch and two recliners. Sales people are professional and friendly. They introduce themselves to you, point you in the right direction and leave you alone until your ready to talk. Great no pressure experience. The selection on the sales floor is really good but you can order items in other colors. If your looking for quality furniture, lol no further.

I bought 2 lazy boy recliners. Service at the store was very pleasant. I order 2 recliners with some special styling on the arms of the chairs. About 5 weeks they were delivered and left Ike’s excellent.These chairs come with a 1 year warranty.Over the past year I did experience issues with both chairs. Each time I called I was treated respectfully and very curiously.The person who repairs the chairs must have years of experience, each time they required a minor repairs, he came to the house as promised and made the repairs in minutes.Completely satisfied! I will always buy and new furniture there! Why ? Great service from the showroom to the warranty! Where else do you get that ?Great job Lazy boy !!

Terrible service waited 4 months for my couches that I was told would take 6 weeks to come in . They had no communication I always had to call in to track down my furniture just for them to tell me it’s gonna be 2 more weeks. Then lastly they screwed up my delivery times and were rude about it like it was some how my fault. Very dissatisfied

Fantastic family owned business with knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly staff! Started out here looking for a Big and Tall recliner. We went to two other reputable furniture stores and drove right back here to make the purchase! Prices were in line with one competitor and way below another. But, and this is a big But, these folks offered more features with better quality construction and warranties. SOLD!While my wife and I were out, we told another shopper at one of the other stores to shop here! Even had the gal take a picture of the sales agents business card before I left! Oh, and as of today, theyve still got the MA tax free weekend signs in the window and are taking the sales tax equivalent off the retail price!

I shopped for a recliner at 4 other local stores, tried as many as forty models, and came here last. Prices here are comparable to other local furniture retailers and even to the famous discount furniture place up the road. I was looking for a chair to take home, not placing an order. My budget is modest and I wanted the best quality my money could buy so I looked every where, including Amazon, before making a final decision. I found a roomy and comfortable memory foam LaZBoy rocking recliner that came in, after taxes, $70 lower than my limit, although it is much nicer and sturdier than any thing else I saw in my budget range at other stores. I had to make do with a color I might not prefer but I am very happy with the quality of the chair, the lifetime warranty on mechanism parts, and my overall experience in the store. I spent almost an hour trying out different chairs and chatting with Judy, the sales person. She was friendly, informative, and accommodating. I never felt pressured. The chair was loaded by another sales person into the back of my car and I left a very happy shopper.

I have bought furniture from La Z Boy for the past 15 years. Everything was great, salespeople were very helpful, and the furniture has lasted in very good condition, especially considering that I share my home with pets.Great place to shop. You wont be disappointed.Your other choice is to buy junk from the other cheap stores up the road.

My elderly mom lives out of state from me and I spent an afternoon shopping for a lift recliner with her. After visiting several of the local furniture stores, she settled on a Lazy boy. Having had it for a week, the lift stopped working. She called the showroom and WITHIN AN HOUR, someone showed up at her home and found a loose plug (my fault!). Anyone can shove furniture out the door, these guys went the extra mile in after sales support when many would not.

Service was quick and pleasant. I knew what I wanted-a matching recliner to one I bought last year. The salesman found the recliner quickly and showed me the correct color to order. I needed another chair to keep my husband out of my chair which is totally comfortable.

My wife and myself recently went to lazboy in West Springfield Ma to buy a reclining chair for our nursery and the first time we went there an older gentlemen greeted us right away and showed us to the electric operated chairs and when we asked him to show us the other chairs non electric operated he pointed us to the room behind the electric chairs and then left us alone. After we went to that room we looked for him to ask him questions and he was helping an older lady try out the more expensive chairs. I dont remember his name but on their website it he is the tall gentlemen in the middle of the group photo.We went back that weekend with my father to finalize a purchase of a chair we found on our own in the showroom and a women salesmen was there (the only one in the photo on their website) im sorry i forgot your name. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions and even helped us with the price of add on for the chair because of the bad service we had had previously. She offered suggestions and gave helpful feedback.This was all done before covid-19 hit and got bad.When covid hit we gave the store time to figure out what was going on, and expected delays as we were in no huge rush for the chair, but after the normal timeline we were given, we never received any updates. We first called the store around mid March and got told that the factory was closed and it would be a couple of more weeks until delivery. We waited over 3 weeks more after this phone call with no call from lazboy on an update of the delivery and when we called the store we were told the factory would open on Friday but they didnt have any update on anyones order at the time and to call again later. We then called at a later time looking for an update but got sent to Voice Mail even during open store hours. I called again and had to leave a second VM after my first one didnt get returned. I called again 3 more times without leaving a VM as i didnt know if they were checking them.I finally got a call on a Friday (almost 3 months after ordering the chair if i remember correctly) telling me they had a chair ready for me however they couldnt have me pick it up at the store due to Covid and they would deliver it to me for a $30 charge instead of the normal $70 as they were trying to help me out. I then asked him if they could do anything for me because of the lack of service i was given during this time and the fact that Im a repeat customer. I was told by the co-owner i believe that they were giving me a deal at $30 because of Covid. It took almost 5 minuets on the phone with (i believe it was Ryan) for him to finally help me out and remove the delivery charge.The only reason im giving two stars on this review is because of the excellent service we got form the Female salesperson (im so sorry i cant remember your name) who helped us out on our second visit. If it wasnt for her i would mark this as a 1 star for the reasons above. I still swear by laz-e-boy furniture and I will continue to buy the product for quality reasons, but I will not be going back to this store and I look forward to any response from the owners.

My aging Mom really needed a comfortable recliner and we knew it had to be a quality piece or it would never hold up since she practically lives in her chair! We met with Kevin and he could not have been any better with us. He spent a huge amount of time making sure my Mom got a chair that, well, exceeded her expectations (mine too)! And, no one could touch their pricing either so Im totally happy with Lazboy and now planning on buying a sofa for myself. Thanks guys!

I have problems with mobility and sitting. A lift chair would help immensely. We had previously bought lift chairs from Lazboy for family members years ago. I called and spoke with Jeff who was able to look up our previous purchases. He found chairs that were still being manufactured to meet my needs and price range. There was no pressure to move into a higher price range. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants great choices in furniture, and sales staff who really know their products.

Great experience with Jeff at the showroom but the delivery is a nightmare.They called last week to set up a delivery day and time then called back the next day to say they didnt even have the sofa in the warehouse so they would call me on Monday and they did return the delivery fee.Called yesterday and set up delivery for today between 12 and 4.Well it is now 5:25 and still no delivery.Just told they will be here in 30 minutes so that means right in the middle of dinner.If i ever buy from them again i will make sure we pick up our order.

I was looking for a recliner for my son for Christmas. Jeff was very attentive he took me all over the place answered all my questions and I was able to purchase a recliner I did shop at three other locations, looking for quality and price. They did have the best prices considering what I was looking for.

We purchased a sofa from here and the cushion wore out in less than a month. I talked with the owner and he said he would only honor the warranty. We expressed how disappointed we were with the quality of the sofa and asked if we could get a refund, or could we at least pick something out of better quality and pay the difference. He was very not willing to do that or anything but honor the warranty. I tried to convince him how unhappy we were,and very disappointed, but he did not care. He was also a very arrogant,and did not care at all how unhappy we were. This is poor business practice. The owner of a store does not, and will not do something to make his customers happy. Please do not shop there. You will regret it!. read the other reviews about this place,i know i should have done have. No stars and sub ZERO for the OWNER of this place. Had to give it one star in order to post this. BTW..the sofa is a Southern Motion brand.Just a few words to let you know how things turned out with the store owner. The following day the owner called me and was very nice to me, i was quite surprised to receive this call. Anyway, hedid apologize and made me an offer to come in and pick out anything in the store and we could just pay any difference in price. My wife an i picked out something better and paid the difference. However we have to wait 6-8 weeks before it comes in, this would leave us without a sofa. He offered to leave the damaged one at our home until the new one came in. Also, he is not going to charge for pickup or delivery. Problem solved, Thank You...

Pricing is very competitive here, and very good selection of chairs to try out. Salespeople were helpful and not too pushy.

I recently bought my furniture there, cost me almost $1800 for a love seat and a sofa. I picked a color off of the swatch and it was brownish (tobacco). I waited 5 weeks to get it as planned, and had already painted my living room for this couch. As soon as I got the couch it was completely green. there was absolutely no brown. I brought a cushion to the store and compared it to the swatch and could clearly tell the difference. The lady told me there was nothing she could do there was nothing wrong. I told her I wanted to return it and she told me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee and it only said on their policy cancelled orders (in which I didnt cancel its not what I ordered) was a restocking fee. On the sheet next to it, it said return in 3 days from pickup and get store credit or money back. She completely lied, and replied with dont kill the messenger I am just a sales person. As soon as she said that I said well let me talk to your manager and she replied I am the manager. I had to walk away from her, because she was a liar. The lady is a shady person, this was the worse service and store. Do not recommend!

We just purchased 2 lazyboy chairs from the West Springfield location. The staff was great. Felt like a family run business. The sales woman Debbi acknowleged us and then let us walk around and look without being right in our face. When we had questions and trying to find the right chairs she was attentive, made multiple trips to the computer to see if they were avail in different colors, etc. She was so nice and friendly, gave us options, etc. Even when we went to pick up the chairs, the warehouse guy was awesome and was able to fit the 2 chairs in the back of our subaru with a few different attempts. Lazyboy itself says it all, but the staff there were all very nice which was win win. Thank you. The chairs are amazing too.

Not a good place to buy furniture. I brought a mattres few years ago. When I brought the mattres, I have been told that it comes with 10 years warranty. When matters arrived, I couldn’t find the warranty document so I called the shop, several times but the warranty was never sent to me. I started noticing the problem in mattres after 1 year and now it completely broken and I cannot replace it because they never sent me the warranty.Don’t do the same mistake I did. Once you paid them, they don’t care about you.

You may want to have your tech people check into it. Anyway, I have had a great experience with the Lazyboy Comfort Studio in West Springfield. Weve had Lazy boy chairs all my life. I had to return an item due to my hip surgery because the chair was very painful to sit in. It would be great for someone who needs a lift chair, but for some reason it hurt to sit in this one. So they gave me a store credit and Alex was very pleasant to work with. He was completely understanding to my needs and the pain I was in. He didnt pressure me to hurry up and choose a new chair to replace the lift one, but told me to please take my time and be sure it is comfy for me. I found one and am very pleased with our exchange. We were able to take it away today!! I was very happy about that. I would tell anyone who needs a lift chair, or a recliner, go see Alex and the rest of the crew. They really do have your best interests at heart. I also wanted to add a side note, my mom is in her mid 70s and has been dealing with an old lazyboy that was falling apart. My sister took her to see the crew in West Springfield and she was treated very nicely and she adores her new chair. She was very happy. Please give this little store your business, and even though some prices may be a bit above the guy on the other side of town, they are all made in America (USA) and are well worth the few extra bucks you have to pay. I know I am one happy woman. Thanks again Alex. Ill be back in the future for the hubbys chair.

Purchased two leather recliners and paid the full amount. Received a phone call two days later that they no longer make the chairs in that color even though they were on the show room floor. Poor customer service. Will never shop at Lazyboy West Springfield again. MANAGER NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Very disappointed.

This is the worst place to buy furniture. I brought $700 mattress. I have been told the mattress comes with 10 year warranty. When mattress arrived i did not find any warranty. I called several time for Warranty card and they told me ( on my 10th call) that they mailed the card to me. I never received the warranty document and stop following up. After just 7 month mattress is already broken. Really bad quality, expensive and they dont treat costumers well.

Two times I invested in 2 hour (45 mile round) trips to the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery on Riverdale St. in West Springfield. The first time I was mildly disappointed with the selection and prices. The second time convinced me to never bother again. Their TV ad for overstock and $299.00 recliners prompted my last weeks visit. There were only 3 recliners at that price, and 2 were Ashley brand, not La-Z-Boy. False advertising- and now, a week later, they are still advertising the same bait and switch-to-disappointment ad!

I was very unhappy with the service here. I paid for a recliner and they said it would be there in two weeks. I called them several times and they gave me the run around. The manager and salesman wouldnt return calls. It was finally ready five weeks later.
