They have instituted an arbitrary face mask requirement which has ended my shopping at Staples.

Understaffed location with expensive services. $7.57 charge for using a terminal for 3 min and printing 8 black and white. Probably I’m getting old but to pay NYC prices in rural Western MA next time I’ll buy a Printer. It I’ll be faster and probably as expensive.

They match lower prices from competitors if posted. Money back for empty ink cartridges. Overall cost reduced by over 40% made me a very happy customer. The service is also great.

I found the perfect chair at Staples (Parsall Armed Stool), it was actually high enough for our tall receptionist desk and really comfortable for long periods of time...its perfect! Things happen and we had a small issue with it, so I reached out and spoke with Anne. She came through for us and had a new chair ready and waiting when we arrived! My child drank the gallon of elmers glue in the store and he lost sense of sight so he ran into another customer who knocked him out and i said thanks thats a better idea then i had.

Customer service good, printing is good, but Staples products are really bad quality and expensive especially the furniture and some other peripheral.

Staples was a shopping pleasure today.They had the products we needed and a coupon besides. Service was great both on the floor and at the register. Quick in and out.

I went into this store in the evening time to print a 1 page document. The store was deserted. There were maybe 1-2 customers in the entire store.When I asked to have my single page document printed, I was told that it couldn’t be done for at least an hour as there was “an expedited job ahead of me. “ (even though I didn’t see any of the several printers behind the kiosk printing anything)I was welcome to purchase my own paper and print it from self serve.I purchased an entire box of resume paper - and then the self service copy machine would not read my flash drive.I returned the unopened paper and went to a different Staples where I received exceptional service. I would never return to this one.

I was checked out by an extremely friendly woman at the front counter. Although, she could have used a hand a little sooner than she did. Great selection of school supplies.

Parking lot easy to get to and out. Usually not busy there. So if you need a staples around, this one is easy to get into and out for fast shopping.

Incredible customer service. Ive come here numerous times, and am always treated respectfully, even at times when I dont know what Im doing. The staff is super helpful, and takes time to explain how to get things done.If you must fax a lot of pages, reconsider. Its quite expensive. I would give no stars if possible, lazy unhelpful. I needed a one page document printed told me he was taking orders for 5 oclock tonight, then tried to sell me a self serve kiosk card if i needed it quicker. Avoid this store even if it means going out of your way.

Not a good visit. I had purchased a hand stapler which takes the tiny staples. When I looked for the staples I didnt find any. I asked an associate where they would be as I couldnt find any in the isle. He told me it would have to be special order. If I got the item there I would think the staples would be available. Need to find where staples can be purchased...

If you go to this store, bypass the idiot teenaged employees and ask for a manager. Else you wont get any kind of quality service, product know-how, or company policy. What you will get is a glazed stoner answer and wonder why youre even bothering trying to make a purchase.

Had been there to pick up a deal i found online. The items found in the stores were a lot more expansive than regular price of Walmart.

Just came into Staples as they open and was the first customer to have 500 sheets of paper cut in half. Told me he couldnt do it right away due to a new company policy. This is a job that literally takes 2 minutes and cost less than $4. He Wanted to me to come back when the store closes tonight. The manager came over and apparently for an additional 30% will do a rush order and have it due within 1 hour LOL. This is nuts!

Just called with some simple questions about buying a new computer for the office and was treated like I was stupid by the easy tech computer employee. Cant say I want to do business with them again!!! Very disappointed considering how much we spend at staples every year.

Great experience,today I went looking for a charger for my laptop a sales person name jerry, young guy,make feel very welcome as a costumer, respectful very polite .I wish that every store i go treat me the same way this young guy did .VERY CLEAN store and organize, so if u need 2 go 2 staples visit the one at westsprinfield.

I just visited this place see grumpy young lady by the name ms yadira have a nasty attitude rufus to help me and said we dont do scan and email when i show i did 6 time in this week so she said i m bz come back after 20 minutes. Messed up our wedding invitations-We printed our invitations on nice card paper and used 2 ink cartridges in doing so. Figured we would have them professionally cut which was the opposite of what staples did. They cut them all crooked and messed up. After having them condescendingly and unprofessionally lecture us on how this was our fault for printing them crooked they went ahead and said the worker placed too many in the cutter at a time which is why they came out messed up. They gave us paper and a refund and now we are out time and two cartridges of ink thanks to these guys. Id go somewhere else if you are looking for similar services

Ive been here twice and will never go back. Each time I went there as a business traveler to print one page there has been a 5 hour wait and a 4 hour wait. Unbelievable. The Saratoga NY Staples takes care of it right away. Saratoga has GREAT customer service. This location does not.

I only you this place for the fedex drop box other than that I have to go shop and have an experience
