I had a problem with my account/card. I called and got the greatest service from Michelle (9/21/18 @12:00pm) in customer service(?)....She helped me work out the problem, set up a more appropriate regular delivery, offered to set up auto payments, and told me how to set up my account online! She was friendly & very professional! (She even listened to me talk about my dog! 😁) Thanks Michelle!!

Worst delivery service ever! Did not show up for the first delivery for 3 days from the date they were suppose to come. When i called the customer service line in Florida they were great but when i ask that management in the local office her in Buffalo call me it was a problem. It took several calls to the main office to get management locally to call me and with a huge nonchalant attitude at that! I canceled my service within 1 month.

They never let you know exactly when theyre going to pick up your bottles they leave you a message on your phone but then they dont put the date that theyre coming then they charge you $3.50 to send you a darn bill

This company is scum, They lie they are not honest as soon as you dont look at your bill theres extra charges. Dont use this company!

Worst company for pickup a load. Waiting for 12 hours and nothing. Avoid this company!!!
