When I was asked, “What’s been the best part of my day today?” By the barista in drive thru today all I could say was “YOU! Dallas!!” You were a bright sparkly star on a cold late (almost closing) evening. Your infectious and friendly personality shined through when we were placing our order and when we made it up to the window, you were ever the super star! You shine bright and don’t ever lose your glitter, Miss Dallas! You are special. :) We’ll be back and this was the best service in a while - so THANK YOU!

I was in the drive through for about 20 mins for just 2 hot coffees and they were both warm at best. The coffee wasnt fresh and tasted a bit burnt. Definitely NOT my favorite location

Does not matter what time of the day it is, this place is SUPER SLOW to get a coffee. We just spent 25 minutes through drive-thru. Even after arriving at the window drinks were not ready and we notice staff having personal conversations. That is probably why they take so long and the drive through line is so BIG.

This place is a joke. They are closed most of the time, and when they are open their online ordering system is turned off. A lot of times they dont have supplies or ingredients and are sold out of things. They constantly make my drink wrong and have to remake it. How are they still in business? Corporate needs to bring in new management.

After waiting 20 minutes for my app order my husband went in and they did they never recieved it. We showed them that the order was placed. Money was taken off my card. They acted like they didnt want to make my order. Plus it was on the day but one get one 1/2 off. I did not get that deal. Its more expensive to buy thru the app.

You get good service at this location.......when they are open.Apparently, they are only open when they feel like it. The COVID Has been around long enough and businesses allowed to be open long enough to have personnel-issues ironed out.Don’t rely on what the web tells you about the business hours at this location. As mentioned they’re open and closed when they want to be. Their posted hours don’t mean nothing to them.

Wife ordered multiple drinks through the drive thru. One happened to be a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. When she was handed the nitro cold brew it didn’t look right, so she asked about it. The gentleman at the window was new so he had to ask. Wife overheard “we’re out of nitro” but then was told “yes that’s a nitro”. Then drove all the way home. I can assure you it was not a nitro. I drink the nitro cold brew daily. So yeah, while maybe not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but when you’re paying over $5 for a drink and you haven’t had your coffee yet. You become a little moody and post your negative experience to the masses.

Ordered coffee for pickup because the drive thru was long only to find out that the lobby was closed, so we have to go through the drive thru for our “pickup”. If the lobby is closed, not sure why they are still taking pickup orders. I understand that they are understaffed and can’t keep the doors open, but still don’t make pick up available if we have to wait in the drive thru to get our order. Extremely extremely disappointed in the service that was received from this location. Came to Starbucks for the convenience but it was very inconvenient.

Waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes with no apology, then my drink was wrong. I was not going to wait another 30 mins to fix it. So, I waited half an hour to get a cup of ice for $4! Avoid this location as much as possible. Get it together management...

The people at this Starbucks are always friendly and helpful, and service is generally pretty quick. Its also a convenient location near the freeway, across the street from Ikea. I just wish the parking lot was a little easier to navigate, but thats hardly their fault!

Every time I come here they are out of everything I want, and it always takes more than 30 min. My lunch is only 30 min! The most recent time I went they had only 1 out of 2 drinks done and made me wait like 10 min at the window before she asked someone to make the other one, SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS! They call your name for the drink but speak so softly you cant make out what the name was. They leave the drink sitting there for 5 minutes without repeating the name. You have to finally have to walk up and ask and they give you attutude.

I stop here mostly 5 days a week. Parking is tough at times. It doesn’t help that employees seem to park in the main parking despite many other options close by. I only assume this because the same cars are parked up front no matter what time of morning I’m there. Perhaps there is a rule of where they can park? But regardless, I need to run in and out to grab my order on my way to work, usually a mobile order, so parking at jack n the box to walk over doesn’t exactly help with the quickness of it. Not to mention all the amazon trucks taking up space. Often times I see them parked in the handicapped spot. I don’t want to be “that person” bc I’ve spent decades in customer service, but I feel like if the employees arrive and will be there for a full shift, shouldn’t they have to park farther away and leave spaces for paying customers who want to get in and out quickly? If it doesn’t change soon I’ll stop coming in. I’ve literally been trapped in the parking lot before with the drive thru traffic taking up the back entrance/exit and having someone behind me with no other option but to sit and wait, horns honking all around.Flip side is service is on point and the staff is always lovely to interact with. They rarely make mistakes compared to other Starbucks I’ve visited. If you change parking procedures it will make us morning commuters super happy.

We ordered three drinks. One of them, a peppermint hot chocolate did not taste right. We mentioned it and the cashier asked if we would like for it to be re-made. We said that would be great. Morgan was making the hit chocolate and was upset with this. When the cashier asked to to please remake it, she poured the original onto a new cup, added whipped cream and handed it back. At that point, we just asked for a refund on it.

Originally I gave this place 3 stars. (You can read my original post below) But I have to say since my last review I have been continuously disappointed with this Starbucks. My drink never tastes the same, I have placed orders 20 to 30 minutes in advance and arrived to see it still wasnt completed. The workers never ask anyone at the service counter their names for mobile pickup, so I am embarrassingly reaching behind the counter (with other peoples orders) in order to grab my drink not be late for work.... If I had another Starbucks closer to my job, I would love to be heading there instead of this one.ORIGINAL POST: I havent had the best experiences coming to this starbucks. They run out of items often (which is understandable, they get really busy) and tend to forget things like cream cheeses, etc. for bagels. (Happened to me this morning) I have paid for items many times and not received them. I have also had my drink made incorrectly multiple times. I usually come in before work or on my 10 minute break and like to grab and go. I will say, the staff is very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand if you have time to wait to speak with someone if something is wrong. I appreciate the customer service, but wish there was a little more attention paid to orders and drinks. :)

This Starbucks was a mess. Walking up to the door the outside garbage can was full and spilling on the ground. The mess continues inside. The inside garbage can was full and almost spilling on the floor. The self serve counter where you add sugar cream etc looks like it hadn’t been wiped all day and half empty. The tables and floors needed cleaning. Don’t even get me started and the restrooms. There where five people behind the counter and no one cleaned. Yuck.

Alright.. so, as a former employee and avid customer of the company, I was disappointed this evening. I sat in the lobby to get some work done, finished my brewed coffee, and went to order a refill. Seems normal, but the barista refused to use my cup for the refill(some new policy). As a company that prides itself on sustainability, and the environment... This left a bad taste in my mouth. I had been coming in regularly for several days because I am in the area for work, and didnt have an issue having to throw away a perfectly good cup until now, but apparently this evening was different. They didnt even have mugs for use in the lobby, which I asked for when she said she needed to give me a new cup. Its the small amounts of waste like this that compound over a year to result in literally tons of garbage ending up in landfills. I guess she was just doing her job, but thats ridiculous. I expect more from a company I gave 7.5 years of my life to, and think so highly of.

The worst Starbucks ever . I commute from Stockton to Sacramento for work . This Starbucks is right off the freeway . So I thought it would be convenient... NOPE . Tried it a few times and every single time my drinks never taste the same . They have this older lady is there that’s super rude and does not have great customer service please do not put her in the drive thru. I was just there...almost got the wrong coffee and entree the first time they called my name...when I did get my order, my expensive coffee was definitely not extra hot nor did I get the whip that I asked for. The dude handing out drinks was so busy chatting with another customer that 4 drinks were waiting before I finally asked is one of those mine?. Ive never gotten good service at this location and I dont really trust that anyone is even concerned about customer service. I would have gone back to complain, but Id already gotten to work. I give them no stars for today. Except for the sweet girl that took my order...she was awesome!

If I can put a zero star I would but you cant so Im giving it one star. We all are going through rough times right now because of this outbreak, but for the crew to be rude to your customers is not acceptable, especially to the truck drivers who are working so hard to get everyone their necessities everyday. We are all tired and want to stay home with our families, but a little kindness and a smile to let your customers know that you are not letting anybody inside the store will have to do, but for them to be rude is uncalled for. Maybe the management can have another customer service class for your crew.
