Staff at this store do not acknowledge their customers. This particular store is about 450 square feet. Staff just sat there playing with his cell phone after asking where is 10-40 oil for high milage 99 chevy truck. He did not move or speak. Gave my number 3 times before he actually typed correctly. Said a few prayers lol before I left.
I really like NAPA Auto Parts compared to other lower-cost options. My experience today was less than stellar. It took three guys 45 minutes to get front wheel bearings for my Tacoma! The parts seem to be fine, but the service not so much. I hope it was just an off day.
Thumbs up. Very nice and helpful
If youre looking for auto/truck parts, this is the best place. And AAA members get a discount. Returns are quick and easy.
Great customer service, talked to Adrian who really helped me out and explained in depth the causes and solutions to my car issues. Ask for Adrian, he wont disappoint!
Always the right parts.Double checked to make sure the parts are right.I have never had a problem in the 3 years i have been going there
I bought a Brake master cylinder for my Toyota because mine went bad. Online a new master cylinder was $85 on partgeek.com that came with a reservoir. I wanted to fix the car sooner rather then later, so I paid $120 before tax, and a $20 core fee at this napa location. The brake master cylinder came with no reservoir and was remanufactured. I figured the part was gone throught and all new seals and o-rings were put in, boy was I wrong!!After bench bleeding the brake master cylinder I saw that it did not hold pressure, so I pulled the plunger out and a ton of brake fluid came pouring out. This is where it should be bone dry, and this is what was wrong with my original brake master cylinder, it was leaking and causing a low brake pedal. I was very disappointed in the quality of the remanufacturing processed parts that napa chooses to sell to consumers. After discovering the massive leak I started to inspect other aspects of the part and discovered that the o-ring that seals to the brake booster was too thin, oversized and did not seal well. The gromets provided that were suppose to seal the brake fluid coming from the reservoir were oversized and did not hold right. I even compared the above listed defects to my old cylinder just to make sure, and in fact my old one had all the right size gromets and o-rings in it. It seemed like someone took a wore out core and turned around and resold it. I have been an auto mechanic for 15 years, and this is one of my worst experiences, what a waste of my time !! I ended up returning the defective part and just ordering the new one online from partsgeek.com.

Stopped here for more a/c freon fluid on a super hot drive. They had what we needed, and the guy was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. He was happy to come out and help us figure out how to use it as well.Seriously, the nicest guy Ive ever met an an auto parts shop.
Hello I came here to pick up a starter and some sockets, I’ve been a long time Napa customer granted they had my last minute starter and the correct sockets but this is not a 5 star store it’s basically the size of a liquor store and the selection of items and tools is not up to 5 star par. They have great service and great parts 3 stars
The store on Northgate..... Is a distribution warehouse.... If they dont have it you dont need it
These guys know their stuff and will help you find the right part for your car. I was going to try and to do a quick fix on my radiator, but they convince me to buy a replacement radiator and walked me through doing it myself, and Im so glad they did. Got another few years out of my car for only a $150 and 4 hours.
Good price
Helpful staff have been there for me many times.
