Right from the start Keith was great he came and picked up my vehicle and made me feel comfortable with my vehicle being fix the right way. He really cares about you. Fong was great too he called me and emailed me with updates on my vehicle each step of the way. My car was fixed and cleaned it was really nice. The general manager put his personal touch on my wonderful experience with this shop too and he even brought Keith to bring my car back to me. If you want a great place to take your car to be repaired this is the place to go. Everyone really makes you feel like you count. They did amazing job one my other vehicles Ive had to take there. So when my new car was in a hit n run accident i didnt hesitate to have my car towed here. When i got my car back (after paying my deductible 1,000 and my insurance paying the rest of the 2,000 bill) I realized my driver air vent wasnt working and the plastic part that protects the engine on my driver side above my tire was starting to rub on my tire. I had to pull off the road with my three kids in the car due to the plastic making it unable to drive. Shouldnt pay that much for my car to get fixed only for it NOT TO BE FIXED THE PROPER WAY. My car had no issues until this hit n run. If my car wasnt fixable it should of been totaled.

They did an excellent job in repairing my car and matching the paint perfectly.

This place lived up to their name as Service King! The easiest, quickest, to the point insurance claim I had ever had to deal with. The work they did on my car looks great! They were so quick on getting the work done and kept me informed every step of the way. When I had an issue with my insurance sending the claim in under collision instead of comprehensive like they said they would, Service Keep my made sure things work square. I will definitely take make vehicles here again without question!!! I also have to say their staff was great to work with also!

Service King restored my car after I experienced a collision from behind. They were quick, thorough and courteous. Sending me texts to keep me informed about the status of my car. Once the work was completed, they washed/cleaned my car. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Place was great when they were were Izzys but they changed owners and name to Service King. As part of a chain of repair places, you cannot call the West Sacramento office directly but must call their central office - sometimes on hold for 20 minutes - and then they transfer you to the local office; another question, repeat the process.Got a written estimate; went to two other repair places in Sacramento and Service King had the most inconsistent estimate out of the three, including replacing something that the other two places didnt think needed to be replaced. None of the prior employees were there in the front office area. The third place that I went to said that they had hired one of the painters from them because he was unhappy with the new owner and the working conditions.

I was completely impressed with Izzies! Javier and his team did a fantastic job with my car. Javier called every few days to keep me updated on its progress and answered any question I had. They made the whole process stress free, and I am so happy with how it turned out! My car was finished a few days ahead of schedule as well, which I really appreciated. Never going anywhere else!

I went here to get an estimate. When I called to make an appointment I found out that the man who helped me gave me wrong information and no longer worked there (1 week later). But the staff that helped me was courteous.

They appear to have done a good job. Wasnt pleased with all the delays. Was told three different times when my car, would be ready.

Went to Service King to get an estimate on fixing some molding under my car that was loose and probably would have fallen off at some point in time. They fixed it right then and there and at no cost!! Will certainly return here for any future auto needs.
