The stock staff at night is very helpful. Customer service needs another body. The store is always clean and overall a good experience.

I was very disappointed. Half of the items I was looking for, they didnt have. Half the shelves look like they havent been stocked.

I hate Walmart but in this town its the only place to get certain items. Staff are always hard to find and will avoid you at all cost. Be nice if they had a map to find what you needed but that would be to convenient. I should get an employee discount for doing the job of the cashier.

I love shopping at Walmart they have great deals but sometimes it is less cashier working and the store be busy at time.

Walmart is the most popular retailer. Visited by more people than any other retailer. Sadly over the last 20 to 25 years their customer service has gone to ZERO. Along with the quality of some products they carry when you can find them. . Someone in produce must know that the majority of the watermelons theyve had this summer are not worth giving away. Sadly you pay for them. Come on Walmart choose Quality over quantity.

The inside was clean. The parking lot was a mess. Someone needed to remove the overflow of carts outside and pick up the trash laying on the ground

This store is terrible, the old lady who is always door greeter is always outside smoking next to the door, and tonight they closed the doors early because they wanted to empty the store before close instead of maintain their posted hours and do their jobs. I need 2 things before tomorrow and instead I get some yuck mouth old lady guarding the door and whining about, you sees how many cars they in da parkin lot, you don got no time to shop! I hate walmart already but this store absolutely enrages me

This Walmart is big enough to have everything you need, but small enough that you can get in and out, quickly. And, THAT, says a lot!

Didnt have some things in stock that I needed but this is starting to be common at Walmarts. Still hate giving up free labor at the self checkout. But I guess if thats what society is going to do thats what society is going to do and stores like Walmart is going to take advantage of it.

They close at 10, not 11. Woulda been nice if the greeter at the door told me I had 15 minutes to shop rather than the hour and 15 I thought. But just letting yall know since they dont say anything til 5 minutes before closing.

Self check out open (debit card only), and they always only have 1 line open! I hate this Walmart. I will drive to Starkville or Columbus before I come in here again. 🤬😡

Not very well stocked and most employees are rude and do not want to help. I usually try to self checkout but cant use cash at these check outs.

The employees have a good attitude and are unusually helpful for retail workers in this day and age... especially at Walmart. Most locations, the staff will simply walk straight past customers without engagement or eye contact. West point is my favorite WM location.

The shelves are minimally stocked and they are out of most stuff most of the time! Their customer service is even worse!! I choose to shop elsewhere unless its something simple and Im just praying they have it in there!!

Very clean store and helpful store workers. Though the restroom looked has if it was recently been burglarized. All the locks had been broken on the towels, soap dispensers and even the baby wipe machine....Guess they were trying to clean there dirty money...not sure

Never enough cashiers or cash only self -check outs. Sometimes you have to be patient and wait your turn here. The employees are nice and friendly most of the time. The store is clean and stocked with a good selection of products.

It was ok, need to get more register open, to many employees walking around doing nothing,and another thing, the company need to have a class on manners, with the grocery shopper, the ate so RUDE will pass right in front of you with the big cart and wont even part their lips to say EXCUSE ME.

The shelves are never stocked and they never have anything worth buying in the store.

Terrible location. Takes forever to checkout. Only 2 or 3 registers open at a time and when I call to speak with anyone ever at this location, I either wait forever or hang up because they just never answer the phone. Worst Walmart ever.

I went here for gas. Walmart definitely has one of the lower gas prices in the Slidell area.

Went to this Walmart Supercenter in West Point it was excellent wait it out there since 5:30 this morning to get a PlayStation 5 bought the last one they had and the manager was great her name is Pamela I recommend anybody going to the store very nice friendly people

Rude customers, the employees should be able to tell people blocking the road in front of the doors to move. I took my friend that had total knee replacement surgery and they wouldnt even move for her to walk out the door without having to walk more around the truck. We said something to the man ourselves and he was very ugly about it and didnt give a hoot.

This is not very busy... All check out lines were open and everyone seemed to be helpful and go out of their way to help you find something if needed... Although there are a few CSMs that look and act as if you are below them and you are less than, Although that is my opinion, all in all this is a good place Go shop...

Low customer service youll not get help from any of the associates we asked 3 different associates for help none of the 3 knew where we could fine a glass pot for flowers in the store 😀

Poorly stocked. If the require masks they should supply them they raised prices take some of that $ put it back to help their customers. I just use online pick it up and save between 60 and 100 from not being tempted . Buy other things online and delivered to my door.

This store used to be so much better. Now there is usually one lane open forcing most of us to scan and pay at self checkout. The produce is old and seldom removed as it stays on the shelf and rots. Empty shelves most of the time, and employees who only speak if spoken to. They all look unhappy. Its mostly a disappointing shopping experience now. What has happened to this place?
