No longer surprised; but, very appreciative of the outstanding service I received once again. Every year I get several tons of mulch for our church and home use and have come to accept the fact that I will receive quality service from the reception at the scale house to the final loadout. The operators are experts who are always conscious of what theyre doing, very careful to avoid any contacts with my truck, particular in how they load and balance the load, and ensure it is always road ready without question. Even the lady who is always ready to take all my money does it in a most pleasant manner: lol

Terrible unsafe working environments this place needs to leave Missouri
