The price they quoted was around $70-80 for a new spring and labor. They came out right way and fixed the door. The men who came out said they would order a spring. Then We didnt hear from them again. We told them on the initial contact we had sold the house and would be out within a couple weeks and needed it fixed quickly. We didnt get a call from them about an order for the spring or that it had come in, nothing. Well, 2 1/2 months later, we received phone calls they had the spring in and wanted to install it! I told them the door was fixed and they didnt let us know for sure they even ordered the spring. I told them we had moved and they at first wanted to charge us almost $200! I told them no way I was paying for the spring they claim is specially made for only that garage door(of a house i no longer own)! So they took it off and I am still paying $102.13!! Not happy. First of all, if you have to special order something always be sure the customer wants it and tell them a price. No communication on what they are doing

They have always had the parts i need to get garage doors fixed. Had several installed too, and they do great work!

Order a garage door over a month ago on a house that we sold. Still isnt installed. They were supposed to contract the new owner of the house, never Did! Showed up today to install door, wall wasnt removed BECAUSE new owner wasnt notified till today when they showed up. I guess we are supposed to be mind readers and have torn wall down and left home unsecured for over a month. Will not use them again or recommended them to anyone! Id give them a zero but its not a option!

I give them a one just they are there,but a 0 for service.After 3rd call and getting the same song and dance Im done trying to give them business.

After Pruett’s Pool and Spa failed to deliver on their promises of installing our pool(as well as giving us our refund), we came to West Plains Door & Building Supply to see if they could help us. We had been told they no longer sold pools, but soon found out that was incorrect information. They don’t install pools, but they definitely sell them, and they can give you phone numbers for private contractors that will install them. The company we used(Clear Choice) was VERY professional and 100% on time.The ladies at West Plains Door & Building Supply were so nice and helpful, and that has been our experience every time we come to have our pool water checked or buy pool supplies. They answered every question we had, and actually gave us a better deal, on an even better pool than Pruett’s was supposed to install for us, which was awesome! Everything went VERY smoothly, and if they didn’t have an answer for one of our many questions, they called the company and got an answer for us. We highly recommend West Plains Door & Building Supply for your swimming pool wants and needs.
