Took my husbands iPhone to get screen replaced. Said it had a warranty. Well it broke and they said it wasn’t covered under the warranty. So had to pay $175 to replace it again. Dropped it off and went to eat. Came 10 minutes after they said it would be done and they were closed. When google says they close at 5:30. Drive an hour home. Next day go pick it up and speaker doesn’t work. The lack of quality and communication is ridiculous. I won’t be using them again.

Said it would take two hours to fix my boyfriends phone, they have had it since Friday and have not been in contact at all. I have called several times and got one call back days ago to tell me they ordered the wrong part and would call me back later that day to let me know what was going on. Still waiting for a call, and very irritated at the lack of communication.

I would never recommend this place! It took almost 2 weeks to get our phone (it was just getting a new screen) back and it is not fixed correctly you can see light around the screen and there is glue all over it now we have to take it somewhere else and get it fixed and speed more money and time and The lobby is trashed and the smell is horrific!!

Very very disappointed.. I took my daughters laptop to them on a Tues to have the screen replaced amd was told it would be ready Tues the following week. A week went by and I never heard from them, so I called on Wed and was told it would be Fri afternoon. I was already irritated that they couldnt even call to let me know they were running behind. I was very understanding that shipping for the screen may be delayed due to covid. So Fri we go to pick it up and it was $144 to replace the screen, then I get home that evening and the frame around the screen is broken in one little spot, at this point Im just over it, so I let it go. A week later the keys under the mouse pad break loose and now the brand new screen has a spot in it. I will never use this place or suggest them again.

They had my phone for 3 weeks and it wasnt fixed. At one point they couldnt even find my phone. I dont recommend you going here. After I got my phone back it was worse than before. The phone wouldnt even turn on so I went to a place in Batesville, AR and like we thought they said that the charge port was messed up. CPR put 3 different power buttons on my phone and they sautered it on there. So the place in Batesville put a charge port in there and said it would charge but when they go to turn it on it wouldnt. So thanks to this damned place my $300 phone is not fixable. Do not go here unless you dont care about your phone. If I could I would make them buy me a phone exactly like the one they messed up but that is pretty much impossible.
