Terrible plaza. The owners of the plaza do not maintain the plaza at all and is constantly dirty. The buildings are very old and they are not well kept.La plaza es horrible. Los dueños del edificio no mantienen la plaza y siempre esta sucia.

Summit Commons is a smaller shopping center located on Military Trail just south of Summit Boulevard in West Palm Beach. This plaza is Horrible! My husband and I were tenants here for two years and it was nothing but problems! Constant flooding, no maintenance and always dirty in the common areas and parking lot. The owners of the plaza hire the cheapest maintenance service and Micron USA, their management company never holds responsibility for the issues going on in the plaza. Don’t lease in this plaza, you will only encounter problem after problem with the issues of the buildings here.
