Nice place to learn about equipment or get equipment fixed. Original owners. They have a wealth of information. They wont rip you off like other places will. They tell it how it is.They still require masks, and limit the amount of people in the store at a time, as of October 21. But its the best place to go. To learn, buy, or get anything fixed.

Bari and company are awesome! I had some issues with my MIM Fender Strat, some of which I wasnt even aware of. She went above and beyond... I got my guitar back and I am absolutely thrilled. It plays like butter! For the record, I am very hard to please. I highly recommend The Amp Shop, especially if youre as picky as me. Thank you Bari!

The Amp Shop was recently recommended to me to have a recently purchased guitar worked to resolve a few minor issues. It would be an understatement to say that It was well worth the drive up to meet with Barry at the Shop. She worked her magic and took the time to explain the details of what she was doing and how to maintain my instrument. We talked amplifiers and guitars, overall just a very positive experience. I will definitely be going back as smaller shops like this with attention to detail and customer service are hard to come by. A+

I had tried to learn how to setup my guitar at home using online videos and google, but was still running into some buzzing/misc issues. I emailed Bari and she invited me to come in to take a look. She was very helpful and gave me lots of advice on setting up my guitars action, intonation, etc. While I dont even own a tube amp myself, I would 100% recommend Amp Shop & Music Parlor for any guitar work.I was also pleased by their following of COVID precautions- everyone is wearing masks and they are limiting the number of people in shops to 2.

The people at The Amp Shop are very knowledgeable as well as nice to work with. They make you feel like a friend of the family as soon as you walk in. They took care of my Carvin Nomad tube amp in just a couple days. They went over and beyond by cleaning the electronics and testing input/output as well. I wanted help with a custom project for a pre-amp. Not only were they knowledgeable and informative, they were honest! They said they could do what I wanted, but wouldnt recommend it based on labor costs! You could have knocked over with a feather. I will definitely go with them when I do move forward with this build-out. Credibility and integrity gets rewarded in my world....

What an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff! I was having some extremely difficult issues with a hughes and kettner amplifier and they were able to diagnose it for me and now its working again!Im so glad we have a local mom and pop shop in our area that has old fashioned customer service and values.

Definitely the best Mission-style burritos that I have had in SoFla. It is clean and not pricey. The salsa bar is good. I do wish they had whole-wheat or green tortillas, but its still the best Mission-style burritos. Everything is fresh.

They not only instill confidence that theyre going to do it right, but when you pick up your amp or guitar or pedal, etc., the repair, mod, set-up or whatever is in better shape than was even promised. These folks will guide you with advice if you need it, talk you out of spending big bucks if you dont need to, and generally just treat and service you like its supposed to be done.

Phenomenal shop! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the setup Ashley did on my acoustic Martin (which got a little too much humidity in it over the last year) brought the action more manageable than what it was when I first purchased the guitar. Epic work as always!

Bari and her staff are a delight to deal with. Baris knowledge in tube amps developed through her experience as an electrical engineer, FPL employee, and many years of tube repairs all comes through when she discusses her troubleshooting process with you. Bari was very helpful to me in correcting some set up issues I had with my Fender strat. I will definitely use them for any future amp and guitar repair needs.

This is a fantastic little shop. The two women that operate the shop, (sorry for not remembering your names) are an absolute breath of fresh air in a business usually chock full of egos and attitudes. They are both extremely knowledgable, efficient, organized, and most of all,,,friendly. I live in Orlando, and if this place wasnt a 3 hour drive, Id give them every bit of business I have. A great little place that is run the right way, with a pride and a love for what they do.
