Im extremely happy with my advisor bob jenkins. he is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional as well as the mechanic that services my vehicle.
I purchased my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer last evening and I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. My salesman Michael was pleasant and easy to work with. He and the General Manager Frank worked very hard to get me the best deal they possibly could...one by the way I am very happy with. I already had my financing in place with what I thought was great but Matt in the finance department was able to get me a better deal than I had. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the great work!!
One of their techs broke my tire pressure sensor. They told me after changing the tire that the light will go off and I went back later and they tried to tell me it just broke. They tried to sell me a new one, the crazy thing is I have wheel and tire warranty which covers the the pressure sensors and still didnt take care of it.
Came in with my grandma to buy a car the sales manager refused to so much as show numbers unless we commit purchase. We purchased 2 hours later at arrigo.
My family and I purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander from Schumacher this past week. Gotta say..... One of the best buying experiences we have ever had! Friendly, courteous and quick. Walt was one of the best salesman (part-time stand up comic) I have ever had the misfortune to meet... he sold me. Connie Martin is a miracle worker. I searched for the lowest financing I could find on my own and she beat the interest rate and the terms. She did exactly what she said she could do. Wow, the whole buying experience was a pleasure, not what you would expect when purchasing a car.
NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SAD EXCUSE OF A CERTIFIED CAR DEALERSHIP!!! I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse here expecting a perfect repaired car when picked up. My car was returned with the check engine light still on and my engine shaking and RPMs dropping to 0, I’m from Philadelphia and was told Nothing was wrong with the car and everything was fine, I confirmed with technician that the check engine light was indeed off and the engine wasn’t shaking and if it would make it back to Pennsylvania?! I was told yes everything was perfect! I’m not stuck in Florida missing work and in the hassle of trying to diagnose the car correctly and get repaired at other shops. This is a horrible dealership and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
I purchased my car in TX and always received great customer service; however when I moved I decided to take my car to this dealership for maintenance. Im not sure if they are short staffed or what not but they seem to never have availability for an oil change. One must book their oil change appointment more than two weeks in advance.
I ordered some parts for my Mitsubishi and when I left work it took longer to get there then expected and the parts dept was closed, Martin one of the dealers in the front took care of me by getting my number and gave me a call the next day, He Took my order with my CC an then he sent them to me out of his own pocket, He went above and beyond the call of duty, It reminded me of the good old days when people cared for one another and their jobs more. I will Always shop this Mitsu dealer again for all my needs.
This car dealership is the land of eternal answering machines. There does not seem to be any real human beings there. Just eternal, perpetual answering machines.
Listen to me all who live paycheck to paycheck! Stay away.....far far away. Even if your just looking....How can these people sleep at night? No means No! Aaahhhh
I went to Schumacher Mitsubishi today for a routine oil service and tire rotation. Initially i was suppose to pay around $90 total for the work i was having done. I decided to wait for my car while it was being serviced because i was told it was only going to be a 45 minute wait. While sitting in the customer lounge area i was approached by one of the service managers (Tyler) and he started to explain to me that when they were doing the tire rotation some how the wheel stud and nut broke off. His excuse of why it broke off was that it was over tightened. So then he proceeds to tell me that because they broke it off that i have to pay for it. He then tells me that its going to be $30 extra. I expressed to him that i was very unhappy and felt that was unfair that i have to pay an extra $30 when i only went in there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This is the part that blows my mind, Tyler says to me well i didnt have to tell you that we broke it at which point i just gave him the go ahead to complete the work and i decided to take a shuttle back to my house instead of waiting. An hour later i got a call that my car was ready for pick up. When i got back to the office to my surprise i got a bill for $211. On the invoice hes explaining to me the break down of the cost and i just felt like a deer caught in the head lights. Im not one for confrontation or making a seen so i paid my bill and decided that i would call the GM of that location and speak to him about the matter. I havent received a call back yet but what i can say is im very very disappointed about the service. If thats how you treat your customers and think your doing a great service then clearly your mistaken. I would never refer anyone to that dealership. I felt that i was taken advantage of and received horrible customer service. If thats how that dealership intends to make its money by robbing honest people you can bet i will never step foot in there again.
Car in for warranty service, done very quickly. However there prices for work and parts very vary expensive
Outstanding service and care. Lots of great price deals.
Nice customer services
Worst dealership ever I would recommended everyone to stay away from this place scams they have felons working at this car dealership they sold me a car that was frame damage and did not let me know anything and I was upside down on my car because no dealer wanted a frame damaged car very bad service. Stay away from this place very horrible and the staff is horrible as well I wish they fired the whole building and sold it to a new owner who is true to business unlike the scam artist that work here I wish I can rate you guys a 0 horrible never ever come to this place
I made an appointment to come in at 9:30am and as usual, Arnaud was smiling and ready to assist me as soon as I arrived. He quickly discovered that my battery was my problem, and informed me that my specific battery wouldnt be in stock until Friday. He then assisted me in setting up my Enterprise rental.by 1:30pm, I received a call from Arnaud. He humbly informed me that he had taken the time an effort to search other nearby centers and went out of his way to pick up my battery at another location. I was so touched by the fact that he had really gone the extra mile (pun intended) to make my day a little easier and brighter. Even more so, his its no big deal attitude further cemented my belief that this level of customer service is part of his every day routine. When I arrived at the Volvo Enterprise location to return the rental, I was disappointed to learn that I had been slapped with a few extra charges for a car I had only rented a few hours earlier, and even more so with the discovery that they were unable to assist me in a courtesy shuttle to take me back to the Mitsubishi service center. It seemed like all of the pieces were falling OUT of place, but then like a true hero, Arnaud bursted through the doors to personally take me back to my car.I cannot fully express to you how touched I am, as someone who has worked in the service industry and as a customer, by experiences like todays. Arnaud Lafforgue is a true asset to your company and a blessing to those who have the privilege of being helped by him at your location. If you have any questions regarding my experience, I would be happy to answer them.
Purchased my 2012 Outlander here used and was overall satisfied...I usually do all service myself but this was my first car with a warranty so I figured id contact the dealer about doing the 60k transmission service, etc. Went in to dealer and spoke with the ONLY mitsubishi service rep they had. Oh wait... that was after I waited 30 minutes for him to show up. Then he tells me they make appointments through some other company over the phone. Rep informed me I would receive a call during the week to make an appointment. How do you not make your own appointments??? So basically a waste of a trip. Then I never got a call from this supposed appointment company. Called several days later only to get the reps voicemail. Id say that is TERRIBLE customer service.. I honestly believe they dont care about their customers and just want to sell cars. Try KING MITSUBISHI IN DEERFIELD.... they called me right back and I will be going there on Saturday to service my Outlander.
I called Schumacher Mitsubishi about a recall on my 07 Eclipse that Mitsubishi Motors had been sending me notices about. They scheduled me for a 1:00 appointment and told me to speak to a service writer named Gerson when I showed up for the appointment. When I got to the dealership, I was told by the girl in the service drive that Gerson was still at lunch, so I told her what I was there for. She took my keys and told me to pick up the car in about an hour and a half,Later, I came to encounter Gerson in the dealership, and he informed me that they would need the car for the rest of the afternoon, until the end of the day, because they had to take the seats and carpet out to perform the required maintenance. Since that was several hours away, I decided to take a walk in the area and do some window shopping. As I was returning to the dealership at about 4:00, I notice my car sitting out in the yard near the garages. I went to look at it and noticed an $839.00 bill sitting on the dashboard, which surprised me since they dont charge a fee for recalls.I went in to talk to Gerson to find out what was going on since the car was ready way before he told me it would be ready. When I asked him about it, he became very rude and made some excuse as to why my car was sitting there with an $839.00 invoice on the dashboard. I still dont know what the reason for the invoice was, but I didnt pay it, and it was never mentioned again. The day after going to Schumacher, I was doing some picking up in the car and found some coins and a used cigarette lighter under the seats. I thought it was odd that they were there since I was told by Gerson they were going to take the seats and carpet out of the car to do the needed repairs. Maybe they threw the coins and the lighter back in there under the seats, when they put the carpet and seats back into the vehicle; either that, or they just didnt do the repair procedure they told me they were going to do. My guess is the latter is more likely true because there is no way they would have put coins and other items back under the seats when they put the carpet and seats back in the vehicle.Several days after my visit to Schumacher, I received a call from some girl at the dealership who asked me how my experience there was. I told her that the service writer, Gerson, was rude to me when I questioned him about my car and that I didnt think they even did the repair they were supposed to do along with the reasons why I believed that. She seemed concerned at first and asked me if I would mind a call back from someone higher up to discuss this with me, and I told her that I would not mind at all. But alas, thats the last I heard from anyone at Schumacher Mitsubishi, and its the last they will ever hear from me.
The lady at the parts desk was a huge help and very polite
The customer service here is atrocious. I guess these people really dont want to make money. Im throwing a $2600+ brake job in their direction and they just DONT want to return my call. Ive called them three times. Darrrrn guess Ill have to find somewhere ELSE to go.
Hand shake deal made then $1000.00 of hidden fees and sales taxes added at7.5% when should have been 5.5% and then told nothing they could do.BS dealership
