Very nice people in this store! Helpful and super informative. LOVE my mattress and my pillows!!These 1 star reviews must towards from the third party delivery service because Caspers people and customer service were great!Anyone that rates Casper lower than 5 stars is nuts!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this store and the store manager, Jerry. Jerry was very helpful in helping us select our new mattress and Haven bed frame. He also truly went above and beyond to hold our items in store until our new-build townhouse was move-in ready, and worked to get us a delivery credit, as we were picking up our furniture in store.This Casper location is a true gem and I cant wait to work with them again in the future!

I can not say enough good things about Casper and this location! I originally found a Casper pillow at Target and have been loving it ever since! When my wife decided she wanted a new mattress, I decided to shop around with all the big box retailers to make a decision.From the moment I walked into the Casper store, Jerry, the store manager was super helpful and kind! He walked me through all the different selections, made his recommendations, and was very easy to chat with!I was very happy with the customer service, I wanted to bring my wife back the next day!Unfortunately, Jerry wasnt in, but I was able to reach out to him, and he notified his assistant store manager Alina, that we were coming in to shop!Alina was ready and waiting for us! She was also very kind and very helpful!Alina was able to get my financing to go through quick and simple, and we ended up buying 2 mattresses, 2 mattress protectors, and a dog bed all for half the cost of 1 mattress from competitors!All I can say is that my wife and I love Casper products, and now love the retail location as well!I will be sure to tell everyone I know how great Casper, Jerry, and Alina were!Thanks again! 10/10 :D

We had a very pleasant experience shopping in this store. Kyle listened really well to our mattress buying needs and was genuinely proud of their products. Being able to try the mattress in store definitely helped us make a final decision. The mattress is very comfortable in any position, but it is especially comfortable when lying on your back as it supports the space between the bed and lower back. Every morning I feel like I’m waking up out of a really deep sleep, and of course our dog approves too.

Just got my new mattress! The retail store was so cool. Nice cozy beds to sample and the sales staff know their stuff! They answered all our questions and the process for taking home the mattress was very easy.

So very grateful to Carol for helping us select our new bed. Thank you for guiding us through the options and explaining the differences of each offering. While were still setting up our Casper, weve been blown away by your service and kindness. A+ to Casper.

Great experience! Glad to be able to sit and lay down on the Casper mattress, I think its wonderful that the company has decided to have a store front so you can check it out . And, also the many other items they carry.Will be placing my order soon by the weekend. Tried the original Casper and the hybrid models along with the new Wave model cant go wrong either way.

HORRIBLE!! Made a BIG purchase. First sales person wasnt really interested in helping us, second was not much better, third one was very nice (finally). Ordered bed and everything that goes with it. Delivery people finally call to deliver after 1 1/2 weeks. DELIVERY COMPANY IS REALLY BAD!! They arrive to tell me bed frame is damaged so they wont deliver anything. Driver wont even speak to the store to sort everything out. He just wants to leave. Had to reschedule delivery. Spoke to at least 4 different people from Casper and delivery company to make sure next delivery goes well. After another 1 1/2 weeks, delivery company shows up with one item (ONE ITEM)... not the complete order... ONE ITEM!!! SERIOUSLY!! Same delivery people didnt care at all, just want to go to next delivery. All Done! Canceled order. Went directly to Tempur-Pedic and received the beds/frames the very next day! DONT BOTHER WITH CASPER!!!

Incredible experience! Carol was super knowledgeable and really made the entire process simple. It was great being able to leave with the mattress and anything else on the same day. I am happy that they are a permanent addition to Rosemary Square.

All of the associates at the City Plaza Casper store were fantastic. They accommodated my wife and I, permitted us to try all products and had very pleasant conversations during the entire time. We were able to get our mattress within an hour and have been sleeping well since.

Kyle and his team were great! I love the bundles they can offer in the store and I LOVE financing with Affirm! This is our second Casper mattress and the payments are affordable.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY MADE US WAIT OVER THREE MONTHS TO GET THE MATTRESS AND THE BASE, WHEN I WAS FIRST TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO GET IT WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS OF THE PURCHASE. I SPENT ABOUT $4,000, NOT CHEAP. WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT, THE COMPANY THAT THEY USE FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION BROUGHT THE WRONG HALF OF THE BASE(TWO SAME PARTS) AND THEY HAD TO COME ONE MORE TIME TO INSTALL IT. THE COMPANY THAT DOES THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TREATED ME AS IF THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR, XPO IS THE NAME, AND I HAD A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. WHY? LET ME TELL YOU: I ASKED TO GET DELIVERY AFTER 3PM BECAUSE I KNEW THAT DAY I WAS GOING TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A STRESS TEST OF THE HEART, CT SCAN AND ECOGRAPHY OF THE HEART AND I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION COMPLETELY., THEY SCHEDULE ME THRU AN AUTOMATED VOICEMAIL FROM 9 TO 1PM THE DAY OF MY TEST. SO NATURALLY I CALLED AGAIN AND AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 10 MINUTES TO GET THE SITUATION SORTED OUT, THEY HUNG UP ON ME . SO I CALLED AGAIN, AND I SPOKE TO ANOTHER PERSON AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE WAS SAYING NOBODY DID ANYTHING WRONG AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO CONNECT ME WITH A MANAGER; I KEPT ON ASKING, ARE YOU A MANAGER? MAY I SPEAK TO A MANAGER PLEASE, FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES, FINALLY SHE PUT ME ON HOLD, FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES, WITH OUT EXAGGERATION AND I WAITED PATIENTLY. WHEN SHE FINALLY PICKED UP AGAIN, (SAME LADY) SAYING THAT NONE OF THE THREE MANAGERS THAT WERE THERE, WERE AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL TO TALK TO ME, THAT THEY WOULD TAKE MY INFORMATION AND CALL ME LATER, BUT THAT WAS A LIE, BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I CALLED CASPER MATTRESS IN CITY PLACE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND THEY SAID THAT SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOING TO CALL ME, BUT I DIDNT GET TO TALK TO NOBODY. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM THAT PERSON AND I RESPOND THAT I WASNT HAPPY AND THE LADY DIDNT RESPOND TO THE E-MAIL. I CALLED THE NUMBER SHE LEFT AND I GOT AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING THAT THEY WERE IN A WEEKLY MEETING THAT NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE TO TALK . I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE STORE AND THEY LEFT A VOICEMAIL SAYING THAT IT WAS ALL THEY COULD DO FROM THEIR END.I CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THE LADY THAT SOLD THE BED AND MATTRESS TO ME SAID THAT SHE WAS AWARE ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME, BUT SHE WAS SHORT AND BLEW ME OFF, AND SAID I WILL RELAY THE MESSAGE, BUT YOU GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT? ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU?THIS IS NOT THE EXPERIENCE THAT I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE WHEN I FIRST RESEARCHED ABOUT GETTING THEIR TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT, AND DEFINITELY I WAS EXPECTING A NICER ATTITUDE FROM THEIR SALES ASSOCIATE. I DIDNT FEEL COMFORTED, SO I WONT BE BUYING ANY OTHER PRODUCTS FROM THEIR COMPANY EVER BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO MY WIFE AND I.

Kyle and his team were incredibly helpful when we purchased our second Casper mattress. We splurged on two pillows as well. I havent slept this well in years.

What a great experience shopping at City Place Casper. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and fun. I decided on the mid range mattress and enjoying a restful sleep ... not much tossing or turning. Shopping in a a brick and mortar store allowed me to try things out and was sure i made the right decision. They helped me get my Casper purchases in my vehicle with a smile on their face. . I also bought two Casper standard size pillows and love them also ... threw out my old down pillows. Visit this store and experience great customer service ... after all, isnt shopping supposed to be enjoyable!

Purchased the XL dog bed for $225. I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone. The cover has came apart and is now destroyed. Called Casper and they offered nothing and wouldnt send me a new cover. A new cover is $125. I am not buying a new cover because the first one didnt hold up. COMPLETE JUNK!!!

I paid $225 for a dog mattress and it took 5 days to deliver. When I received it all the parts were not in the box. I’d already waited almost a week and not have all the parts was unacceptable... not to mention that when I called customer service.... I was told that it would be another 5 days before I received the missing part and that they could not expedite shipping! This is poor service and I will not be ordering anything else from them.
