Was supposed to have someone take a look at the radar on my boat, was told by Rachel they were about 3 weeks out but since I was calling a month ahead of time they could get me on the schedule. Called and confirmed with Rachel a week before my arrival that someone would be able to take a look.Today, the day of the appointment I was unable to get anyone on the phone until 11:30, Rachel called back and told me she never confirmed with me and that they would not be able to help.Rather unfortunate as that was the whole reason I brought the boat back to west palm. In the future I would go with a more professional, reputable company.

The guys at MES are AWESOME. Captain Chad Grady fully took care of our Jupiter 31s electronics. We had an impromptu trip to the Bahamas and they came out after hours and got our new chartplotter / combo working perfectly. This was done after another company dropped the ball and left wires hanging and exposed.They stayed late and got the job done plus we threw a few extra projects (Lighting & Stereo) at them that I didnt initially warn them about.Our trip was a great success thanks to the guys at MES. Lots of fish were pulled up with our new fish finder and the grouper & snapper tasted much better listening to our new stereo with dancing LED lights.Thanks again Marine Electronic Solutions and Captain Grady.

MES upgraded my electronics and entertainment system last year after I bought a used boat in Florida at a cost of $40,000. I believe Bill Byers knows his stuff but his team did not do a good job on the installation. I found a few items that were not done correctly and some of these were rectified. Others were not and I am still 9 months later having various items fixed by a local electronics company up in New York. My experience was not great and so I would not recommend MES.
