Had a lamp that needed repair. We did not like the cord color that we chose. They were nice enough to change to a different color without extra charge. Very helpful and nice staff. Speedy service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We have used this store for several lamp repairs over the years. They do great work and also have an amazing inventory at their beautiful new showroom near Forest Hill and I-95. The owners are THE BEST and we are grateful to have found them! :)

Don and Catina were extremely helpful, along with the repair staff, to find a chandelier canopy and chain that matched our color needs. Attemped to do this on-line with no success. Highly recommend going to Reward Lighting for parts and service. Very large inventory of parts.

I did not have a good experience here. I brought in a standing floor lamp for repair. It needed a new lampshade and to have the wiring checked. They said they would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. After not having heard anything for almost 2 weeks, I called. They said that it would be about $65 to fix the lamp, and that they believed they had a selection of lampshades in the warehouse that I could choose from. They said that they were going to the warehouse the next day and would identify lampshades that would work. We agreed that they would email me some pictures of the possible lampshades to select from. Almost another two weeks passes, and I have heard nothing. I called during business hours on a weekday to ask about the status. No one answered the phone, and there was no answering machine to leave a message. So I wrote an email. The email was not answered that day or the next, so I sent another one. I receive no answer so I called again. This time I was told that they did not get into the warehouse that next day as promised because they had an “emergency repair“. (this did not explain why almost 2 weeks had passed and I had not heard anything). I was promised that someone would get back to me that day. Today, I received a call from Don saying that they had fixed the lamp but they had no lampshades and maybe I could find one online to fit! I explained that I could not find one online which is why I brought my lamp into an expert to be repaired and the lampshade replaced. I also explained that if we could not find a lampshade to fit, there was no sense in repairing it, and that they should have called me to report that they could not repair/restore the entire lamp. After this experience, the only reason I am even giving one store is because they have told me I can pick up the lamp but need not pay them for whatever work they did. Almost 5 weeks later I am looking for another repair shop.

Quality service at a great price. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is unlike anything ive seen when it comes to lighting. It has an amazingly cool vibe about it. You will see lighting there that you will never see anywhere else.

Reward Lighting was recommended to me for a ceiling fixture repair. I had originally thought of just replacing the fixture but a new one like it could cost $400 or more. I took it to Reward Lighting and they repaired it in one week for a cost of $39. I was extremely happy with the service which was completed as quick as possible, at a very reasonable price, and with very pleasant personal assistance. I recommend that you go here first for the repair of any light fixture in your home.

I expected this beautiful building in the heart of West Palm Beach would be an expensive option for replacing some unusual crystals for an old chandelier. I was amazed! The owner was happily helpful, giving me a ball park price that was VERY reasonable. He sent me to his close by repair shop where his repairman spent quite a bit of time rummaging through old components, and even allowing to paw through! Yaay! After finding pieces that might work, he said take them to try, and bring back what I dont use- no charge! The next day I returned the extras. The cost was so low it was stunning! All done with a smile! From now on I will go here for ALL of my lighting needs. Trust means everything!Mollie Frish
