This company seriously lacks customer service. I placed an order on 6/14/20 and mistakenly ordered the wrong item number. As soon as I received the order I contacted them via email support and no one replied, so I called. I was told yes, they received the email and I need to return the right item and they would send the correct one. No problem, I sent it back FedEx and after I received confirmation called them again to get tracking information. Confirmed the order for the third time (email, previous call, this call). I received the wrong item and immediately emailed support - no response. Called the next day and encountered someone who tried to convince me the 6 light I received was correct and that no, my light is not 4. Finally speak to a manager who says they will send me a return shipping label and they would send the correct item. Still no shipping label, nor a response to a follow up email.
Overall, a large source of even difficult to find parts, at a reasonable price, and very good, responsive, customer service.i recently had to return an expensive circuit breaker due to it not being what i thought. it was my mistake, yet LitestoreUSA still took it back and refunded me without charging any restocking fees.glad i found them as a resource.
