After my son returned with the lawn mower to mow the lawn, the mower quickly shut off, and after it shut off quickly again, it would no longer start.After I examined the engine, I found that my lawn mower was not properly serviced. Its as of George didnt care; wasted $45The air filter wasnt changed and it was clearly clogged. The carburetor wasnt properly drained nor cleaned; it was totally filthy FILTHY! The spark plug needed changing and the lawn mower had grass and debris in other areas. I decided to repair and clean my lawn mower myself.

Called to ask a few questions and get comparable pricing estimate for standard mower maintenance. He was rude and wouldn’t answer any questions and told me he wasn’t interested and couldn’t help me. Then he basically hung up on me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wouldn’t got there if it were free! I’m shocked. All the other local spots on my area were more than happy to talk to me.

George was very nice and helpful. He was able to look at my pressure washer earlier than expected. I would definitely go back when the need arises.
