Mike from the Naples branch was AWESOME and completely saved my weekend. We had a side by side rented from United, called day of pick up to make sure everything was good and they told me my reservation was cancelled. No notice, NOTHING. cancelled my reservation. I luckily seen Kubota rented side by sides and Mike was super helpful (even found me a camo one compared to the orange). Then he let me borrow a drill to modify my trailer so the ramp would lock. Thats service! Great experience.

Always a great experience with them! Alyssa, the service advisor, is the best! Always available to answer my questions and to get our equipment repaired right away! They dont overcharge for things and make sure the service is done right. They also have rental equipment which has been very useful when weve needed things for a day or two and parts when its an easy fix we can do ourselves. I definitely recommend Florida Coast Equipment!

I own a L3901, and use it on my small ranchin Loxahatchee. It’s the perfect blend of power and size, and really shines if you’re working in a heavily treed area. Over the last couple of years, I’ve logged almost a thousand hours, and the tractor had been very reliable.However, recently, it failed to start, so I called FCE. Their free pickup/drop off is a real time saver. Turns out, I had a faulty sensor in my hydrostatic transmission. I was confident that the techs at FCE could handle the repair (these guys are pros), but I was very concerned about the cost. The time needed for diagnostics can get very expensive.When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised! The team at FCE understood that I’m a small operator, and they helped me a bunch on the labor. It’s great to find a service provider that really cares about their customers!

On March 13 /2020 after receiving the quotation from the Spare Parts Department for the purchase of (3) Parts ManualThat same day we activated the Order and sent the information to the Parts Department to Mauricio Arteaga from March 13 to today, April 9, almost a month after sending more than (3) emails to the same person and calls Continuous phone calls, where we mentioned that our client had already paid for the purchase and we only need you to complete the purchase.I have no answer to make the purchase, therefore I consider that it is not professional and the customer service is poor since to date they have not wanted us to make the purchase.So I do not recommend this Distributor at all because of the very poor treatment it makes of its customers.

I bought a L3901 from FCE in 2016, great machine great service. After 2.5 years of using it, I realized I needed (WANTED) a bigger tractor and met with Ruben Castro in sales. Ruben guided me into a MX5200 and gave me a great price on my trade in value for the L3901. That sealed the deal!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect on the tractor questions I threw at him. I highly recommend Ruben over at Florida Coast Equipment!!!!! 5 STARS.

This is the biggest bunch of idiots I have ever come across and will never do business with them again. The idiots answering the phone do not have a clue what they are doing and hung up on me. Then when I asked information as who the general manager of store was, it was some kind of big secret. Not sure what they are trying to hide but with this experience, it shows me that this is not a company I care to do business with. They need to get a more professional person to answer the phone and who is not all secretive with giving information. He ended up transferring me to the person who use to be the general manager and not the current general manager. What a joke this place is!!! Never again. I will go buy somewhere else!!!

This place charged us to change and replace a tire on a kubota rtv $330. After they told my guy they were gonna mount a new one on our rim. The mechanic told him it better to buy a new with rim for $190. Once he went inside to tell them that it was better to buy the whole rim with tire they said they were gonna charge him extra because they were already working on our rim. ($27 to dispose a tire is ridiculous)

Ruben was a superstar with the purchase of our new Kabota tractor, box blade and groomer and highly recommend him for all your needs . He personally came out to our farm and surpervized the unloading and showed us how to operate all the attachments He is the best
