I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location....I am originally from Broward and work for one of the larger A/C companies in south Florida....when I arrived(1st time at this location)through the front door, I observed 3 employees behind their computers and not one acknowledged me or gave a greeting.... As I approached the counter, one of the 3 individuals stared at me, but didnt say anything....I said Good morning, no response as if he was annoyed.... I repeated Good morning, perhaps he didnt hear me the first time, at this time he responded back with a mumble....I advised the gentleman that I was there for a pickup ( all other locations you go to the front first) He mumbled again that I need to go to the back.... I drove around to the back and encountered another individual sitting down and also mumbled something in a foreign language and needed to wait outside....Where are the proper signs to help guide customers? The whole experience was unprofessional and its a terrible representation of Carrier, which I know is top notch....
