Nothing beats family owned and operated businesses plain and simple. I’ve knew Saturno for over 30+ years and they have done it all for me over four different houses. Their window replacement, sliding window repair and full hurricane impact installs are simply incomparable in quality. And as for their crew, Trudie (the owner) is truly remarkable and always committed regardless how daunting the project may be and for the install guys they are great, clean, efficient, and funny. For my most recent job it required 4 guys to lift and install an over 300 pound window and they did it without a sweat. Needless to say everything that they do they are proud of and stand by. I don’t know what more you could ask for from a genuinely incredible company.

I picked uo a piece of window glass today....they cut it right on the spot, the office people were great, and the guy who cut the glass was very personable, and even put the glass in the car for me.I will go back again should I need anything.
No respect for people’s timeI used this company twice before and I was happy with their performance. I called to get an estimate for a shower enclosure and they gave me an appointment range between 2:00PM and 4:00PM last Friday. Although I called the day before to confirm, no one showed up and by 4:30 PM I called to ask if they were still coming. The person that answered the phone told me he had to check, and called me back within a few minutes to tell me they couldn’t get a hold of the technician. He apologized and scheduled an appointment to return today at 2:00 PM (no time range was given because they had missed the initial appointment, and they would be here at this time, he said). Before leaving work early, I called around 11:00 AM to confirm today’s appointment and the same gentleman told me they would be here. It is almost 3:30 PM now and nobody showed up, nor called to notify me of a delay. Absolute disregard for people’s time…this repeat customer will take his business elsewhere.

Had a glass table break and within 3 days, Saturno glass had this replaced! Im not from the area so didnt know how long finding a new replacement would be. Turns out, it is super easy b/c of Saturno. Trudie and her team were so easy and accommodating. Cant recommend a better glass service. Very trustworthy company.

Buyer beware! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! I own a business inside Grandview Public Market on Clare Ave and attempted to have a simple sneeze guard replaced... what a nightmare! Trudy and Rauchelle took 4 days just to send someone out to view the job and give an estimate and didnt get the glass actually installed for an entire month! In the interim they mistakenly cut the glass too short, blamed it on their glass company (even though it was their own installers that came out, measured and created the service order) and then proceeded to give me a temp glass that was tinted gray while they got their act together (mind you, in the mean time my customers had to see no glass or a strangely tinted gray glass while Trudy figured out how much of a priority this job would be for her). But please, dont take my word for it! Below is a detailed timeline of communication with Trudy and Rauchelle and a picture of the strange temp glass that they put in when they accidentally cut the ordered glass too short. To top things off? You would think Trudy as a business owner would comp the whole fee- but nope. She had her installers harassing my employees about payment when they finally did get the glass installed.Timeline:June 21st called for appointment was told no one could go until:June 27th - on this date they no showedJune 28th - spoke with Rauchelle she apologized and sent out the guys. They finally came in and my staff on duty said the installers were rude/lacked communication.June 29th - called several times to get an estimate. Was told we could get the glass Monday July 2 or Friday July 6th due to 4th of July. Paid 50% depositJuly 2nd - I check in via email about the glass. Expressed concern on behalf of the client etc.July 3rd - Rauchelle writes back acknowledging/apologizing for the inconveniences. Im told it wont make it due to the holiday. It will arrive Friday and installation would be scheduled then.July 5th - I write back expressing more concern and requesting a rush on this due to health department and 2 week wait time. No response from Saturno.July 6th - Jeff calls in and speaks to Trudy. She says the glass is on the truck and they will TRY for Monday. More concern expressed she says she will try for possible Friday afternoon installation. (today) if the glass arrives early enough.Same morning I called in and was told the exact opposite of the events occurred thus far.Fast forward to a month from the original inquiry. Her team finally comes out to install the glass and leaves without sealing it in place so the glass sneeze guard was shaky! When I called her back she down played (yet another mistake) and goes oh! thats an easy fix...Ill send my team back out there tomorrow to put silicone sealer...Im sorry, 30 days later for a simple sneeze guard job and you guys cant even install properly the first time? What a joke!
Quick and efficient service. The ladies in the office were very nice and quite helpful. For a small business they are very busy, but their turn around time was excellent. They really helped me out and I was able to meet my deadline. Thanks, ladies! -Sean

I worked with Trudie to do my entire house and everything turned out great. We are currently working on several other projects.Saturno Glass & Mirror Co Inc s a company you can trust. Trudie and her team are great. No matter what the circumstances are, their goal is to give the customer what they want while making you feel comfortable and they do excellent work.
The absolute WORST!!!! Glad someone else other than friends of the business have reviewed the business on Google with honesty!First off, they are terrible with responsiveness. Never answer the phone, even when leaving messages.Secondly, had a terrible experience with the owner who charged me one thing and came back weeks later charging hundreds more! Their reason was - it was a typo. That typo was not caught by several people that work there and reviewed my initial invoice.Then to make matters worse, they said they would honor what they charged and then never took care of replacing my mirror! After the upteenth time of trying to reach them, they sent me an email saying they were just gonna give me my money back! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE when I finally asked to speak with the owner, and she had nothing but a terrible attitude!!AVOID BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Small businesses like theirs all suffer from frequently being swamped and having more to do than you can possibly get done. I understand this. But this doesnt really justify the terrible customer service I received. After multiple answering machine pick ups, I finally went there to check on my order. Was treated like I had three eyes. Ill pay more elsewhere. Done.

Saturno Glass measured up on a Thursday, after 2 phone calls, I finally got a verbal quote via the contractor late Monday afternoon, with no written quote or any idea of what kind of glass or hardware would be supplied. I called 3 times and asked for a written quote to be sent via email, which was never done. They do not return calls and I finally received an email to say go and look at our facebook page if you want to see our shower doors (8 days after the initial measuring). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, do not waste your time!!!!I then called Shower Enclosures Direct. They came the same day I called, measured up, showed me all the options for glass and hardware and quoted on the spot and will install in 6 days.
